Chapter 148 - Kingmaker 3
10 days later
Vermilion City
Theo's apartment
Morning
The day has finally come for Theo to once again inflict death and destruction upon another country for his own personal and selfish reasons.
He cant help but feel excited for this new escapade of his.
This was the first time he would be conducting a large military operation with a force that predominantly consisted of his group.
Normally he would be nothing more than an outside contractor to supplement the forces of Nosferatu or Hassan.
It was quite exhilarating to think up of plans, back up plans, and back up plans in case the back up plans fail.
This time around, Theo brought with him about 5000 combat reformants, 100 Mil Mi-26 heavy transport helicopters, 50 Assault Power Armors, 30 Scorpion Siege Tanks, 10 heavily modified F-22 Raptors, lots of drones, lots of guns and lots of ammunition.
He was about to put 'war' in Drug War.
At the moment, Theo sat by the small table in his room, going over 2 very interesting documents.
The first one was his revised plan for the upcoming operation into Eldorado. Miss Samantha has already read through it and has wrote her suggestions in various areas of the 30 page document.
The other stack of papers was every info he could find about railguns and mass driver technology.
Mind you, he didn't really need to have everything printed out. His mechanical spinal column allowed him to directly access his tech with his mind. All the info could easily be downloaded into his brain.
However, Theo had always found the low tech approach to have a certain allure to it.
No idea why though.
Inefficient?
Absolutely.
Sexually appealing?
For some unknown reason, yes.
And besides, he wouldnt be able to do the indecent activity he was currently doing if he was plugged into the mainframe.
Here's the rundown.
Theo, Juno, Pani and Nichola were all butt naked. They had a 'good bye for now' foursome the night before, thus no one really bothered with clothes the following morning.
Pani was underneath the table, orally waxing Theo's sword of justice.
Nichola was taking a bath. She was the type of girl who violently squirted whenever she felt too good.
Juno was preparing a quick yet heavy meal for them.
Speaking of Juno, her lust remained unchanged despite being very close to her due date.
Her number of smexy times remained very high, though the intensity of their love making was drastically reduced. Her favorite hardcore plays would definitely harm their children after all.
Theo once feared that Juno might be unsatisfied with the tame nature of their recent sexual activities, but such was not the case.
In fact, the pleasure she experienced in prego sex was surprisingly immense.
The number of orgasms she experienced drastically increased while the effort Theo had to put in decreased.
All in all, Theo's sex life was just as active as ever.
"That's enough reading for now. Time to eat." said Juno as she brought a plate of sandwiches, a bowl of fried chicken and a pitcher of chocolate milk to the table.
Before Theo could complain that a heavily pregnant woman should be taking it easy, his body stiffened as Pani skillfully sent him to heaven and back.
Theo patted his chocolate waifu on the head as she gulped his protein down.
Once that was finished, Pani rushed to help Juno with setting up the table.
"Pani just drank a bit of your fresh milk in the morning huh.... *sigh*.... Typical degeneracy in paradise." said Nichola who just finished drying herself up.

"Said the girl who's about to shove my sexcalibur into her avalon." replied Theo.
"S-shut up!"
Nichola violently sat on Theo's lap, plunging his joy stick deep into her USB port.
Still sensitive from Pani's phenomenal tongue skills, Theo hugged Nichola as he unleashed his spunk into her.
"I lost my virginity before Juno... but she got pregnant before me? I-it's not like I'm jealous or anything... it's just... you know..."
Nichola's diabetic levels of sweetness made everyone in the room go ~awww~.
"Hahahaha! How cute! If I was I guy, I'd do my absolute best to knock you up!" said Juno
Even the robotic Pani gave Nichola a sisterly hug.
This did not please the pouting Nichola at all.
"Okay okay. That's enough teasing for now. The plane leaves in a couple of hours, so we dont have a lot of time to spare." said Theo as he bit into a drumstick.
Eating while someone was sitting on your lap was a fair bit of a challenge, but nothing Theo couldn't handle.
While the 4 were enjoying their morning meal, Juno spoke.
"Hey darling, can you do something for me?"
"That depends on what you want me to do." replied Theo.
"Can you give me cybernetics after I give birth?"
Theo and Nichola was taken completely off guard.
Pani didn't care and continued eating.
"Y-you sure about that Juno? Are you absolutely sure that you want my tech? I wont hold it against you if you chose another path to power. You do know that, right?" asked the reluctant Theo.
Theo's hesitation stemmed from the fact that Juno was a human resource that rivaled Adamantium in value. She was an exceedingly rare raw material that would become one of the most powerful weapons in existence, regardless of what form she would take.
She might not rival Omegaman and Mary Sue for the title of 'Strongest' but she was guaranteed a 3rd place finish.
By taking in Theo's cybernetics, Juno was going to be locked in the science path, which was also widely accepted as the weakest among the 3 branches of power due to how reliant it was to the rules of logic and physics.
He might be a selfish bastard, but even he felt extremely guilty hamstringing the heights that Juno could potentially reach.
It seemed that Juno understood this as well.
"Theo. The only path that would allow me to reach my fullest potential is the one made by your hands. By giving me the greatest power you can muster, you will get a servant with undying loyalty, a mother that will give birth to your most sacred bloodline, and the ultimate weapon to destroy your enemies. Once again, I offer everything I have and everything I am to you. There is no action I wont do, no low I wont sink, as long as you desire it. All I ask is that you accept it."
Juno's little speech made Theo's heart go dokidoki.
Though he would never admit it, he has grown extremely fond of this crazy girl.
While he still had some lingering doubts about Juno, her unflinching loyalty and perseverance has done well to melt his armor of caution.
However, whatever hesitation he had for Juno was shoved aside with her next words.
"When you give me the power I desire, I will answer any question you ask. Including the ones I refused to answer in the past."
Both Theo and Nichola took great interest in her words.
In this weird little family of theirs, Juno was the greatest enigma among them all.

While they knew the basics such as date of birth, family members, personal history, etc, there were a couple of points that remained a mystery.
For one, her intense loyalty to Theo. Calling it 'fanaticism' was appropriate.
Love was a poor justification for such an insane level of devotion.
So where did it came from? What has she gone through that would result in her present state?
The second point of interest was her combat capabilities.
During their HAA days, it was widely known that among those with no power, Juno was the absolute best in close quarters combat.
No one in within the student body could come close to her. Even Dorothy, a student of the great Crow, could not stand up against her in melee.
Upon dropping out from the HAA, it was revealed to Theo via Miss Samantha how truly great Juno's abilities were.
Apparently, Juno was holding back all the time.
She hid it so perfectly that Miss Samantha suspected nothing.
However, their prolonged exposure to each other allowed the older woman to spot a significant number of extremely small and unintentional slip ups.
Be it breathing techniques, stances, forms, target selection or combat logic, Juno performed everything perfectly.
Even her preferred berserker-like fighting style had no openings to exploit.
Miss Samantha once told Theo that if she and Juno were to fight to the death, the younger lady would destroy her with ease.
If the previous statement was true, then does that mean that Juno was the greatest non-powered melee combatant in the world?
And this was during her teenage years?
Where and when did she get the training and combat experience?
Juno was too much of an enigma, and Theo feared nothing more than the unknown.
"Theo. Just give Juno what she wants already." said Nichola.
"Ho? Care to explain?" asked Theo
"You're going to give it to her anyway. Why beat around the bush?"
"W-what do you mean?" replied Theo who clearly knew that Nichola was about to hit him where it hurts.
"You love Juno just as much as you love us. Why bother lying about it? We all know that you have a soft spot for us. Using your own weebness against you, I dubbed my beloved Theo a... what was that word again? Tsun... Tsun... Tsundara? I know it's one of the popular stereotypes."
"Wha-! D-dont misunderstand! I'm just taking care of my loyal servants! It's not like I l-love her or anything! Hmph!"
Nichola, Juno and Pani threw Theo a look filled with condescending pity.
"Uwah~... I may not be well verse in the weeb culture, but even I know that was text book Tsundoro response." said Nichola.
"Hahaha! Isnt he cute? I've always been the type of girl who enjoys breaking those who resist me." said Juno
"Defining: Tsundere- a trope common in Zifanese anime culture. 'Tsun' means Harsh. 'Dere' means Sweet. This character trope is initially cold or even hostile to the target of its affection before gradually displaying its kinder side over time. Known for its rampant mood swings from Tsun to Dere." added Pani
"UGH!"
This was the annoying part of having a harem.
Despite being the head of this little band of oddballs, there were times that he was dog pilled by his wives. And like good old democracy, the will of the many out weighs the will of the few.
"Tch. Fine. I'll do it. After the next operation, I'll give you the best tech I got. But I'm only doing this because of the will of the majority. Dont misunderstand, okay?"
"""~Whatever you say dear~""" replied the 3 girls who clearly did not believe him..
"A-anyways, you said that your family welcomed the idea that I was going to use their farm as my staging ground. In all honesty, I dont buy it. Tell me the truth, if you please." said Theo to Juno in a desperate bid to change the subject.
"It's true you know? They did welcome you with open arms. Initially, they did resist the idea. However, just like I have always said: 'If violence is not solving your problem, you are obviously not using enough of it'. They eventually understood the benefits of supporting you." replied the disturbingly serene Juno
As per usual, it made the others uncomfortable ever so slightly.
"What do you mean by that?" asked Theo who dreaded the answer he was about to receive.
On que, Juno took out a gray tome that was wrapped in chains.
"A Book of Shackles?! How the hell did you even get that?!" exclaimed Nichola
"Fu fu fu. I told you many times that I have friends in many places right? I got this from a very enthusiastic dwarf friend of mine."
"Err... What's a Book of Shackles?" asked Theo
"Hmm... The best way to describe it is the sadistic magical version of your Reformant Mind Control System on steroids, crack, crystal meth, coffee and any other substance that can make you go nuts." replied Nichola. "It enslaves people of very little to no metagene level via the threat of mind breaking pain and death. The owner can pretty much kill the slaves no matter the distance, time, place or reality that separates them."
"Holy crap! Isn't that a little OP?"
"Yeah. While it only affects weaklings like you and me, the damage it has done to the world is no laughing matter. There's a reason why even the possession of any of the 3 Book of Shackles is considered an act of war against humanity by the Geneva Convention you know?"
"Wait wait! Hold on! Are you saying that this little book is a war crime?!" asked Theo as he stared at the book in disbelief.
"Yup yup! And if you look at the pages, I've been using it quite extensively. I even shackled my own family just for you." replied Juno as she showed off her 'collection'
Each page was filled with a complete bio of different individuals. The most disturbing part was the 'current thought' section which was constantly rewriting itself.
Mind reading abilities?
OP much?
"Why in the hell would you do that?"
"Because not all are blessed with a loving family such as the one you were born into. Remember the Incubus in the Dionaea Spa incident? My mother was the one who sent me to that monster to be his mistress in hopes of establishing a business alliance. If I wasnt able to negotiate a deal with them.... well I think you already know what would have happened to me."
Theo could only nod in agreement as the memory of the dungeon beneath that spa flashed before his eyes.
"I see... I understand. By the way, what's the deal that you made with them?" asked Theo
"Well... that's..."
But before Juno could reluctantly explain, an unexpected incident occurred.
Without warning, Nichola turned to the side and vomited unto the floor.
"Woah! What the hell?! Are you alright Nichola?" asked Theo as he rubbed Nichola's back.
"I dont know.... That suddenly came out of nowhere." Nichola replied while leaning on Theo.
"Here you go." said Juno as she offered a pregnancy test kit to Nichola.
When did Juno even get that from?
No one knows, but the member's of Theo's harem have grown used to Juno unpredictability.
A few moment's later....
"T-Theo.. I I I I I'm p-pregnant! I know I said that I wanted your child, but I didn't expect to be pregnant RIGHT THIS INSTANT! W-what do I do? What do I do?!" said the panicking Nichola.
Theo's reaction to the sudden new's was as expected of him.
He stared blankly into the nothingness as the stress of fatherhood, which he has done well to forget, returned with a vengeance to haunt his future sleepless nights.
"Well... Shit."

Ocean Attuned - A timeloop LitRPG
In the mids of industrialization, Liana, a girl of almost twelve, awakens her flow and follows her newly awakened calling, the ocean, and thus the path of the last remaining god. With the advent of industry, one's status and the accompanying skills slowly grow to be secondary as people choose more recreational skills and classes. The clear exception are flow bringers. Humans with an increased affinity towards flow and attunements are the only real remnants of the age of gods and mysticism. Terrors on the battlefield, saints in hospitals, saviours during drought, are just some examples of the wonderous abilities they display. As civilization grows less dangerous so does the stress that is often associated with the awakening of the flow reduce and only the real talents remain. Please be aware that this is a first draft at best. Tag/Genre analysis: Action: A theme that will appear in the story at some point (probably 15+ chapters in) Adventure: Yes Fantasy: Yes Magic, Beasts, and other fantastical elements are totally at home here. Tragedy: Life is not always fun. For what is fun when there are no downsides. I don't know how heavily I am going to lean into this genre. I want to but don't expect too much. Loop: Yes, though I will not divulge anything else. Just be aware that there isn't nearly as much looping as in MoL for example. Female Lead: Yes, Liana is female. Dungeon: Yes, there are dungeons. Yes, they will get explored. LitRPG: Yes, read the first chapter if you want an example. Magic: most definitely because who doesn't like calling lighting down from the heavens. (Disclaimer: No actual lightning will be called down from the heavens) Mythos: There are gods. So maybe, I don't know if that is enough to qualify? Progression: yes Slice of Life: There is plot, and the story will mostly be about that plot, but there will also be downtime because there can't always be action. The first "loop" especially the first 20-30 chapters will be heavily SoL. And afterward there will be a lot less. Profanity: The ocean (see title) includes sailors and we all know how the stereotypical sailor is. Gore: Hmmm, some but I will have it be not graphic at all.
