Although the full name mentioned here are Chinese style, (example: Fang Hao, surname Fang first then given name Hao), the names clubbed with descriptions are description and then given name instead of description and surname (example Fatty Hao and not Fatty Fang).

--------------------------------------
Fang Hao swaddled onto the stage and faced his opponent. Neither of them rushed at each other and cautiously circled each other. After almost a minute of it, Fang Hao was getting a bit impatient. He paused, stood his ground and taunted his opponent with a sneering tone. “How can you call yourself my senior if you are afraid of approaching my lordly presence?” His opponent snorted, with a half amused voice as he replied,
“You will have to do better than that if you want to taunt me into action, junior. And what exactly are you a lord of…lard? Lord Lard, please enlighten me with your Lardly presence.” His opponent sniggered. ‘OK, he refused to take the bait and has a sharp tongue. Maybe I can sucker punch him.’ Fang Hao had a feigned expression of disdain on his face. He dropped his club, held his hands behind his back and approached him with confidence.
This act made his opponent cautious. His opponent was at the peak of the 6th layer of Qi gathering, but didn’t underestimate his opponent. HE was shrewd and cautious by nature and knew that in the Qi gathering realm, depending on the circumstances, a non-cultivating mortal could overwhelm those half a step into QI Condensation. He angled, with his side facing Fang Hao…giving Lord Lard a narrow target. ‘Cautious Bastard.’ Fang Hao said in his heart as he continued approaching his opponent.

They were a couple of feet away from each other…when Fang Hao gathered a good dollop of spit and spat at his opponents eyes. He managed to successfully shock his opponent who instinctively dodged the projectile coming at his face. Taking advantage of the opening, he lunged to close the distance as he clenched his fist, preparing a strike. Although he was merely at the 4th layer of Qi condensation, his physique was close to someone at the 8th layer due to the Divine Vajra Body Scripture.
His superior condition, combined with the shameless diversion tactic gave him a solid opportunity to inflict damage. His right hand executed an uppercut which impacted with his opponent’s left jaw jarring him. He used the momentum of his precut, as he put his significant weight behind an elbow strike at his opponent’s solar plexus. His reckless elbow strike connected and they both tumbled to the ground.
Fang Hao quickly maneuvered into a dominating position as he locked his opponent’s limbs and sat on him. He slapped his opponent a couple of times, as eh he heard the referee’s amused voice. “You can stop now Lord Lard your opponent has fainted. No. 120 wins and advances to the next round.” Fang Hao clasped his hands as he bowed to the referee and went back to the waiting room.
‘OK, I managed to troll this fight and save my stamina…but I shouldn’t count on it. This cheap trick will at most work in this tournament… Gossip spreads quickly here. And “Lord Lard” Seriously? Is that going to be nickname from now?’ Fang Hao sat cross-legged on an unoccupied mat in the waiting hall as he looked downwards at his protruding belly contemplating the match. The reason he had been shameless to spit at his opponent was mostly because he was irked at being called Lord Lard.

‘I can’t see my fucking feet… I think I should control my eating a bit or I am well-deserving of the nickname Lord Lard. Nah…the Goat Brain casserole was simply so delicious! And I am fat anyway…eating to my heart’s content isn’t making much difference.’ Deep down, Fang Hao knew he was lying to himself. He ate almost as much as three vigorous teenagers needed, on an average.
While practicing the Divine Vajra Bod scripture was quite strenuous, for some reason he found it very hard to restrain himself in front of the delicious otherworldly food. He shrugged as he reasoned, ‘No modern comforts of technology here…so might as well enjoy the food and liquor to the fullest. I hope to get laid soon though. I think this has been the driest spell in a while now. Goddamnit Fang Hao, you have a chance to pursue immortality…and all you are thinking is food, drink and sex. Shame on you, you dumbfuck!’
Fang Hao calmed himself as he began circulating the 5th layer of the Sublime QI Manual. After almost 10 minutes he was notified about his revere was broken with the notification of the next match. He entered the passageway, and ended up in a similar circular ring. Only the referee was different. He looked like a stern faced middle aged man with more wrinkles than hair. His opponent was a sturdily built youth with honey colored skin. The referee indicated them to choose their weapons.
Fang Hao chose a sturdy club, and his opponent had chosen a solid axe. AS soon as the middle aged referee announced the beginning of the match, the sturdy youth rushed at him, with the axe trailing behind him sideways. Fang Hao was caught a bit off-guard, but managed to react in time. As the sturdy youth neared him, he swung his axe horizontally at Fang Hao, who managed to block it with his club.
The sock of the impact was larger than he expected, although it was bearable, he still felt a tingling in his fingers. ‘So this time my opponent is a hot-blooded youth who rushes to face things head on. Well this Lord Lard here is no pushover, son!’ though Fang Hao as he counter attacked with a lunging knee strike at the opponent’s abdomen.
His opponent was still recovering from his previous swing, as Fang Hao’s knee struck little below his solar plexus. Even with the momentum of his heavy body behind him, Fang Hao wasn’t able to do more than make his opponent stumble a couple of steps backward. Still it gave him a valuable opening as he swung his club with full force. His club connected with his opponent’s forehead, who…fell down on the stage losing consciousness.’
“No. 120 wins.” The middle aged referee said dispassionately as Fang Hao bowed to him and returned to the waiting room.

Still have temp access to a PC. Fuck laptops, I decided to splurge on a full-fledged beastly gaming PC with 16GB RAM, SSD and an AMD RX card! Now that take quite a bit more money that I have…so I am working overtime! I hope to save enough in a couple of months and hope RX 470 price drops to affordable levels. I quite enjoyed playing Divinity Original Sin at my bro's place...and his games library convince me to go for a solid gaming desktop!

Nobody's Way
Foreign Thorn: Book 1 For eight centuries, the people of Isla have wanted for nothing. The Creator, Maere, uses Her power not only to keep them healthy and fed, but also to map the direction of each person's future Path - their vocation, role in society, and even the partner they'll spend their life with. In a world where infighting once threatened the very survival of humankind, the old texts say that Maere personally stepped in to help guide Her creations to harmony. All is not well among the people of the northern lands, however, as Jian discovers when she receives her own long-awaited Path. The Creator has chosen to favour some towns, but not others, leading to anarchy and unrest in the east, and fierce distrust between the neighbours who enjoy Her protection and those who don't. After many nights of disturbing premonitions, visions of a face uncannily familiar to her, and a voice beckoning her to "Homeland," Jian decides she needs to find answers for herself. She hires Madrigal, a surly young traveller hailing from an "unblessed" village, to take her to the southern lands. The swordsman is on the run from something, or someone, but Jian has no choice but to trust him. When the two leave the safety of the familiar and meet Quinn, a mysterious boy who seems to know more about Jian than she does about herself, it becomes clear that there are forces besides the old magics, forces completely unknown to the people of Isla, in play. Madrigal and Jian aren't sure if Quinn can be trusted, but they're certain he knows more than he's letting on...
