Sorry, everyone, but as my job is getting progressively more and more busy, I need to set aside the time I need to write just to rest up enough to face the next day.

The past two weeks, I have been laid up with a bad cold, which has halted what little brain functions I still had remaining from college and teaching.

Moreover, I know where the story is going, but I'm unsure how to get it there- a malady otherwise known as writer's block.

Therefore, I am going to take a few weeks to rest up and get my writing mojo back before it sinks into the black hole of unfinished projects.

Rest assured, I completely intend to continue writing this story. it's just that, after two weeks of working on chapter 72, I find myself unable to make much progress, and it's wearing me down along with my job.....

I am extremely sorry for making everyone wait like this, but I'm afraid I shall have to ask you to wait a bit longer.

Once more, I am extremely sorry about this. I know how much I hate to wait for updates to my favorite stories, and now I have to do the same thing...I can only say that I regret that I can't live up to your blinding expectations...the only thing I can do is say the following:
