《Mythical Conquest》A Tyrant’s Anger

After they left the Illusionary Beast Valley, Momo called for Huan and they all flew back to Xia.
On the way back, Miko was hit with a wave of fatigue which led to him falling asleep.
He started to dream.
He dreamt of a war-filled with millions of corpses and thousands of battles taking place.
Gods, demons, beasts, humans, monsters. Every living thing was at war.
*BOOM!*
Among these beings they were some that stood out from the rest.
He saw a being wearing of full suit of golden armor rampaging through the battlefields with no one to stop him.
He slew everything that stood in his way. Whether it were gods or mortals, nothing was safe from his rampage.
Suddenly beside him appeared 6 other beings wearing similar armors, but of different color. They all moved together and helped the being in the golden armor slay the heavens, the hells, and the earth.
They were unstoppable.
In the hand of the golden being was a large majestic gold and white sword.
The golden being mumbled something, and the blade lost its previous majesty appearance and turned into a demonic white and black sword which had a white glow.
The gold being smiled and then-
The world was slaughtered.
“Miko!”
“?!”
Miko woke up when Momo roared in his ear. He quickly looked around and saw her grinning face.
“We're here.”
When he looked around again, he noticed that he was at the palace.
‘…That's the second time that I've seen a vision of war since I came here.’
He thought to himself.
He got off Huan with Momo and headed towards the palace.
He walked past the countless statue and stopped in front the statue of a warrior riding a dragon.
“Hey, Momo. Do you know who is this statue modeled after?”
Hearing his question Momo stopped and looked at the statue.
“Hmm….I think it was a warrior who fought with Augustus during the War Of Supremacy. If I remember correctly his name is…..”
“Ajax?”
“Oh! That's it. Ajax. His name was Ajax Diabolus.”
“Do you know what happened to him? Or if he's still alive?”
Momo shook her head.
“I know nothing more than the name. I don't know what he did, or what happened to him. All I know is that he was considered Augustus' most powerful ally.”
Saying so, Momo then turned back around.
“Anyway, let's go.”
Miko took one last look at the statue and walked away.
They past many more statues but Miko didn't feel a strange attraction to any of them.
The reason why he didn't ask Tiamat about the visions, was because he felt that she wouldn't know the answer.
He's meet with the Mosaic being twice, but she has never mentioned it. She also didn't seem to know about Miko's visions. This meant that it didn't have anything to do with her.
Well there's the possibility that she knows about them and is keeping quiet, but he doubts that’s the case.
They soon entered the hall but took a turn instead of going straight like the last time.
“Where are we going?”
“I told you your grandmother’s here. So I'm bringing you to meet her.”
“Sasha’s mother, huh. What kind of person is she?”
Momo put on a pondering expression.
“Hmm….Well, she's really scary at times, but she's actually really nice. Even though I'm not here biological granddaughter, she treats me like I'm her flesh and blood. She also treats all of gramps’ children like her own.”

“So it's safe to say that Sasha takes after her.”
Momo nodded.
“If that's the case, then there shouldn't be a problem.”
“It looks like you really cherish, Aunty.”
She said with a teasing tone. However, Miko-
“Yeah, I love her. She's my mother after all.”
He didn't seem to mind and spoke his honest feelings with a change in expression.
This caught Momo off guard.
“T-That's surprising. I didn't expect you to admit it without hesitation.”
“It’s the truth. Why is there a need to hide it?”
‘No. According to profile we have on you, you're not the type to let openly express feelings of love and compassion towards anyone. Others would need to figure it out themselves, whether you truly care about them or not.’
Momo thought.
She once again noted another change in him.
‘Well, it's not strange for people to undergo personality changes in the valley.’
“Hm?”
Momo was contemplating Miko's changes, Miko suddenly felt like something was calling out to him and stopped.
He stopped in front of a path leading to a different hall.
Miko didn't hesitate to divert from his original path and walked down the hall.
Momo immediately noticed him and frown.
“Where's he going?”
She silently followed him.
While it was true that Kimiko was nearby, there wasn't an urgent need to go meet her. Also she was curious as to why Miko was walking like he knew exactly where he was going.
After walking for nearly 10 minutes with several twists and turns, they arrived in front of a room door.
“Which room is this?”
Miko asked.
“Who knows. They're so many rooms here that I lost count a long time ago.”
Momo answered.
“Is that so?”
Saying so, Miko opened the door.
He didn't really care who the room belonged to, but he felt like he must enter it.
When he entered the room he saw many weapons like maces, war hammers, swords, spears, bows, and shields. There were also suits of armors.
“Is this a weaponry?”
“Looks like it. We have so many rooms filled with weapons here that they could easily pile up to a mountain's height if we gather them together.”
She looked at the weapons covered with dust and looked back at Miko.
“Is there something you want in here?”
“Who knows. I've been experiencing all kind of wired stuff since coming here. I wouldn't surprise if there's a weapon here that was calling for me.”
He said with a smile.
He then entered the room and Momo followed behind him.
“When I take a closer look, all the weapons here are Qi Artifacts.”
Momo said as she took up a shield and blew the dust off it.
“Qi Artifacts? Do you mean they're weapons made with Qi?”
“That's right. Once you reach Qi Emperor you're able to conjure items like weapons.”
She threw the shield at Miko and caught it.
“Qi Artifacts are stronger than normal weapons. Their created from the soul after all.”
“I see.”
Miko looked at the shield and spun it on his finger tip.
“Since they're stored here then does that mean that Qi Artifacts can used by people other than the creator?”
Momo nodded.
“Once created, a Qi Artifact we can to exist to until it's destroyed. Which means that even if the creator dies the Artifact will remain and can be used by others.”
She then took up a bow and started playing with it.
“Also a Qi Artifact possesses a percentage of their creator’s power at the time of creation. So their considered very valuable. However…”

She pulled the bow and it lit up and gave off an oppressive feeling.
“There are restrictions on Qi Artifacts of a certain level.”
Momo aimed the bow at Miko. He brought the shield in front of him and took a defensive stance.
“Meaning?”
“Meaning, the higher the rank of a Qi Artifact the less amount of persons who can use it.”
She fired an arrow made of light which was deflected by Miko's shield.
“For example, we're holding Emperor ranked Qi Artifacts. Which means the person who created these weapons were a Qi Emperor at the time. Emperor ranked Qi Artifacts can be used by anyone that activated their Qi. However if these were Conqueror rank artifacts or higher, we might would have problems using them because of the restrictions placed on it by the creator.”
“So you can place restrictions on the weapons once you reach Conqueror rank?”
Momo nodded.
“The higher the rank stricter the restriction that can be placed on the artifact. Some restrictions are so strict that almost no one other than the creator can use them. This is especially so for God Ranked Qi Artifacts.”
“Out pure curiosity, how powerful is a God Rank artifact.”
“Hmm. Well it depends on the type of artifact and the type of Qi used to create it. But if I were to speak from a general stand point I'll say it's strong enough to contest a [XXX Class] in fire power.”
“Wha?!”
This shocked Miko greatly, but Momo stayed nonchalant.
“It isn't that hard to believe if you think about it. I mean Qigong was created to battle against Higher Beings. So in theory, a Qigong God should be able to fight a Higher Being on equal footing.”
“Seriously?”
Momo nodded.
“That's why it's called Qigong God. Because once you reach this level you automatically left the mortal realm and entered the realm of true gods like Higher Beings.”
Momo took up a mace this time.
“Didn't you remember what Uncle said?”
‘Augustus was a human who became a Qigong God and reached the same level of strength as a Higher Being.’
“Augustus has been recorded to have killed nearly 1000 Higher Beings during the War For Supremacy. That's only possible because he became a ‘God’ himself.”
“….I see. Then I'll have to aim to be a Qigong God.”
Momo nodded.
“Its one of the few ways to Godhood after all.”
It was at this moment that Miko felt the sensation of something calling out him again.
“Behind me?”
He dropped the shield and turned around.
He walked past all of artifacts and headed to the back of the room.
There he saw an ominous black case with ancient runes on it.
Miko looked at the case intensely.
Something inside it was calling out towards him, and aggressively at that.
He felt like he could here a voice screaming “Use me! Use me!”
As if responding to the voice, Miko stretched his hand out to touch the case.
“Don't touch that with your filthy hands.”
“?!”
But before he could, his hand was grabbed.
Before he could see who it was, his body was already cutting through the air.
*Boom!*
Miko’s body broke through the wall and landed outside of the room.
“Miko?!”
Momo ran out of the room when she saw Miko was sent through the wall.
“Are you okay?!”
Momo worriedly lifted Miko up.
His body was limp in here hands like he was a broken doll.
Momo mumbled something and ran her hand over Miko's body. His body was then instantly healed.
Miko opened his eyes shortly.
Seeing that, Momo sighed in relief and then anger covered her face.
She looked back at the entrance and roared.
“What was that for, Krow?!”
Standing at the doorway was a tall purple haired man with a handsome yet mature face, and purple eyes.
He was dressed in purple and gold kingly robes, and possessed an overlord’s aura.
“That filthy thing was just about to touch my father’s Vastator. He's lucky I didn't kill him.”
“Filthy?! Do you know who this is?!”
“Like I care. More importantly….”
Said Krow.
He looked down on Momo with an overbearing gaze.
“How dare you speak to me so casually, vermin.”
“What?!”
“You heard me. Don't look at me with those revolting eyes. Don’t speak to me with that obnoxious voice. The daughter of that traitorous bastard has no right to talk to me.”
Momo was angry to the point that her vision was tainted red.
In response, Krow-
“What's with that glare, Mongrel?”
He was seemly irritated.
He began to walk towards her and Miko.
“Who gave you permission to gaze upon me, much less glare.”
He stretched his hand out towards her.
“Could it be that you don't want those filthy blue eyes anymore?”
He stopped in front of them and looked down on them like they were ants.
“Looks like I’ll to remove those filthy things so that you'll never be able to use them to look upon me again.”
He then started to reach out towards the two of them.
“?!”
However, just before his hand could reach them, color and sound left the world.
It immediately felt like the world had froze.
“Krow…”
A dread and frightening voice resounded through the area.
And then out of nowhere a woman in black and pink appeared down the hall taking slow but heavy steps.
“What do you think you were about to do, Krow?”
Kimiko’s body was leaking an aura of death nonstop.
The ankh in her eyes shone a bloody red, and her normal her beautiful expressionless face was now twisted with anger.
“Madam Kimiko. You where here?”
Towards the fuming Kimiko, Krow showed a slightly respectful behavior.
“I said what were you going to do to my grandchildren, you piece of shit?!”
The entire Primus World shook with her roar.
Seeing that, Krow narrowed his eyes.
“I was simply teaching them a lesson. But since you're here I guess my disciplinary methods are no longer need. I hope you teach them better mannerism in the future.”
Saying so, he turned around to leave.
“Wait, Krow! Don't think that because your Augustus only surviving son means that you're invisible! Touch any of my grandchildren again and I will personally replace your eyes with your testicles!”
“My. Such vulgar words from a queen. You should think of your reputation more."
He then smiled deviously
"Besides, someone like you is no threat to me."
With that, he turned into a ball of light and disappeared.
He reappeared at the edge of Primus World, and took out a phone.
“Hello. Yeah, it's me. How's the invitations going?”
He started talking in the phone.
“They all accepted? Even Nemesis’ Proxy? I see. That's great. Keep gathering more. The stronger the better.”
He then hung up the phone with a smile and said-
“Just you wait, my arrogant nephew. I'll show the best show you've ever seen.”
Back in the hall, Kimiko glared in the space where Krow just stood for a while before moving towards Momo and Miko.
“Are you two alright?”
“Yeah. I’m fine. Miko is also-?!”
Momo sentence was cut short when she noticed that Miko's body was covered with Qi.
It was tens more sinister and evil-looking than it was before. It looked as if the gates of hell where about to be opened.
“…..Kill….”
She heard Miko mumbled something with his held down.
“….I'll kill him….”
He lifted his head up and revealed bloodthirsty dragon eyes with his cornea black.
“I’ll kill him. I’ll kill him. I'll kill him.”
His glare was so intense that it seemed like it was peeking into the heavens.
“I’LL KILL THAT SON OF A BITCH!”
Krow Dragna. Youngest son of Augustus, born from one of his favorite concubines. He was over 10,000 years old and was [XXX Class] along with being a Legendary Rank Qigong user.
He was Nero and Rouge’s uncle and the one organizing the big event that's about to come.
He was also the one Gamiko wanted to kill the most at the moment.
