Alright, as promised, here is a short post about patreon, discord, and my plans for the future of this story.

First, patreon. As some of you may be aware, I have a patreon (available through this link), with 3 tiers. Every higher tier gives access to everything the lower tiers have as well

The librarian tier, at 3 dollars, gives access to 3 chapters in advance of the story on Royal Road.

The preserver tier, at 5 dollars, gives access to every chapter in advance of the story on Royal Road, of which there are 27 (chapters 12 through 38, for a total of 70k words, or 254 pages as Royal Road counts such things) at the time of writing, but will soon be 30 as soon as I post chapter 39, 40 and 41 on it.

The archivist tier, at ten dollars, gives access to (to be posted) various lore files. There is nothing specific right now because a lot of the stuff I have needs to be cleaned up of some spoiler materials, and brought up to my current standards.

All patreon tiers have a specific discord role enabling access to restricted channels for the discussion of this content. All patreon tiers also give access to the equivalent benefit from my other story, The Fallen World : A Dungeon's Story (which you can read through this link).

Next, the discord server, which you can join through this link. The discord contains specific channels and section for each of my stories, plus patreon only sections. It is mainly for discussing the story, asking questions, and generally hanging out, although it is also the place to receive the most up-to-date news about my stories, art commissions, ect.

Lastly, my plans for the future of this story.

You might have noticed that there is a rather...large quantity of chapters in advance on patreon right now. There are several reasons for that. First, I do intend to do some rapid fire chapter posting on Royal Road, notably starting this Sunday, until next Sunday, at the rythm of one chapter per day. I also intend to publish this story on Amazon eventually, after going through a professional editor. I do not want to use Kindle Unlimited, but it is an option I refuse to completely rule out, given that Royal Road, unfortunately, is not a website with an audience geared towards science fiction, much less space operas. The current plan is to keep a sizeable backlog, and when the novel is published, to have it available for those who would like to read ahead without resorting to patreon, with the added advantage of the text having gone through a professional editor.
