It was a good dinner and as dinners go we had a conversation with the elder in the mean time.

Fin: I would like to offer you a new proposition. Rather then the old rewards that I have promised you.

Salim: What ever your about to tell me you know I will accept either way. So what is it?

Fin: Well then if that’s how it’s going to be then how about we do a little ceremony tomorrow for you and your co.

Salim: Very well, like I said I accept and accept on behalf of my co.

As we where drinking tea. We heard Frick’s footsteps. As he came in through the front door, in his teeth he had a person that he had picked him up by his robes belt. So he was sort of dangling down. As soon as the person was dropped to the ground he vomited as if he was full to begin with. That’s when everyone broke out in to laughter.

He seemed to realize that people were laughing at him. As soon as he stood up he realized the monster Frick’s who was standing behind him was still there. Frick’s height was now about as tall as a horse.

Fin: It seems that Frick’s almost gave you a heart attack.

Salim: Yes we asked him to go pick up the person who was being chased by the army.

Stranger: Excuse me may I have some water. I just experienced what one could say as two death encounters.

As the stranger drank the water he looked around the place.

Frick’s: Elder Fin and Salim this person seems to be a wizard.

Stranger freaked even more out when he heard the monster speak.

Fin: What is your name?

Stranger: Trill. Apprentice Wizard Trill currently in training. I am on assignment to go to a small village with a small tower to begin my training there.

Fin & Salim: He he he he he he he he he he. Small tower ha. Do you really want to go to a small tower.

Trill: I don’t mind the seclusion. What made me go is because I have no one in my life! I was raised upon the streets. I always wanted to be a Wizard so that I may help those unfortunate street boys so when I somehow applied and passed the wizard aptitude test I was happy. Even then I faced oppression however I never gave up. Since I became such a nuisance they got rid of me. Sent me to a small village, who knows where? I don’t want to be of any burden to anyone. So perhaps I should leave since the army is chasing me who know why.

Fin: You don’t have to go anywhere since we were expecting you.

Salim: How did you get here so fast?

Trill: Thank goodness I have arrived at the right place. I though you were going to kick me out as well. I got here so fast since I disobeyed my elders and continued to practice the teleportation spell on my self for short distances. I got used to using them fast enough to be able to teleport as far as I could see in a second. As soon as I got closer to the village I saw an army like camp and since I was out of mana and darkness surrounded me so I could not teleport far. Its cuz I didn’t know where I would teleport to and get stuck in a tree or something. After eating at the army camp and sleeping till morning. A messenger came from the City I was dispatched saying to catch me a traitor who disobeyed a direct order from the Elder Wizard.

Thats why I started to run, and since it was foggy I could not tell where I was going and not a moment to soon I started running being chased. I ran for the entire day. I really though I was going to die. I was happy they didn’t bring horses to the camp and just ran after me. Just as it was getting dark, I was completely surrounded. As they were about to take my head the rocks near me began to fly up in the air and launch at the soldiers who were trying to kill me. After a while water from nearby rivers also began to attack my pursuers. That is when a huge monster that appeared in the circle. I for sure though I was going to die only to see it grab me by the belt and started to disappeared from the soldiers eyes along with me.

Salim: That is no monster his name is Frick’s. He can speak and understand everything you say so don’t get him angry. Since he is no ones pet.

Oh by the way the tower you are talking about that you were meant to take care of is the one right across from this in.

Trill: I see. Frick’s thank you for saving me. I owe you my life.

Fin: Are you not eager to see the tower? [th_093.gif]

Trill: Although I did not see it. I already know its only 60 meters tall. So it’s nothing special. I have seen thousands of building at that high in the city.

Fin: Ho ho ho, Yes the city has many of those 60 meter towers. I sure haven’t seen anything like it. The tower I mean. The one that’s just across the in from here.

Trill: Thank You sir. For everything but there is no one in this world who would trust a tower taller then 60 meters to me.

Fin: My boy. You will learn we are a different bunch then those form a city. Now why wont you go take a peak at the tower. We even granted access to you. So when you approach the tower it will recognize you.

Trill: Sir or sir 60-meter tall towers don’t need authorization to access it. In the city they have guards that regulate that. I also doubt a small village like this was able to build one higher then that.

Salim: I suggest you don’t insult our efforts before you even had a look.

Trill: I apologize. I try to be realistic. I will go take a look.

As soon as Trill stepped out side. He shouted WHAAAAAA ISSSS this? :?:

Salim & Fin: Yep just as expected. He he he he h eh e

We could hear all sort of changing. Like dispel illusion and stuff. Nothing worked then a small stone hit him in the face. Aww who did that.

I stepped out to see what was happening. As I though the tower got a bit annoyed with him trying to dispel the illusion tower.

Salim: Trinpik Tower give him a tour will you? I mean of the outside. Upside down is preferable.

The tower as if reaching out to him with a high volume of air and a wip made out of water grabbed him by the lake and swirled him around the tower top and to the ground.

When the tour was over it placed him back on the ground and he yet again vomited.

Salim: Welcome to our little village. This is the tallest tower in the entire world. I will let you get acquainted with it.

Trill: I guess this really isn’t an illusion. I am surprised to the size of the tower. I noticed it uses wind and water. Are those its affinities?

Salim: O no do not limit it to 2 affinities, since it has 4 affinities: water, wind, earth and fire.

Trill: I have studied all about the towers and there are no records of towers even possessing 3 affinities yet alone 4.

Salim: Well I wanted to bestow 5 affinities on it, but that Onyx could only support 4.

As I was explaining thing to him his jaw remained open for nearly 30 minutes.

Salim: Why not try it out your self. Go ahead ask for fire or water or something.

Trill: Ahh yess right away.. Tower please make a tornado followed by water ball tossed in to the tornado and earth stone in to the tornado as well. Followed by an extremely heated fireball at the tornadoes base projected in to the sky.

By the time he finished saying it the fireball was already launched. At the impact of all 4 elements with the tornado propelling them upward they flew and exploded as if they were fire works on crack.

At the same time there was no damage done to anyone or anything around.

Trill: I don’t know how this is all possible but it is true, that this tower can manipulate 4 elements. But I will I will use it to the best of my ability everyone in this region.

Fin: I suggest you eat up and go to sleep early. Since tomorrow you will also partake in the ceremony since you are here.

Salim: Since I have my own room now in the tower I will be sleeping there. Elder! You and Trill also have rooms on the uppermost level. So go check them out. The tower when it made those rooms it made beds using water element and stone element that totally feels like the softest bed ever made. I even checked it durability it was indestructible waterbed since its part of the tower. I noticed it even furbished the rooms with wardrobes and tables as well as couches.

As I came up to the tower, I decided to try something and said please take me to my room. Then the earth beneath me like a platform rose me all the way to where my supposedly balcony should be. There was nothing. No mater I took a step in to the blank space and I noticed under my foot I felt as if I was standing on wind. The balcony too form as I looked around It was really made out of air.

Impressive I though to myself, and continued to enter my room the door opened automatically and when I entered I saw Vionia in my room cooking. I was stupefied.

Salim: I didn’t order a kitchen to be made in my room.

Vionia: All done dinner snack Kebab is ready to eat.

As she lifted the plates of the stove the stove melted in to the floor of the tower as if nothing was there. I was again stupefied.

Vionia: I hope you like Kebab. It took me 2 hours to make them just right. You and Elder Fin sure did talk a lot so I helped my self around the tower even asked the tower to park my catapult that I want to drastically improve in to my room. So I am sorry we will have to share a bed tonight.

Salim: ……. (Lines across his face.) Ok I will try your Kebab.

Vionia: Yay you will finally eat something I made while being conscious.

Salim: Wait what???

Vionia: Oh the maids at the inn though me how to cook.

Salim: oh Ok.

The meat was actually delicious. Even though it was a snack supposedly it was more like a dinner for 10 people. I guess I didn’t realize how hungry I was so I pretty much ate everything.

I then realized that she was actually very nice and quite beautiful: extremely dark natural hair, blue eyes, olive skin and a bright smile.

Anyway lets not get carried away here.

Salim: We have to go to a ceremony tomorrow. Elder Fin said he will send someone up with our attire in the morning.

Vionia: What’s the ceremony about?

Salim: I don’t know I accepted it without even hearing him out.

Vionia: Well if it goes as well as the last time I will probably kill you. Just kidding.

Salim: What counts is we had fun don’t you think?

Vionia: I just want to travel for a bit. You know.

Salim: I have a feeling that we will have to.
