"Here we are!" JohnWillStab exclaimed standing before the entrance to a massive cave.
Arachnophobia now returned to John's sleeve to warm up.
"Somehow..." Jerry exclaimed as they both charged into the cave.
Attached to one of the pillars, they saw the frozen over frog part.
They both breathed a sigh of relief.
"Thank god..." Jerry said turning to John.
They both stood there awkwardly.
"Alright, snap if off and we can leave..." Jerry instructed.
"Why me?! You're the guys on a mission to save the future!" John replied.
"What?! No! You're the one we got to save the world!"
"No, no, besides I know Foxly, so you should be the one to grab his dick!" John argued.
"No! You're XxFoxlyxX's friend, you should be the one to do it!" he argued.
"That's exactly why you should be the one, keep it personal, man, would you like a stranger grabbing your dick!?" Jerry demanded crossing his arms.
"AT THIS POINT, IF IT MEANT I GET MY DICK BACK, I'D BE WILLING TO CONSIDER IT!" John replied.
"WELL, I WOULDN'T, PEROID!" Jerry replied.
"So what?!" John demanded.
"I mean I'm straighter, thus you should do it since you'd feel less mental trauma!" Jerry explained.
"Nah, I'm waaaay straighter, I'm even playing a woman so I have to see fewer men, it all makes sense!" John replied hesitantly.
"You just said you wanted your dick back... so you want a dick? Wanting dick isn't very straight if you ask me..." Jerry replied smugly.
"Oh really?! Well... what about your party?" asked John.
"What about it?" asked Jerry.
"I mean, your group is just three men, my one has at least three women at this time!" John exclaimed.
"My one has some women back in the future!" Jerry argued.
"Care to show me some proof?" asked John.
"..."
"Just grab it!" Jerry exclaimed.
"No, you do it!" John replied.
"THE FAITH OF THE WORLD DEPENDS ON THIS!" Jerry shouted.
"THE FAITH OF MY MANHOOD DEPENDS ON THIS!" John cried.
"BESIDES! You have the body of a woman and the soul of a man, meaning there is a man in your female body, that's NOT VERY STRAIGHT!"

"LIES! SINCE THE BODY IS FEMALE IT'S AS STRAIGHT AS IT COULD BE!" John replied.
"IN FACT, YOU CAN'T ASK FOR ANY FURTHER PROOF!" John exclaimed.
"JUST GRAB XXFOXLYXX'S DICK!"
"YOU GRAB IT!"
The argument continued for about ten more minutes until John started feeling stiff from the cold climate, his flesh and muscles were slowly freezing.
"Alright, let's settle this with rock, paper scissors!" John suggested.
"Fine!"
"Rock, paper, scissors!" they both exclaimed.
JohnWillStab looked down and saw they both played rock.
"Great minds think alike..." John remarked.
"Rock, paper, scissors!" they both exclaimed.
John looked down and saw that they both played rock again.
They both looked at each other with a cold, analytical stare.
"Best of four, right?" asked John.
"Of course," Jerry nodded.
"In that case, I will play paper," John replied.
"I'll see how he reacts... I might be able to play him into an early loss..."
Jerry's face looked puzzled.
"Looks like he didn't catch onto my plan!" John though hiding his grin.
"Alright..." Jerry replied squinting in suspicion.
"Rock, paper, scissors!"
JohnWillStab played rock while Jerry played scissors.
As Jerry was about to comment on John's betrayal, JohnWillStab spoke up.
"I told you I'd play scissors!" John remarked.
Jerry's face contorted into a confused look.
"Oh, sorry, I thought you said you'd play rock." Jerry sighed.
"Maybe it's the echo, I definitely said "cut" like scissors," John replied.
"Alright, this time I'll play rock" John added.
"Rock, paper, scissors!"
JohnWillStab played rock while Jerry played paper.
"Damn, you got me!" John exclaimed.
"Didn't think you'd take the bait!" he laughed.
"Hmmm..." Jerry scratched his chin.
"I see..." he said.
"Guess I'll go with scissors!" Jerry exclaimed.
"Is he copying me?" thought John.
"He said he'd play scissors, meaning if I pick rock I'll be fine!" John thought.
"As if, that's what he expects I'll do, then he'll switch to paper, meaning there is a two in three chance of me winning or reaching a draw, plus he's obviously plotting something, so the chance of him going for scissors himself is low!"

John grinned.
"Rock, paper, scissors!"
John played paper, Jerry didn't play anything, he just tossed him towards the pillar-dick, with his outstretched hand, his palm open and ready to grab something.
"No way! He outsmarted my outsmarting!" John thought.
John shadow stepped onto the ground and turned to face Jerry who was now grinning ear to ear.
"That's right, I predicted you'd go for the easy win..." he replied.
JohnWillStab looked at him, "Whoever this Jerry is... he's a pretty smart guy... too bad he ran into me!"
John cracked his knuckles.
"I'll spare your feeble mind if you agree to just remove the dick from the pillar!" Jerry offered.
JohnWillStab grinned.
"What do you mean, we still have a game of rock paper scissors to finish!" he replied.
"My arm's practically frozen anyway, so we should hurry up!" John added, he pulled his hand back into its sleeve.
"If he's hiding his hand, it means he already decided on what he'll play... or the frost decided for him.. wait! His hand must be stuck as paper!" Jerry thought faking confusion as he pulled his hand back.
"Rock, paper, scissors!"
John played rock while Jerry played scissors.
"Look who bought into my bluff!" John laughed.
"You sneaky..."
"Who did you say has a feeble mind?" John asked smugly.
Jerry looked down and saw his hands were already frozen solid in the shape of paper.
"You better hurry up!" John said, his hand was frozen solid in the shape of scissors.
They both placed their rock-solid hands behind their backs.
"I know you'll play paper!" John taunted.
"And I know you'll play scissors," Jerry replied.
"Means I'm destined to win!" John laughed.
"Rock, paper, scissors!"
John played rock, while Jerry played scissors.
John played rock by breaking off all his frozen-solid fingers and Jerry played scissors by breaking off every finger except his index and middle finger.
"Looks like it's three-one!" John laughed.
"And I'm willing to bet this will be my final round!" John laughed.
"What?! No... he's trying to trick you, Jerry!" Jerry thought.
"I know what he's planning... he'll use the cold to stick two or more fingers to his finger-less hand... I wouldn't put it past him... meaning playing scissors is the safest option!"
JohnWillStab saw Jerry smile as he himself held back laughter.
"Oh, by the way, you can have these!" he added tossing all five his fingers to Jerry's feet.
"WHAT!? Now he's definitely going to go rock... unless..." he glanced over to John's other hand.
John followed his eyes.
"Oh, right!" John Snapped the other fingers cleanly off, unlike the other hand, these leaked a bit of blood, JohnWillStab placed them in the snow before him, though he fumbled around because of... well... his lack of fingers.
It took him a while to sever some, so he had to break them against the snow floor, effectively making it look like the was just playing in the snow.
"What are you doing!? Are you mad?!" Jerry demanded.
JohnWillStab let out a sigh.
"Quit complaining and let's play already!" John demanded.
"Fine!"
"Rock, paper, scissors!"
Jerry played paper.
He looked over to John and saw that he played scissors.
"Check, mate," John said smugly.
"But how?!" Jerry demanded.
"When I broke off my last five fingers, remember seeing me fumble around in the snow, well, I used that time to reattach my middle and index finger, the cold bound them together... although backwards."
Jerry glanced down to the five fingers before him and the five fingers before John.
"Lier! I can see your fingers there!" he pointed at the bloody fingers before John.
"Look again!" John grinned as he used his (completely numb) middle and index finger to pick up two cylindrical bits of snow completely coated in his finger blood.
"I was is a bit of a rush when I made these, but they still fooled you!" he laughed.
Jerry lost.

Ocean Attuned - A timeloop LitRPG
In the mids of industrialization, Liana, a girl of almost twelve, awakens her flow and follows her newly awakened calling, the ocean, and thus the path of the last remaining god. With the advent of industry, one's status and the accompanying skills slowly grow to be secondary as people choose more recreational skills and classes. The clear exception are flow bringers. Humans with an increased affinity towards flow and attunements are the only real remnants of the age of gods and mysticism. Terrors on the battlefield, saints in hospitals, saviours during drought, are just some examples of the wonderous abilities they display. As civilization grows less dangerous so does the stress that is often associated with the awakening of the flow reduce and only the real talents remain. Please be aware that this is a first draft at best. Tag/Genre analysis: Action: A theme that will appear in the story at some point (probably 15+ chapters in) Adventure: Yes Fantasy: Yes Magic, Beasts, and other fantastical elements are totally at home here. Tragedy: Life is not always fun. For what is fun when there are no downsides. I don't know how heavily I am going to lean into this genre. I want to but don't expect too much. Loop: Yes, though I will not divulge anything else. Just be aware that there isn't nearly as much looping as in MoL for example. Female Lead: Yes, Liana is female. Dungeon: Yes, there are dungeons. Yes, they will get explored. LitRPG: Yes, read the first chapter if you want an example. Magic: most definitely because who doesn't like calling lighting down from the heavens. (Disclaimer: No actual lightning will be called down from the heavens) Mythos: There are gods. So maybe, I don't know if that is enough to qualify? Progression: yes Slice of Life: There is plot, and the story will mostly be about that plot, but there will also be downtime because there can't always be action. The first "loop" especially the first 20-30 chapters will be heavily SoL. And afterward there will be a lot less. Profanity: The ocean (see title) includes sailors and we all know how the stereotypical sailor is. Gore: Hmmm, some but I will have it be not graphic at all.
