《Diary of Erica Kron》Day 46-48

Day 46
Today i decided to nourish my glade, with one more push I believe it can get to the cliff face i talked about earlier.
I decided to wrap a plant around me in a similar fashion to what i did yesterday. It seems to give me mana while it is attached to me, so I should have more available.
I managed to make it a little while before writing this. I had a minor celebration after reaching the cliff face. It was the first major accomplishment i had achieved with the growth of my glade.
I hope to expand my glade into a true forest, for it to stretch as far as I can see, and further. But for I need to sleep, so goodnight diary.
Day 47
This morning I found a new flower. It was growing at the base of the cliff I reached yesterday. As it was a flower I had never seen before I naturally wanted to smell it. That was a mistake.
As soon as I took a whiff of it I fainted, with my head right next to the flower. I was asleep while breathing in whatever it was that was causing me to sleep. I didn’t wake up to mid-afternoon.
According to Par, he found me laying down at the base of the cliff around mid-morning and thought I was just taking a nap on some soft grasses, something I do from time to time. It wasn’t till lunchtime that he realized something was wrong and he moved me onto my bed. He didn’t worry too much as he could tell I was still very alive.
When I woke up I still felt extremely tired, but a minute or so of deep breathing cleared that. After that, I felt extremely refreshed, like I just took a great nap, which I suppose I had.

I’m glad Par is around, otherwise, I would likely have been sleeping till Tiddol got back, if I ever woke up. I don’t think I’m going to sleep very well tonight, but I should at least try, so goodnight.
Day 48
Today I decided to read. When I asked Par for a recommendation from the books he has he gave me thick volume about plants, especially dangerous ones. I glared at the smug hobgoblin for a while before accepting the book.
It was fascinating to me that so many different plants could exist, eventually, I want to have all of them. Even after reading for most of the day I wasn’t even close to the halfway mark.
I did manage to find the entry for the flower that knocked me out yesterday. It was one of the longer entries, between an entry on a carnivorous tree and one on a parasitic fern. The flower is called Dead Tulip, to quote the book ‘it makes one sleep like the dead’. The most notable symptom was obviously its ability to make creatures fall asleep, but that wasn’t the only thing it did. Apparently brewing its stem in tea made a mild stimulant, and the petals had a sweet taste. According to the book, its most famous use is by healers anytime some needs extensive healing, putting them to sleep apparently makes it easier for both them and the injured creature.
I think I’m going to stay up a little late tonight to keep reading, so I’m going to stop here for the night.

Heroes of Midlaris
Heroes of Midlaris is on hiatus until I finish writing Arc 2, and will resume once Arc 2 has been completely written. There is no ETA for this. There, he was found and raised by seven elders, who each taught him their craft as he grew up. When he turned sixteen, he began to attend university in the nearby kingdom, beginning a tale of love and friendship, of creativity and growth, and of an ancient past that begins to return. The first several chapters covers his childhood, for those coming to read about him at university. Posting Schedule: Alternating between 2 days and 3 days (so two chapters in a 5-day period). Transition and Restart, book one: Arrivals

He must find himself again, find friends again and maybe dare to find love again. PG13 Observe that this is the first book in a series with book seven currently ongoing. The slice of life tag is there for a reason. The story is slow, and the characters unfold as the story is told. I Am Not A Humanity's Traitor (Isekai LitRPG)
Ren is a reincarnated person. His new world had the same name as his old one, Earth. But that was the extent of the resemblances. Ren has a skill as well, or at least he was told he did, but he had no inkling of how to use it. He was disheartened at first but his goal wasn't the path to power, all he wanted from this world was to continue the peaceful life, but the world didn't even provide him with that. A luminous pillar descended upon him and one of his classmates. Goddess Helastia, one of the most revered goddess, called them to herself, probably not a good news. However, there, he finds that a group of heroes has been summoned from his past world to confront the Devils that will be rising soon. But contrary to his assumption of being a hero himself, she referred to him as a reincarnated imposter. She labeled both of them as Humanity's Traitors and sends them into a dungeon where they were supposed to live. That is, with their masters and comrades, the Devils and their minions. The monsters in the dungeon were not likely to accept them as allies, instead, they were out to devour the delicacies that appeared in their home. Only despair awaited them. ---------------------------------------------------------- This novel is inspired from Neets's parallel world syndrome, Abnormal state skill and bunch of other jp novels, this is also my first time writing a web novel. Also English isn't my native language, so, sorry in advance. The pic in the cover is taken from pixabay and edited by me.
