A few days later, a young violet haired girl with a basket full of flowers and herbs stood in the shop of The Blooming Sunshine. She was assisting Mei-mei, who was the 16-year-old daughter of the shop owner. Advertising and selling the shop’s merchandise near the store, this was the method of using the charm of females to deliver a good image and increase the chances of sales.

However, despite being qualified for this strategy no matter how she looked at it, Ame was tapping her foot impatiently against the ground. ‘What was she missing? She was young enough that an alchemist shouldn’t fear to approach her and buy wares. Unless-?’ Stopped mid-thought, she snapped her head and turned around.

Not so subtly standing a distance away was a familiar elderly figure surrounded by several guards. The figures glared at any customers that neared Ame. After discussing with Dara and her guards, Ame place them in less conspicuous positions and set up a rough patrol routes. The guards can then make the shop more important while also lessening the pressure on possible customers. Finished with her dispersion of the troublemakers, she then smiles sweetly.

In a young girl’s voice, she said, “Please customers, come and buy from Blooming Sunshine. Good quality for a good price. You won’t be disappointed with the flowers and herb raised with motherly love.”

Moving through the crowds, Ame continued her efforts in attracting customers. At the same time, she made sure to stay within sight of her guards. “Please, kind sirs, buy a beautiful flower on this beautiful day either for yourself or for your special loved ones.”

As her efforts continued, her sales continued. Without realizing it herself, Ame has certainly become more manipulative after starting her cultivation, and the elegance drilled into her only enhanced her distinct, but fake charm.
