Let's get straight what we know about everything that happened yesterday:

The Church of the Dragon sent out an email that they would display a "second public miracle" today at 8 pm EST.

Before this, the only things the Church claimed responsibility for are as follows:

The alleged "Dragonleaf Drop" NYC mass healing

What is everything the Church of the Dragon has said so far?

The inscription they left in the park:

The perfect void devours every name.

From nonbeing all is derived;

From unity all is parted.

Your heart is not a mirror to reflect what others will.

Finding purpose is the Way of the Dragon.

The Appearance of alleged "Dragon Prophet" in New York:

"All those wishing to become strong, all those wishing to indefinitely postpone death, all those wishing to change destiny...Come to the Church of the Dragon. Wealth, fame--nothing matters before pure might. All who come will be accepted and all will be made anew.

and later the same day:

"The boon granted...will be health. Any health problems will be eliminated." "New Yorkers who have followed me in pursuit of the Way of the Dragon, I now reward your persistance! All here will be granted a single basic boon by the Church of the Dragon."

Finally, the appearance today:

"I am the Dragon. The Dragon is one path of many. It is a path of self-determination. Break your chains. The Dragon is the path of all, and may be walked concurrently with any other. We will be waiting."

On the website, churchofthedragon.org, is the following description:

The Dragon of the Church is like black hole that devours everything in its path. Before the Dragon's ultimate might, everything can be destroyed; similarly, anything can be made. By embracing the limitless path of the Dragon, you can create an affinity between yourself and the Dragon and become capable of receiving its power. All are welcome to join.

Before, the "Dragon" referenced above was fairly ambiguous. After today, apparently the dragon in question is the enormous, ethereal rainbow dragon that appeared above Tokyo.

Anyways: on the website is a "Join" tab that lets someone enter their name and email. This was how the Church of the Dragon sent out their memo that today would be the day of the "Second Global Miracle."

I'm done laying out all that I'm aware has occurred. Honestly, I don't even know what to say.

The intentions of cotd are pretty confusing. So the cotd is essentially saying that you can be a member of any religion while still following its own tenants? This doesn't add up considering that most religions believe any other to be blasphemous.

Besides, we don't even know anything about cotd except that it is either an incredibly, mind-blowingly well-funded terrorist organization (with unheard of technology at its disposal) or that its actually what it says it is, a serious new religion.

Does anybody know what cotd has planned for members?

The church seems impossible. If I wasnt in Paris when this was all going on, I wouldnt have been there for the 2e miracle. It was luck that I was at the Paris revelation location.

Honestly??? I cant explain what happened to me tehre. It felt like someone was reaching into my mind and giving me images of a giant dragon and the universe and stuff. It was extremely cool. If this church continues to do stuff like this, awesome.

This church of the dragon bullshit is really pissing me off. They appeared out of nowhere and distributed this motherf*ing dragonleaf shit. That nobody's been able to research, by the way, and which apparently the church used TODAY to access the minds of everyone in miracle locations worldwide...

And also: I'm deaf. It isn't a fking "health problem," its a disability. While I don't have certain privileges that otehr people do, like listening to music, deaf culture is real. There are lots of things in my life that are the way they are because i'm deaf. I've lived my whole life deaf and its so insulting that this church sees deafness as somethng completely without value. Just check out the Deaf subreddit, or the blind subreddit, or really any disability subreddit...they're all talking about what happened in New York.

The Church saved the lives of people in that crowd. Think of all the people w/ cancer. And also I read this article saying that the people in the crowd who had latent genetic conditions like ALS and alzheimers were preemptively cured. Stop whining when an actual miracle happens. Theres too much shit in this world to ignore or vilify the good stuff.

I'm f*king homeless you inconsiderate prick. And it didn't destroy your house, it just modified it. YOUR HOUSE IS STILL THERE. In a few years after everyone has used the dragonleaf your house's market value will be fine. I've seen dragonleaf house hybrids (when dragonleaf uses a normal house as a skeleton) and they're MUCH NICER than the pure dragonleaf huts.

Check your privilege. Seriously.

What's wrong with you people? Let's get straight what the COTD has done so far:

Given free housing, electricity/power, and clean water to literally THE WHOLE WORLD Demonstrated the ability to actually heal people by healing THOUSANDS OF NEW YORKERS back to FULL HEALTH It's given us all insight into this idea of different paths. It gave everyone an essential chemical high via vision (literally felt like I was tripping acid) Honestly, everything that the COTD has been saying sounds pretty legit to me. Nothing human would be able to make the show we all saw today. At least not now; the technology isn't there. We don't have the kinds of capabilities to give people dragonleaf and cure their illnesses and give them hope (cuz come on, that's what all the self-determination stuff was about). I'm just curious to see what they do next. Also, I hope they start recruiting people cuz I'd like to be a priest or whatever (maybe we can get super abilities like The Prophet?) All of you seem to be conveniently forgetting the fact that this church can mind control huge swaths of land at will. Why the hell would an actual god be limited to only mind controlling parts of the world instead of the whole thing? Therefore this means that a group of terrorists have found a way to mind control people. And we thought ISIL was bad.

Sovereign governments aren't going to just let this go. This was a literal attack on pretty much every major sovereign power. This is going to mean war. How has nobody posted this yet??????

I live in the US and there's no way the gov is going to let some superpowered religious organization incapacitate entire city blocks. It's dangerous. And also the Christian church has way to much sway to just let this go. No matter what, this is a new paganesque magic religion and the Christian church is gonna be vehemently opposed to it.

I live in the US and there's no way the gov is going to let some superpowered religious organization incapacitate entire city blocks. It's dangerous. And also the Christian church has way to much sway to just let this go. No matter what, this is a new paganesque magic religion and the Christian church is gonna be vehemently opposed to it.

This entire thing above is right, but also the US is never going to stand for what happened becuase giving people visions for a few minutes lowers the GDP (lol but actually).

I don't know what to think about everything that happened. Part of me hopes the church is real.

Part of me is scared its real.
