I am a bit stiff, but my ribs are healed, I think. I was checking traps that I had put down for food and remembered how I met Asilan. Aisha did not warn me at that time. She just told me: "In this cave, there lives a sword. Grab it and make it yours." Naturally, I entered the cave expecting a sword just lying in a dark corner. How foolish I was. Asilan immediately flew at me trying to impale me. I dodged it once, twice, then he cut me on the side. I did not have my oath candle yet at that time and was sure the sword will eventually cut me into ribbons. Without much hope, I grabbed a thick icicle when Asilan whistled just above my head. When he returned to take a bite again, I somehow deflected the blade with the icicle and caught the handle with my left hand. Asilan was stubborn at first, but I swung with full force and buried the blade in the icy floor. That's how I got my sword.
