《Diary of Erica Kron》Day 176

I could talk about how I finished refining Whitefoot late last night but that hardly matters when you are stuck in metal cell preventing you from doing anything with magic.
I boosted my Fate a surprising amount, nearly a day’s worth of Fate accumulated in a single instant. That was when I started to freak out in vain. I had already been hit by the poisoned dart and was rapidly losing consciousness, though I couldn't have been out long because my Fate didn’t burn itself while I was out.
I haven’t seen my captors yet but I am still within the boundary of my forest. I can still feel my trees, but the connection feels weak. Luckily it isn't getting any weaker.
When I came too I was laying on a mat made out of hide and inside of a room made nearly entirely of metal. One wall has tightly spaced bars, like whoever built it was more worried about someone slipping through the bars than actually being able to see through them.
Whatever this metal is it seems to expel all the mana in the building, including what used to be in my mana pool. Luckily the mana that makes up me isn’t affected, but I still need an input of mana in order to not revert to a child-like form and eventually starve to death. Luckily my dungeon core does something there so I won’t starve, merely get rather weak.
The mechanism that is draining my mana isn’t touching my Solar Energy, I might be able to do something with what little I have.
As if locking me up like this wasn’t enough they also cut off my wooden arm completely. Whoever these people are, they’ve done their homework.
And my diary is safe in my dungeon core’s extradimensional space, luckily I can write without removing it.

Honestly, I’m scared. I don’t know what these people want with me or why they are doing this to me. All of my closest friends and family are gone right now and other than them I don’t see anyone on a regular enough basis for my disappearance to be suspicious. It will be two days at the soonest before anyone notices my disappearance, and that is only because I agreed to attend that party.
And the worst part is that I can’t access my plants, any of them. I feel so small, lost, and confused without their constant presence and guidance. I need to get out of here as soon as I can. I need to figure out how to do that. And, possibly most importantly, I need something to occupy my thoughts so I don’t have another nervous breakdown.

Abyssal Fortress girl in another world
Because of an accident, God ended up sending some people to another world. As with all bad luck, our protagonist is sent to another realm/dimensions and consequently dies by being crushed under severepressure. After giving an apology, god, reincarnates our protagonist in that realm as a creature with some cheat/boon. Without any choice, our protagonist reincarnates as a monster in another world. After reading many LitRPG novels, I decided to write my own as well. English is not my native language so forgive me for my mistakes and I hope to improve as I go.

The Smol Detective
This is a fanfic set in the universe of They Are Smol, an awesome series of stories which you should totally go read right now if you haven’t. The Smol Detective features one Oscar Williams, your standard Manly Badass DudeTM who gets thrown into a larger world where his physical skills are about as useful as a bucket of donkey spit. Therefore, he’ll have to adapt and do so quickly. It turns out that humans are really good at that sort of thing. But still, he’d better adapt fast. Because Oscar’s about to get sucked into a web of alien intrigue, drugs, and murder which will tax his other abilities to the limit… Formal Disclaimer Type Thing: I do not take credit for the original setting, this story is set in an alternate version of the 'They are Smol' universe, written by the one, the only u/tinyprancinghorse.TPH takes many forms and is known by many names. He is like Nyarlathotep, only smaller and cuter and more prancey. TPH also has a Website should you require more Smol Shenanigans in your life. And of course you do, so go ye forth and read. The cover art for this story comes courtesy of the mighty Akella, and you should totally go and throw money at them for commissions because they are awesome.

Getting Hard (Journey of a Tank)
Herald Stone always built tank characters in every MMORPG he played. To be immortal—that was his first Goal, a simple childhood dream. However, the turbulent realities of life put an end to his gaming days. Years passed, and Herald Stone, now having attained success and stability, was presented with the opportunity to redeem himself...to fulfill his first Goal. Trivial? Childish? Others might think so. But Herald Stone always fulfilled his Goals—every single one. No matter what. Immortality beckoned in Mother Core Online, and this time Herald Stone would answer. Choosing a long-forgotten race, hidden away in an unknown region, the journey of an immortal tank begins. This is the tale of Herald Stone...getting hard. Schedule: Mon-Wed-Fri ~1.8k-2.3k words per chapter. Also published on Scribblehub. My other ongoing story: REND | Royal Road Expect a focus on building a true tank in MMORPGs. Heavy game elements and numbers are present. But actual math will take a backseat to strategies involving skill builds and synergies that steadily become more complex while remaining understandable. The main character is atypical in LitRPGs or web novels as a whole. He might take some getting used to. Character arcs will develop over a long period. What you see now will be different as the main character changes. The start of Getting Hard is slow-paced (more so than others of the genre) and includes world-building and character development before focusing on the LitRPG.
