Currently, in his room Yan D. Yu doesn’t understand that seven treasures came down causing everyone to go after them. He also doesn’t know that the alliance just decided that they are going to kill anyone who kills a mortal and opposes them.

Everything is happening too fast, but he still hasn’t heard any news of it yet. With his eyes closed, he is looking at the system. What surprised him the most was the fact that the Bounty system had opened up now.

After three years of being here, it’s finally opened up! He couldn’t wait to see what kind of missions he would get.

The interface was different, it showed his name, the amount of bounty on his head, a list of the most wanted people, as well as a list of missions. The strange thing was that his name was Yan D. Yu in the name tab, but he knows that the previous owner was Yan Yu. Maybe it was when he declared out loud that his name would be Yan D. Yu the system also changed his name.

His bounty was currently zero, but he knew that it would change. Yan D. Yu didn’t even think that the bounty system would tell him everyone’s bounty in the world. If they had a bounty on their head, naturally they must be strong. The higher it is, the stronger they are. He didn’t think about comparing them to One Piece characters, because he knows that one is real and one is fiction.

Once he gains his own bounty, he would see how he fairs against the most wanted in the world.

Saying ‘list of most wanted people’, a drop down menu appears. There were six different Continents he could choose from, or click the world. Naturally he chose the world. He must see who his competition is in the world, not just a small section!

List of names appeared along with a number at the end of it. ‘Holy shit!’ He thought to himself as he glanced at the first four names. Each one of them had close to a hundred billion.

Yan D. Yu didn’t know what the hell they did, but with a bounty this big how could they not be huge figures in the world?

In his mind, he decided to remember these four people. Yang Bi, Shu Ching, Luo Ba, Lin Xia. These four people were definitely powerful enough to hold a piece of the world in their own hands.

The others on the list had a massive amount of bounty as well, but from being ranked fourth to fifth, the jump was by sixty billion. Therefore Yan D. Yu didn’t care for them much.

He exited the most wanted list, and checked out the missions. A variety of missions appeared, some gave rewards of points while others gave him bounty.

There was a strange mission that his eyes were glued on.

Attack and kill one of the headmasters of the Alliance.

The Alliance has a firm hold in the world, but they deserve it. As news of the seven treasures have spread, peoples greed grows. The Alliance can’t stand for cultivators to harm the mortals, thus any cultivator who harms a target is killed. Now that the cultivators are after the seven treasures, their killing is going wild. The Alliance has passed down an order to the headmasters of the branch sect to send out forces to stop them. Find and kill one of the headmasters of the branch sect.

Upon completion, you’ll be rewarded 50000 points, and a random legendary weapon.

Alliance? Where did Yan D. Yu hear that before? Thinking about it, he realized that it was that pot bellied man who told him he would tell the alliance about him killing those five men.

“Isn’t this basically a world government?” Yan D. Yu asked himself.

Seven treasures clicked in his head as well. Doesn’t that mean that people will go out and search for these items? If they are searching, then they are bound to travel wide and far. Just thinking about it made Yan D. Yu smile. This was the beginning of the great pirate age!

Even though he wanted to jump in joy, he held back as he continued searching through the bounty missions.

The best ones ended up with him killing someone, or making his claiming his own domain. As a domain, anything under his name would have his protection from others causing trouble there.

Opening his eyes, Yan D. Yu’s body shook with excitement. “Must make a crew! Must make a crew!” He chanted to himself as he rolled around on his bed as he use to when a new episode of One Piece came out. Others would say he was fan-girling hard, but he didn’t care. He was basically living his dream!

Yan D. Yu stopped fan-girling and walked over to the door. Opening it before she could even know, he looked at the young lady. Her hand had a plate full of meat and eggs along with some water.

“Here, mother said it’s thanks for yesterday's meat.” She told him pushing the plate in his hands.

Holding the plate, he watched the Yu Xing rush back downstairs.

It was still busy as he could hear noises downstairs. Not knowing what those seven treasures were, he could care less. Ok, not exactly care less because he still wanted to get all of them! What pirate didn’t love treasure?

He took a quick wiff of his food before closing his door.

Downstairs Yu Xing was leaning against the counter seemingly exhausted. Her mother glanced at her and frowned. “Yu’er, go take a break, you’ve been working all day.”

She shook her head. Even if her feet hurt, her mother has been working longer than her! How can she take a break when her own mother hasn’t taken one yet?

Seeing how her daughter was being stubborn, she topped taking an order of some woman and gave her daughter the pen and paper. “Then switch with me, you can take the orders.”

Yu Xing nodded as she traded places with her mother. Yu Ying headed towards the kitchen to grab the next set of plates.

The mortals and cultivators were in the same place, so naturally they would butt heads. Yu Xing had been exposed to dead bodies before, but she had never seen anyone killing in the open as she had done today.

Yu Ying told her that she could take a break if needed, but she didn’t take one then either. Yu Ying never wanted her daughter to be exposed to the cultivation world, but it seemed that the heavens had other plans for her.

As she walked over to a table, she felt a hand touching her butt. Who would dare do such a thing? No one touched her butt since her husband was around, and the person who did was him.

It was a middle aged man wearing a golden robe with a dragon embroidered on it. Looking Yu Ying up and down, he licked his lips. “How could such a woman as yourself be running a place like this? Come with me, i’ll give you what you really need.” He told her as he licked his lips.

She felt disgusted, and violated. However she held back, there wasn’t a need for her to upset her customers, no matter how bad they were. It would be bad for business later on if some wanted to return.

“I have a husband.”

“So? Who is he, how can he compare to me? I bet he’s some kind of fisher or something. A mere mortal can’t compare to me girl?”

Her face turned green when he grabbed her by her waist pulling her into his embrace. The places she was carrying fell onto the ground breaking. The others in the dinning area took a few glances her way, but no one wanted to butt in.

A few males clicked their tongues as they watched her being taken away. For what reason, no one knew. Maybe they were also eyeing Yu Ying?

Watching her mother get grabbed, Yu Xing’s face lost its color. She bit her lower lip as she put down the pen and paper. She needed to save her mother!

“Keep taking orders, I got this.” Yan D. Yu told her as walked downstairs.

He didn’t think that the world would be this bad, as to taking the owner of a business. Not even one person wanted to help her out, instead they continued chatting while eating their meal.

“Let me go!” Yu Ying yelled out while trying to struggle from his embrace. The struggle was useless and she knew it, but she just had to try anyways.

“Shut it, can’t you see that struggling won’t get you anywhere. I’ll have you know that not one person in this whole building can match my cultivation level. Even if they wanted to, they wouldn’t dare try.”

“Let her go and get the fuck out!” Yan D. Yu roared at the man.

“The fuck are you? You dare curse at this daddy?” The middle aged man glanced at Yan D. Yu checking his cultivation then sneered. “A damn mortal dares curse at me?”

Yan D. Yu approached the man with anger in his eyes. The middle aged man seeing Yan D. Yu approach threw Yu Ying to the side. “What are you, her son? If you want to keep your life, how about you give me face and step away. Things will go a whole lot better for you if you do.” He told him as he stood up.

Against a mortal he didn’t even need to use one percent of his power. A flick of the finger would be enough to kill them.

Bang!

His body was sent flying over a table and broke through the wall. Yan D. Yu’s fist hit him dead in the face. It was faster than he thought it would be, and he didn’t have his guard up.

The customers in the dining area glanced at Yan D. Yu, then the hole in the wall. Their hearts were stirred up. The few mortals thought this would be a good fight, while the cultivators in the area felt that Yan D. Yu was dead. He got a lucky shot in, that was all.

“Fuck! You dare hit me!” The middle aged man yelled out.

Appearing out of the hole was Yan D. Yu. “Yeah, I dare, what the hell you going to do about it?”

The man had a nosebleed, but that was all. Yan D. Yu even used his armament Haki hoping to kill him with that punch. Even with that, this man wasn’t damaged much. It got Yan D. Yu fired up, it didn’t take a genius to realize that this person was a cultivator.

“If I don’t kill you today, then I can’t show my face in the world anymore!” He yelled as a black tipped spear appeared in his hands.

Seeing as how the middle aged man pulled out a spear from thin air, it confirmed one thing to Yan D. Yu. Those spatial rings, did exist like some of those novels stated.

Unsheathed his Wado Ichimonji, he was ready for the challenge.

Outside, people were still waiting to get a hot meal. The amount was vastly smaller compared to earlier, but it was still quite the crowd. Some people inside Rabbit Inn started coming out to take a look.

The middle aged man realized the amount of people watching him was greater than what was shown. He sensed a few people further away from them, watching this. There were even two men floating in the air looking at him. If he didn’t finish this in one move, he could never show his face again.

Thrusting the spear out he aimed at Yan D. Yu’s chest. It veered off course as Yan D. Yu swept it away with his blade.

‘Impossible! No mortal can block my spear!’ He said to himself. Gritting his teeth, he started thrusting out more attacks, but they were all blocked by Yan D. Yu.

Feeling that this shouldn’t happen, he probed Yan D. Yu for his cultivation again. ‘Fuck me, it really is a mortal!’

“My turn!” Yan D. Yu shouted as he swung his sword in a arc, causing the a great amount of air to rush towards the middle aged man. The middle aged man’s hair blew back as he sensed something. His spear was in front of his body as he took a defensive stance.

Being pushed back a few feet, there were a few cuts over his face along with pieces of his robe being torn. Yan D. Yu didn’t give him a chance to counter. After using Black Blade Arc moon (Kokuto Kogetsu), he followed up Earth-Crawling Slash (Chi wo Hau Zangeki) letting the earth split as a massive amount of energy flew towards the middle aged man.

“Moon over heaven!” The man shouted as his spear was covered with dark red flames colliding with the wave of energy.

The energy wave dispersed, as the middle aged man's body blurred. Yan D. Yu has observation Haki, so he was easily able to track the man's movements. He spun around as his sword collide with the spear.

“Earth Shattering fist!” The middle aged man yelled out as he threw out a punch.

Yan D. Yu was still in the motion of blocking, he didn’t have time to dodge. He hoped that his flame body would protect him, but he knew that was just a dream as the fist connected with his stomach. Being sent flying backwards, Yan D. Yu’s body smacked against a building. The Wado Ichimonji dropped out of his hands falling to the ground.

Blood leaked out from his mouth, he could feel something inside his body crack. When he knew he couldn’t dodge, he counted on his flame body thus he didn’t use any haki for protection. Now he knew that was wrong, these cultivators could harm him. His body wasn’t as strong as theirs unless he used Haki. It’s been tempered because he ate Devil Fruit, but it was nowhere near as strong as theirs! He was lucky enough just to survive that punch.

Yan D. Yu spit out the blood that was in his mouth.

“Still alive? Fuck, are you even human?” The middle aged man questioned him.

Yan D. Yu didn’t reply as his fist turned black and purple flames appeared.

Raising his eyebrow, he didn’t think that Yan D. Yu could use flames. I mean, who has heard of a mortal being able to flames! He really started to question if Yan D. Yu was really human.

“Phoenix Fist!” Yan D. Yu yelled out as he threw his fist forward. Purple flames gushed out of his hand in the form of a phoenix. Smashing into the body of the middle aged man, he burst into flames.

Swinging his spear around, the flames vanished, but he was still hurt. His skin was turned black, and even his clothing was missing. He didn’t spot Yan D. Yu, as he glanced around looking for him.

He wouldn’t have guessed that Yan D. Yu knew how to fly. If he did, he would cough blood. Even he couldn’t fly, he was still a realm away from being able to fly.

In the sky, Yan D. Yu’s body turned into that of a purple phoenix. Flapping his wings, he flew straight down in a nose dive. This was one of Marco’s moves Pale Flame of Transmigration (Tensei no Soen) except he didn’t throw the enemy into the air.

Yan D. Yu’s body crashed into the middle aged man letting out a shockwave. Watching the man burn, Yan D. Yu knew it was over. There was no way that his opponent could survive that.

Gained 10000 Bounty, and 1000 points have been added for killing a Sage realm Cultivator. As a bonus for your first bounty kill, you've gained an additional 10000 bounty and 5000 points!

Picking up his Wado Ichimonji he sheathed it, and walked back into the Inn.

The spectators didn’t know how to act. Those mortals thought that two cultivators were duking it out, however the surrounding cultivators knew what really happened. Yan D. Yu was a mortal having the power to wield purple flames, he could kill a cultivator at the fifth realm! Wasn’t this simply going against the heavens?

People couldn’t help but ask, “Who is he?”
