《Purple Lightning Emperor》Chapter 119

After leaving the other Novas behind, Shad didn't bother to look back as he continued his journey to the Great Tower.
Their alliance was temporary and it was about to get dissolve as soon as they've defeated these five magical beasts because it was their last obstacles before they could enter the Tower.
They all have chosen to fight against a magical beast and there's no rule that said one should help the other after killing or taking care of his magical beast first.
So, after that greedy Blue Thunder Wolf had swallowed his red lightning energy and used his head like a mattress to take a nap once it was full, Shad didn't bother to stay there any longer as he continued to move forward, leaving the other novas to take care of their own problems or magical beasts.Aside from that, Shad was also impatient to enter the Tower.
They were all enemies, to begin with, and as soon as they entered the Tower, they will start fighting against one another. Furthermore, the members of the Eye were already inside the Tower looking for the treasures left by Henry, so Shad didn't want to fall too far behind and giving them enough time to reach the 9th floor before him.
If that happened, The Progenitor of the Eye will regain his full power, and Shad was not confident in facing a half rank Archmage alone. Moreover, even if they all joined forces against him, it would still be quite impossible to kill him, not to mention he was accompanied by the most elite members of the Eye as well. Shad only had one chance or a small window of opporunity to kill the Progenitor of the Eye, and it was to face him and his group before they could make it to the 9th floor where Henry had left all of his treasures.

After walking for another hour or so, Shad and his group suddenly stopped their footsteps and looked ahead of them with a shocked expression on their faces.
In front of them, everyone saw a towering pedestal tall building just like a pillar holding up the heaven, which was none other than the legendary Great Tower. The height of this tall building was so high that even after using the eye power of the Red Lighting Dragon Emperor, Shad was still unable to see the peak of the Tower from up close.
The body of the tower emitted a majestic aura, and this aura spread in all direction. Sensing this majestic aura, Shad and other felt as if they were suffocating, and they felt as if they would be pressured into smithereens at any time.
Regardless of anyone within the Egul continent, or anyone from the powerful ancient noble families or the protector of the four empires, who thought themselves to be extremely powerful experts, all of them would feel insignificant before this Great Tower. Seeing this Tower which looked like a pillar holding up the sky of Egul Continent in front of them, anyone would involuntarily have this feeling of themselves being insignificant, even Shad was no exception to this.
Furthermore, From afar one could see that the wall of the whole tower was painted gold and looked like a concrete wall. However, from up close, one would realize that the wall of the Great Tower wasn't made of concrete at all but of countless golden dragon scales clustered together. The scales were shaped like teardrops, with two long sides, two short ones and a very short fifth side that attached them together to form the golden wall. The Tower gave off the feeling as though it was a living being rather than just an object or a building. It looked like a body of a massive dragon shaped like a Tower due to its scaly wall and the pressure coming out from it.

Facing Shad and the others, was a massive carving of a majestic and a godly purple lightning dragon on the gigantic gate of the tower.
Staring at this massive carving of the purple lighting dragon, the purple Lightning seed within Shad's infinite space couldn't help but buzzed in excitement. This dragon was different from the other nine lightning dragons or the other dragons in the Egul Continent because this dragon didn't have a pair of wings but four. Furthermore, it had a pair of a long purple horn that curved upward like an evil demon. The carving of the purple lighting dragon gave off an aura of majesty which could even make the Gods bow towards it. It gave off the feeling as though it was the King of all beast under the heaven.
Also, beneath the carving of that purple lightning dragons were the carving of countless other unknown beasts. Some of them Shad was able to recognize such a tiger, a nine-headed snake etc. As for the others, it was the first time he had seen the drawing of such magical beasts. The most surprising thing was the drawing of each of these beasts showed them spitting lightning balls out of their mouths and also had countless lightning bolts coiled around their bodies like snakes. Each of them looked so ferocious and mighty and looked as though they could destroy the Egul Continent with their breath alone. However, no matter how strong they looked, they couldn't even hold a candle compared to the majestic purple lightning dragon. The Purple Lightning Dragon seemed like it was in a whole another dimension compared to the others, whether in size or power.
The carving of the Purple Dragon gave off the feeling as though it was the Emperor of all beasts under the heaven and also the controller of all lightning. The massive carving of the purple lightning dragon took up roughly 70%-80% of the entire area of the massive gate, while the other carving, all combined, only took up 10% of the door.
" So, this is the Great Tower." Shad murmured to himself as he was looking at the Tower with an anticipation look on his face. Shad's heart suddenly had the feeling of a fiercely loving couple that was united after many lifetimes when he looked at the Tower.
According to his old man, The Great Tower was actually a multi-layered giant maze. Every layer will have an exit leading to the layer above. The higher the layers, the harder the difficulty and the stronger the magical beasts. it was unknown how many layers or floor the Tower had as no one had ever made it past the 9th layer.
In the meantime, as Shad got pretty close ton the Tower, the purple lightning seed with his infinite space was shaking so violently that it looked like it was about to burst out the infinite space. Also, the purple lightning seed was emitting a thousand rays of incredible brilliance within the vast infinite space as if all the purples in heaven and earth were gathered there! It was truly beautiful.
While Shad and the others were looking at the majestic Tower with each a different emotion in their hearts, the massive door of the Tower suddenly opened like the mouth of a huge ferocious beast from ancient times ready to devour everything around it.

Right as Rage
Only 15 years have passed since the miscreant god, Villi, stole magic from the gods and gave it to mortals. In response the mortals seem to be doing their best to squander this gift. The Kingdom of Abrune regulates it, the church of the Sacred Hierarchies outright condemns it, but one 'wildman' from across the sea begins his journey after being cursed by it. Vakdragnar's curse manifests when he loses his temper. It has driven everyone he’s ever cared about away from him. Out of options and money, he travels to the city of Tirough and quickly finds himself on the wrong side of the law. He is persecuted despite his intentions to do good. How can you stand against evil if everyone you’re trying to protect thinks you’re the villain? And if this curse is truly a part of him now, what if they’re right? **************************************************************************************************** Right as Rage is a story I’ve been excited to write for some time now. I hope everyone is as excited to read it. This story is going to be told over several arcs, with each arc containing 7-12 chapters, and an interlude or two each. Cornerstone (rough draft)
When a call goes out into the universe,a young man, down on his luck, decides to answer. Ripped from his old life and even his body, Jack Hearth must now decide what needs to be done to protect those he has claimed as his own. Not all is as it seems though. Those in power do not approve of his quest and will seek to bring ruin to his efforts. This is my very first work, so I ask for understanding should I make a mistake. This story is not on of those stories where the MC gains power and immediately decides to use it for violence. While those types of stories are fun, this isn't one of those. I will average betweern 1k-2k words per chapter for the foreseeable future. Please leave a comment below to let me know how I am doing. What's This Fiction ? A Very Incomplete Project.
A fiction about itself and it's writer. Which is a very narcissic choice from the author, really, couldn't he have written anything else ? The cover was hastily made on gimp by the author. He has no rights to the image used on it. He doesn't have the artist's agreement for using it, either. Because he has no idea who's the artist.
