My partner gave birth last night to a baby girl! Baby Kay is very pretty, not very fussy, and we're in love. I hope you can understand that the production schedule is going to be offset by a week because I want to spend time with her first and foremost. Letting her sleep on my chest for an hour last night was an amazing experience. Makes me tear up writing it.
Next week I'll be back with the first, spark-spitting chapter of "Shards of Iron," which has some of my favorite action scenes yet, plus a saucy romance to boot!
