Continent of Ferisia. Located at the south of the world, its also called the southern continent. North east of the continent there is huge megalopolis name Roshan. Roshan excels in everything including military, economy, technology, art and human resources. The World library that is a must visit for any scholar, the busiest port where merchants from around the world gather and all kinds of military buildings that gather mercenaries and train millions of NPC soldiers.

In Roshan, the NPC soldiers’ levels are particularly high. Their loyalty level is also at maximum. This is all because Roshan is currently occupied by Alex, the current Emperor. Every week, clans gather from around the world to attack Roshan but after 1 year, Roshan wall proved impregnable. Outside of Roshan there were no less then 500.000 users and NPCs that came from various clans to invade Roshan. Their morale was particularly high today. This is because the shocking news users around the world received this morning.

At the top of the tower in Roshan’s wall, Alex and his clan, TerraFirma watched the opposing party marching closer. Every single TerraFirma member was summoned to Roshan because of the news. Alex personally lead the army this time. At the tower, Alex shouted.

"Like we anticipated, their morale is high due to the news. But its the exact time to show them our might. We are invincible, they will recognize that after this upcoming battle. They shall not underestimate us because of a single piece of news. Just because we defended for the past month doesn't mean we growing weak. To show that, we will come out of Roshan and battle it out fair and square!!"

"Yeah!!"

The crowd cheered for Alex. They always win the weekly battle. In fact, no Emperor ever lost a battle. But this battle will further prove their invincibility in opposition of this morning’s news. Alex ordered to open the city gates and ordered his army to go to the plain outside of Roshan. Outside, Alex faced off with the united clans’ leader.

"We will battle it out here."

-"What’s with the sudden change? Nervous?"

"We will see after the battle."

Continent of Blessaro. Located at the north, it also called the northern continent. North west of this continent, there lies the Mountain of the Fallen God. It is said, only 10% of the users can hunt here. But only 2% can clear the monsters. Even with max level, solo is said to be impossible. At the foot of the mountain, monsters are around level 600~700 and have a wide agro range. At the central mountain there are all type of higher level winged monsters, wyverns and drakes are particularly dangerous. On top of the mountain lies an ancient dragon, one of the strongest boss monsters in the world.

At the top of the mountain, someone logged in. The Ancient Dragon noticed him and started to roar. The user didn't lose his composure when facing the Ancient Dragon, one of the strongest boss monsters in the world, alone. The dragon pride was hurt by the user’s composure, it charged towards the user with a great speed. But the user maintained his composure and smiled.

"Soul Wall!!"

In front of the user, a wall made from thousands of soul was created. The dragon’s charge slowed by 80% when going through the Soul Wall. The user once again smiled, he got excited since this was his first hunt after a long time. The user pulled out an orb from his inventory. Soul orb, artefact that keeps the soul from a monster the user kills, right now it contains millions of soul.

"Abaddon kiss!!"

Hundreds of thousands of souls came out and attacked the dragon. The dragon screamed, its hard skin cannot defend against a soul attack. The winged beast tried to retaliate with dragon breath.

"ROAARR!!!"

But for some reason the dragon’s breath didn't have any effect. The user pulled out Noah’s staff, another artefact. He held Noah’s Staff with both of his hands and drew his mana into the staff.

"Death Scythe!"

The staff changed to a scythe weapon. The staff still looked the same, but at the end of it there was scythe blade made from souls. The user charged the dragon, a battle between a solo player and one of the strongest bosses in the world began.

No one dared to fight Ancient Dragon even with a whole clan. But this user, Seth could hold his ground against the beast solo. Its been 3 years since he relinquished his title as the third emperor. In those 3 years, he logged in occasionally but the breaking news make him decide to return for good. At least until everything settles down.

"(Interesting news)". He smirked while fighting the dragon.

Continent of Apollo. Located at the east side of the world thus called the eastern continent. In the heart of the continent, there is another conflict taking place. The weekly raid against Roshan actually held another meaning. When the clan leader with the main force went for the raid, it was an opportunity for the vice clan leader to make an alliance and raid other clans’ territory.

Right now, a battle was about to begin any second at the plain Serugol. In the middle of the tension, a user logged in between both armies. A figure 2.5 meter tall with a vicious face, a mass of muscles, heavy armour and a giant 1.8 meter long axe. A rare race among the users, an orc.

"Who is it?"

"Which side is he from?"

Both sides were puzzled by his sudden appearance. The user were obviously intimidated by the orc’s appearance. Not many user tinkered much with their appearance since it would feel strange when playing in virtual reality. But with the orc’s appearance, they could only imagine what the user’s appearance really looked like. But suddenly, the orc drew his axe and shouted.

"ROOAAAAR!!!!

Flustered, all five thousand users from both sides attacked the gigantic orc. A single swing from his gigantic axe hit 5 users and damaged them tremendously. His strength was no joke. With his speed, he could dodge normal attacks easily while his attackers only grazed their sword on his hard heavy armour.

"Damn it! Mages!"

The mages finished their long incantation and attack the orc with their most damaging spells.

"Thunder God!"

"Hell Flame!"

"Odin’s spear!"

"Northern Blizzard!"

"Yggdrasil Root!"

BANG!! BOOM!! BANGG!!

All the projectiles from both sides were focused on one target. But they could only shiver in despair. The damage seemed minimal. The orc looked annoyed, he charged to the mages at the back of the army instantly. He then swung his gigantic axe with a blinding speed and killed all the mages there. Shocked, the other users just watched. The orc did not stop, he jumped as high as 5 metres then held his gigantic axe like holding a baseball bat trying to get a homerun and unleashed his first skill.

"Crescent strike!!"

BOOOMM!!

A big crescent vacuum flew to the other side and killed all the mages there. Every user there had already mistaken the orc as an event boss monster. Both forces now combined to kill the orc.

After one day of fighting, the orc finally looked like on his last breath. The orc’s lack of mana, kept him from spamming skills and with half of the army still alive, victory seemed imminent. But the orc had one last trick.

Last Rampage

A passive that make the skill’s user invincible for sometime. Everyone in the army just smiled wryly because from their knowledge the skill only lasted for a few hours max. But that is public knowledge, the orc remained on Last Rampage mode for two days.

Fighting an army alone is crazy enough. But the news made Kongol feel he should get back his battle sense. He was the fourth Emperor, the one mysteriously vanished one and a half years ago. Now he’s back, and he means business.

Continent of Guntzel. Located at the west thus called the western continent. In the east of the continent is a wasteland that covers 1/3 of the continent. At the heart of the wasteland, one user logged in.

"(My castle has turned to wasteland now?)"

The user laughed and got excited alone. Its been forever since he logged in. But the news was interesting enough to make even him return to Emperor Saga.

The second Emperor in Emperor Saga. But he was actually the first emperor among the users since the first Emperor was an NPC.

6 Hour before all of the events, in the deepest sea in the world located north of the middle continent. A ruin discovered by the clan Pulse at the seabed. The clan is the third most powerful clan in the world. Right now, they tried to accomplish a SS Special quest that never was accomplished in 10 years of Emperor Saga.

In the last room, only the clan leader Gray remained alive. The other elite clan members and mercenaries died on the way. In the last room, there was a tomb at the end of it. Gray took out the Medallion of the Netherworld, an artefact that took him and his whole clan eight months to get. He put the medallion at the heart of the tombstone. The room started to shake and a figure rose from the tombstone and opened his eyes.
