For some unholy reason, Royal Road insists that I must insert 500 characters here. It literally says "Chapter must be at least 500 characters long", can you believe that? I'm actually wondering if this was an arbitrary limit, or if some numbers-bro did the maths to determine exactly how many characters would deter people from posting an infinite number of tiny little chapters. Do people game the system like that? If I have more chapters do I get a higher ranking? Does ranking somehow convert into money that can be used to buy good whisky and coffee, or revert into time that I can spend reading good books?
The world may never know. Tuu-whoo.
