If Tal was a D&D 5e PC, I think his stats would be as follow, but this isn't canon or anything. Its probably not even very accurate. I'm just putting information here.

Tal Sorcerer 2/Wizard 1 Age: 20

Strength 11 - He was probably an 8 before Edgewater

Dexterity 12 or 13 - He has slightly above average reflexes

Constitution 13 - He throws up a lot, but he is also experiencing some really messed up stuff

Intelligence 17 - He is very smart. Maybe an 18, but he is only 20 years old. He's not a prodigy though, he's just highly trained in studying and thought. Barring some magical nonsense he would not be a 20.

Wisdom - Wisdom does a lot of lifting in D&D. His perception is normal 10, most peoples are unless they have a Blessing. His perception when recalling with Spellbook is 18-20. His ability to read people is 14-15, 16-17 while using Spellbook. His logic is 17

Charisma 14-16 when he's comfortable and just writing, 10-13 when he's with people he knows/trusts/likes. 8 when he's flustered.

For those unfamiliar with D&D stats, they go from 0-20 and 10 is entirely average and 20 is the best a human can achieve
