Hey guys and gals. I'm sorry I have been inactive so long. Believe it or not, I am actually quite active. You see, I was picked up by a new publisher!!

Last autumn, I was officially picked up by Authocracy Studios aka Authocracy Publishing who is in the process now of publishing my book as well as a bunch of other stuff based in my book's universe.

It was always my goal to develop Ruin into a larger universe that others could write in. I would never accuse myself of being an amazing writer of characters, but I do think I have a knack for building worlds. As a writer of Ruin, it has always been my goal to make the world interesting and facinating. I want other writers to write in my universe and fill it with content. If you want real world examples, think Battletech/MechWarrior and Star Wars. Both have an endless supply of fan fictions, many of which became published novels.

Authocracy is an incredible startup publisher that is looking to completely change how books are done. For those who get the online edition of my book (which is going to be hosted on their site chapter by chapter as a serialized weekly novel), not only do you get the story, but you get HUNDREDS of pieces of art woven throughout the text as well as a soundtrack that plays behind the book. Yes, you heard me correctly - a SOUNDTRACK. I have already written a few songs for the book, and our plan is to have music behind every single chapter.

Also, though I can't confirm this 100%, we are looking at eventually expanding the Ruin universe into the big screen and video games as well. The publisher is wrapping up production on "In the Shadow of Prometheus," which is their flagship novel by one of the co-founders. That means, they start the heavy work on mine in about a week.

This is an incredibly exciting time for me as a writer and an artist. Imagine a novel laced with imagery and music. In my opinion, it's a full evolution of fiction for a new generation.

Last, I just want to say thank you to all my readers here. Your comments and encouragement kept me going when I was homeless and writing this novel from a dumpy motel room in Vegas. Thanks in large part to you all, I have been found by a publisher and can now push toward my dream of a multimedia novel and a new rich universe with a truly unique backstory.

Now, not only am I NOT homeless, but my new home finishes being built next week, my book is on its way to publishing, and I have a stable job as well as a wife and daughter that I can provide for and be there for.

Oh I keep saying I'm done, but those wondering how they can buy a finished version of Ruin, which has more chapters and heavily edited/fixed grammar, there will be a kickstarter campaign soon for the book. When that happens I will announce it here, but it will also be announced on the above mentioned site. Backers can choose different tiers blah blah blah, you know how Kickstarter works. After the kickstarter ends and we have officially published the book, if you didn't back, you will be able to buy it via common methods online. If you did back it, you will get the book much sooner of course, ALL art included in every page by the way.
