Where did all the chapters go?

Once again, that means I had to remove most of the chapters because of Kindle Unlimited rules. That doesn't mean you can't keep reading!

When?

That's the hard part. I have the editing done, but there are a few revisions that may take me one or two days to do. After that, I was going to do a final read through. I'm hoping it should be out on Thursday or Friday!
