Chapter 64- Summoner Menu
Kara and Elora headed downstairs and back to the party while Sol said he would stay on the roof for a while. He had gotten some notifications during the party.

You have learned the skill Reproduction Novice I (P)

+1% Increased chance to impregnate.
“It’s called Reproduction?” Sol questioned himself.
Sex sounded better than reproduction, he was happy with the skill but still found the name off-putting. He checked the rest of his notifications.

Level 52 Shadow Wolf, Unbridled Strength has been transformed into Level 47 Night Prowler. It lost all of it’s previous titles.
You will have 54 minutes and 3 seconds to try and tame the entity. Would you like to enter the Euclid Dimension?
Yes/No?
This option will never disappear, however, the entity may gain levels, titles and skills during this time.
Sol was amazed at the transformation, he felt excited. He couldn’t wait to try and tame them. He wouldn’t do it now however as it would kill the party vibe for him. The time seemed to be exaggerated, he had killed monsters of their level before in under 5 minutes. Then again, everything in the Euclid Dimension seemed ridiculously overpowered regardless of their levels. Oglak turned into a steroided version of his previous form and Sol would not have liked to fight him. He was thankful for the system giving him a free summon.

Night Prowler sounded like a horrible monster to fight, he felt that he wouldn’t have a hard time killing the rabbit however. Time would only tell. He dismissed the notifications and brought up his new status along with a new Summoner status that came with his class.

He rubbed his hands together, he was getting excited for it.
Sol headed back down to the party, his team were all getting along- joking and singing with a bunch of other people. The band on the stage were still playing. Sol sat down in between Elora and Kara; someone handed him a drink and he joined in with the party. The que to end the party came when the sun shone through the huge glass windows.
“Are you guys up for some training tomorrow? Well- today?” Sol asked his team.
“I am,” Tower replied, he was always up for training.

The rest of his group nodded.
“We will have some extra time now that the games have been extended,” Sharp explained.
Sol covered his eyes as the sun hit them. “Shall we say five?”
“Sounds good,” Tower said. “Ozark, now that you’re our blacksmith- mind repairing my armour and tools?”
“Yes, Sir!” Ozark exclaimed enthusiastically with a salute- completely sober.
Tower slapped his forehead. “Not in this sort of place.”
“Yes, Sir!”
“Tch, what’s the point?”
Boseman checked his phone. “Shit, I got to go. I’ll see you guys the next time shit hits the fan.”
“You ok?” Sol asked.
“Yeah, problem with games again. I have to go in,” Boseman replied.
“Oh, the joy of not being a Calamity,” Sol remarked, leaning back in the comfy seats.
“I’ll still kick all your asses,” Boseman shot back, grinning at everyone.
“See you later, Boseman,” Tower said.
The man said his goodbyes and headed out after. The group followed shortly after too but when Sol got to the door he pulled Elora aside.
“Can you come over late tomorrow? To tutor Summer,” Sol asked.
“Yeah, I’m free. I’ll bring Kara too,” she said with a wink. “When are we going to the cinema?”
“Raincheck?”
Elora rolled her eyes. “You promised.”
“It’s still there, I’ll surprise you.”
“Fine, see you tomorrow,” Elora said as she hugged him.
Sol squeezed her back and headed off with his team.
The guards at the door were still patiently standing at the door.
“Fucking hell guys,” Spike said. “You’ve been standing there for hours.”
“Lady Evergrand pays us too,” one replied.
“And not interfere with the brawl in there?”
They both froze.
Tower slapped Spike’s head. “They’re high level but they don’t want to die.”
Spike just shrugged and the team exited the party.
Spike, Tower and Mute went to a teleporter nearby, only Sharp and Sol were walking in the same direction.
“Are you free tomorrow at 7?” Sol asked.
“For the tutor sessions?” Sharp questioned.
Sol nodded.
“Absolutely. About your investments, would you like me to keep you up to date?”
“Yeah, if you dumb it down for me,” Sol said.
“Of course,” Sharp remarked. “Well, I’ll see you tomorrow.”
“You too,” Sol said.
They split off and Sol enjoyed the walk home in the morning light. It was getting to the end of autumn soon and there was a glistening layer of frost everywhere. He often used morning walks like these to go over some things in his head. He remembered that his sisters were spying on him- or trying to at least. They wouldn’t find anything. He was only registered at the adventurer guild to keep a cover of being one.
June was one he had to worry about, she could deduct most things if she really put her mind to it. She might find out he’s an Unwanted but definitely not that he was the one known as Immortal. Sol decided he was going to play dumb, he would try his best to divert them.
He got in and fell onto his bed without taking his clothes off, he was exhausted.
A few hours later, he woke up to the sound of his sisters crashing and banging downstairs. He hopped in the shower and headed down after.

Journeys in the Fairworld: The Gatekeeper
Lindsey Fluger was only slightly past eighteen. There was nothing particularly special about her, save that she happened to be the right person at the right time. When Lindsey is asked to join an expedition to another world she makes the mistake of saying yes, plunging herself into a sea of perilous adventure and dark intrigue. Journeys in the Fairworld is a fantasy anthology series set in The Fairworld, a magical realm existing in parallel with our own world which is governed by a group elfin beings known only as “The Good Folk”. These mysterious entities work in secret to keep the peace between the myriad of peoples and nations which dwell in The Fairworld. Complex relationships and bitter rivalries emerge against a backdrop of constrained resources and conflicting values to produce a world of high adventure and tangled mysteries. This novel is technically already completed, and I am currently in the final stages of proofing or editing. As such, there may be a few typos and errors here and there. The final version should be about 130,000 words long, which I will be releasing in stages as I continue editing. I'd love to hear your feedback and comments! If you want to read more stories from Journeys in the Fairworld, please checkout “Journeys in the Fairworld: The Brigand of Potham”, which is also available here on Royal Road Legends. https://www.royalroadl.com/fiction/19369/journeys-in-the-fairworld-the-brigand-of-potham

Wildling
Blurb: Silas--a scavenger living off the ruins of humanity--has spent his entire life fighting tooth and nail to provide for himself and his crew. But when a scavenging run goes awry and he's snatched up by an android patrol, he finds himself thrown into a cage and priced to sell as a pet. And when a suitor comes calling, he fears the worst: that he'll be turned into a Domestic, a human lapdog brainwashed into total obedience. Instead, he discovers an equally disturbing truth: that the creatures who stole his world have created a videogame the likes of which Earth has never seen; a sprawling, game-like theme park where humans are the Avatars and androids are the players who control them. And to make matters worse, his android guide is as hopeless as they come, having gotten all of her previous Avatars killed in record time. So if Silas wants to regain his freedom, he'll not only have to fight his way through a world that was specifically designed to murder him in brutal fashion--he'll also have to convince his android guide that he should be the one calling the shots. FAQS: Q: Who are you, handsome stranger? A: I'm Kyle Kirrin, the author of Shadeslinger, book 1 of The Ripple System, published by Portal Books, and I write crunchy LitRPG. Q: What is Wildling? And is it complete? A: Wildling is a crunchy LitRPG mash up of Fantasy and Science Fiction. And yup, Wildling is already complete at 64 chapters, or about 120,000 thousand words. You're looking at something like a third draft here--it's fairly polished, but it hasn't been picked over by a copy editor yet nor has my developmental editor seen it. Q: Upload schedule? A: 5 initial chapters today (2/15/2021) and one chapter a day for the next month. After that I'll probably slow down to 2 or 3 chapters a week until the story is complete. Q: How crunchy is it? A: It's pretty crunchy. I'd put it on the same tier as Ascend/The Land/RSSG, but it might be a bit crunchier than those three? Q: Is this the first book in a series or a web novel or what? And what are your plans for it? A: It's currently a standalone with series potential. Full disclosure: this story may head the way of my publisher eventually, but will be available on RR for quite a while no matter what. Likely several months after it's complete with plenty of warning before/if it's taken down. Q: What kind of build does the MC create? A: Sword and board! Q: Crafting? A: Plenty! Crafting isn't as center stage as it is in The Way of the Shaman, but it's close. Q: Base building? A: Two fully separate, distinct bases, both of which play a major role in the story. Q: VRMMO? Portal? Reincarnation or what? A: This one's a bit tricky. Basically an advanced race has created a game-like world that closely resembles a theme park. Think Westworld but with copious amounts of loot. And the MC has to fight his way through that to earn his freedom. Q: Permadeath? A: Nope! The MC gets 3 lives to play through the entirety of the game world, and death is extremely punishing, but not fatal. Q: Harem? Or romance? A: No and no. Q: Cursing? Blood? A: Quite a bit of cursing, yeah. There's blood, too, but it's not a gory book by any means. Q: How can I support? A: Instead of a Patreon/donations etc, I'd ask that you consider giving my debut LitRPG Shadeslinger a chance. It's free on Kindle Unlimited and the audio is already out narrated by Travis Baldree. It's an epic fantasy VRMMO where the main character gets 3 days of exclusive access to a new game plus a snarky, talking axe to guide him through it in exchange for agreeing to become the target of a serverwide manhunt once the Head Start period ends. Q: How's it similar to Wildling? And how's it different? A. The crunch level is very similar, but Shadeslinger is a much lighter, epic fantasy take on the genre. It's also VRMMO, but without any real world components aside from the first chapter. The MC is very different--he comes off as a bit of a jerk early on and can take a bit to warm up to, especially before his backstory is revealed--but he's also got a talking axe that constantly puts him in his place. Shadeslinger's a much more humorous story in general, and it's a great deal more polished as well. Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoy Wildling!

Gods Game
The Gods gathered together in a moment of clarity and created a world where people could battle, gain powers, and eventually enough power to kill them and take their place. After a millennium, they still have little success. Some of the combatants have died, others have given up and accepted their lives as they are, others turned their back on their original calling entirely, rebelled and have decided to wage war against this world and the reason they are there. So the gods keep scooping people up from the various worlds they've created in hopes of finding their death. They had gathered from six of the seven worlds they had available to them, now they have no choice but to gather combatants from the one world they swore they would leave alone: Earth. The world was dying and the people seemed hell bent on killing each other, rather than focusing on keeping their world alive so they could all live peacefully. Earth wasn't an ideal place to choose from, but the Gods had no choice. With new combatants gathered, each blessed with a gift from the Gods, they are set loose in the world of Taimin. The play ground for the replacement God candidates. However, this time, the combatants are unaware of their true purpose, so that maybe, they can accomplish the God's true goals. Another round of God creation has begun, but with secrets kept from them, and others hunting for their deaths, can they survive the first rounds, or will they perish because of the weaknesses they carry? NOTE: I do not own that cover, I googled fantasy wallpaper planets and I found that one. ^_^ Also, this story will slightly be fanfictiony as some weapons and elements may come videos, shows, and/or books.
