The next couple days after the attack were mostly peaceful.

Miko didn't let what happened stop his nightly strolls.

Since they were attacked, Regis and Ishma were on high alert. No, it would be better to say that they were edgy.

Anyone suspicious that approached them would be mercilessly beaten without exception.

Miko on the other hand was more carefree.

He constantly stretched his Qi around him to create a detection net, but that's all. He wasn't concerned about another attack, he was too busy trying to come up with ways to make these attacks benefits him in any way.

They were once again in the 9th District looking for a good place to eat.

That's when Miko felt a pair of eyes lock on him.

He looked around and saw a rather short teenage girl.

She was dressed in a red and black tracksuit, and looked around 16 or 17.

Miko looked at the girl whose eyes were shining in the dark.

The girl said nothing and just stared him down.

“What the fuck you're looking at?!”

Ishma also noticed the girl and immediately got aggressive.

Regis on the other hand silently observed the girl.

She also discreetly checked her surroundings to see if the girl had any comrades hiding nearby. But Regis was unable to detect any and determined that she was alone.

This put Regis on alert.

Miko looked at the girl for a while, and finally decided to speak.

“Can I help you?”

“…….”

The girl didn't respond and simply continuing staring at Miko.

This caused him to frowned.

“If you don't need anything from me then I'll be on my way.”

He turned around to leave.

“Heavenly Demon King, Miko.”

That's when the girl finally spoke.

Miko stopped in his tracks and looked at her.

“That would be me. And you are?”

“Nana.”

“I see. Then do you need something from me, Nana? If not, I would like you to fuck off and stop staring me down before I rip your eyes out.”

Miko said with a gentle tone.

“Hahahaha!”

Nana started laughing.

“That's the first time I've ever been threaten with such a gentle tone.”

“Well I'm a gentle person.”

Miko said with a shrug.

“I take it that you're the one who sent those puppets to attack me a few nights ago?”

“That's right.”

“And your from that group…What's it called, Twin Fang Syndicate?”

“Twin Headed Dragon Syndicate. Don't go making up names.”

Nana who was smiling all this time finally had a hint of displeasure on her face.

“Forgive me. I can't be bothered to remember every last person I've offended or I've spat in the face of. If you're worthy enough to make my kill list then I'll put a bit more effort to remember you.”

Miko smiled a little playfully and said-

“If you guys want I can put you on the list. Although I wouldn't recommend it if you want to live a long life.”

Nana started laughing again like she heard the world's funniest joke.

“You think you can destroy us?”

“Well everything has an expiration date, so yeah.”

Nana started shaking her head as if disappointed.

“Don't think that we're all like my worthless brother. We're far out of your league.”

She flashed her fingers and claws shot from her fingers.

“I'm more than enough to handle you.”

“Is that so?”

Miko showed indifference to her claims, he instead observed her and thought to himself.

‘She has claws even though she's 100% human? This is a little similar to Hina. Then I take it that she's an Infected or at least the offspring of one....Now then, I wonder just what kind of abilities she possesses?”

Miko stepped forward.

“You two don't interfere.”

He said to Regis and Ishma.

“No fair! I want to beat her into a pulp!”

Ishma complained.

“Ah, shut it.”

Miko waved his hand and both girls turned into their respective accessories.

“I want to enjoy a real death match against an Infected since the last time was only for fun.”

He looked at Nana as he said this.

“I also want to experience the strength of a [Tyrant] bloodline!”

Nana rushed at him with both claws extended. Miko watched her with his draconic eyes and readied himself.

“?!”

That's when he saw Nana suddenly disappeared when she was just ten steps away from her.

“Right here!”

Miko suddenly heard a voice coming from underneath him.

He looked down.

*Bam!*

He was suddenly hit in the face by a black furry fist.

He flew back, and twisted his body to regained his balance.

“What was that?”

He said as he rubbed his chin.

“How do like my punch?”

Miko heard Nana’s voice but couldn't see her figure, but that didn't mean he couldn't sense her.

He looked at the spot he was just standing, and saw something slowly emerge from the darkness.

It was a giant black cat with fangs like a sabertooth tiger.

“Oh? So you can transform into a tiger.”

He looked at the black mist surrounding Nana’s body.

“It looks like you can blend in with the darkness as well. Your parents must both be Infecteds.”

“Unlike my brother, my mother was also an Infected. She had the ability to become darkness itself, which I inherited.”

Nana said.

“It goes pretty well with my Beast transformation abilities!”

*Bam!*

The ground underneath her feet suddenly burst open and cracks ran along the concrete.

“She's strong.”

Miko mumbled to himself.

“Die!”

Nana rushed forward. Every step she took cracked the ground further.

Miko kicked off the ground and met her half way.

*Bam!*

He kicked her with 50% of his strength to test her durability.

Nana was blown backwards, but disappeared into the darkness.

Miko immediately focused his senses around him.

“There!”

He spun around and through a kick.

*Bam!*

His leg clashed with Nana’s paws.

“Heavy!”

It felt like his foot was clashing with a truck.

He leaped back and threw another kick.

*Bam!*

His leg once again clashed with her palm, but this time he was being slowly pushed back.

“Not bad.”

Said Miko as he skillfully distanced himself.

At this moment Nana emerge from the darkness again.

“I should be the one to say that. One of my paws have the power to flatten a car, but you're able to stop it with your bare leg. Not many outside the syndicate could find what you've did.”

“Well, thanks for the praise.”

Miko said as he activated his Demonic Qi.

‘To have such strength without using Qigong, her transformation ability isn't as simple as I thought.’

Miko thought to himself.

He then smiled.

“Infecteds really are interesting.”

He activated his Qi to the max and unleashed the full strength of his Qigong Warrior rank.

“Here I come, kitty!”

*Bam!*

He kicked off the ground and shattered it.

He quickly appeared in front of Nana and swung his leg.

She meld into the darkness and disappeared.

*Bam!*

Even though she disappeared Miko's kick still hit the target.

*Boom!*

Something suddenly crashed into a nearby fast food restaurant which caused the people inside to panic and run out.

“Ugh.”

Nana stood up with a groan after breaking through several tables.

“Heads up!”

“?!”

She looked up and saw Miko's heel falling down towards her head.

She quickly moved out of the way.

*Boom!*

Miko's heel destroyed the tiles and water burst through the ground and cause the restaurant walls to burst open.

Nana pounced on Miko and swung her claws.

Miko used his arm block it.

*Bam!*

He was forced to take a single step to the side. Nana’s claws were twice as heavy as before.

Miko smiled and thrust out a punch at her chest.

*Bam!*

The punch caused a fist print in her chest, as she was blown away.

She flipped his body in the air and landed on her four feet.

“Cough?!”

A mouthful of water shot out of her mouth.

Nana felt like Miko's punch had injected the water into her body and directly attack her organs.

She had no knowledge of Qigong so she didn't know that Miko who was a Qigong warrior could create elemental attacks to directly affect her insides. She instead believed that Miko had used magic.

She once again rushed towards Miko.

Miko threw a punch.

“Hm?”

However his punch missed when Nana’s body suddenly shrunk. What he saw pasting his fist was a black cat.

The cat suddenly became a tiger again and swung its claws.

*Bam!*

“Guah?!”

Miko suddenly felt his chest plate sunk in and his heart and lungs suffering from a heavy pressure.

He flew back and broke through the restaurant’s counter and into the kitchen.

He stood up and forcibly swallowed the blood that almost flew out his mouth.

“She can change her size as well?”

Miko looked down on the large claw mark on his chest.

Nana suddenly jumped into the kitchen and pounced at Miko.

Darkness surrounded her body and four other tigers appeared pouncing on Miko.

When he saw that, Miko lifted his foot and thrust leg with a hard to see speed.

*Bam!*

A blast of force blew away the tigers and everything behind them.

“?!”

Miko suddenly felt something sneaking up on him from behind.

He spun around and swung his heel down.

*Bam!*

His heel crushed a tiger skull.

However, the tiger turned into mist and disappeared.

“Roar!”

A pair of giant jaws came out of nowhere and bit on Miko's side.

“Hah?! Fuck!”

Nana had doubled in size and tried to devour him whole.

The fangs bit down hard into his flesh causing his blood to leak out.

Nana started shaking Miko like he was a chew toy.

“Fuckoff Punch!”

*Bam!*

Miko slammed his fist in the side of her head, but instead of letting go she sunk her teeth deeper.

“Stubborn cat!”

Miko switch from his demonic Qi to his Ruler’s Qi and gathered it around his body.

“?!”

Nana suddenly felt her bite being repelled and her mouth forcibly opening.

Eventually Miko was freed of his fangs.

“Go to sleep, Kitty!”

Miko gathered his Qi around his fist and uppercut Nana under the chin.

*Bam!*

The uppercut lifted her giant body off the ground and caused it crashed into the ceiling.

Miko timed her fall and ran and dropped kicked her.

*Bam!*

She was sent bursting out of the restaurant and on to the streets, where her body bounced like a ball.

“Ugh!”

She struggled to her feet with her black fur covered with blood.

She watched as Miko stepped outside the restaurant.

Behind him the Neo-concrete was already repairing itself. Even the ground that they destroyed earlier had already repaired itself.

Nana looked at Miko with hateful eyes.

There were still some large holes in his body from her bite, as well as the giant claw mark.

“Playtime's over, little kitten.”

*Bam!*

He released his Ruler’s Qi to the max.

Nana could feel an oppressive aura pressing down her body.

She felt like Miko was an overlord looking down on her pitiful existence.

Miko held his left palm out and a ball of white energy formed in it. Black sparks danced around it like snakes.

One look at the energy ball, and Nana could sense her impending death.

She immediately followed her instincts and tried to escape.

“Too late!”

Miko stepped forward and threw the energy ball like a baseball.

The ball grew by the second as it approached her. She ran with all of her strength and then-

It caught up.

*BOOOM!*

The energy ball caused a massive explosion that devoured the several food chains in the vicinity.

“.....Oh? She actually got away.”

Miko said with a surprised tone.

“Well she is a cat after all. So she must be pretty agile. She also might've had some escape device."

He said as he looked at the massive crater.

“It's far more powerful than I expected.”

Black sparks could still be seen flash in the crater every now and again.

“Ok, I've decided. I'll call this attack the Fuckoff Blast.”

He said with a satisfied nod.

“Gotta keep adding to the Fuckoff series after all. That way I'll have all kinds of ways to tell people to fuck off.”

At this moment, Regis and Ishma transformed back into their human forms.

“You were too careless when fighting that cat. There wasn't any chance of you receiving so much damage if you went all out from the beginning.”

Ishma complained.

“If I had went all out, I would've revealed my cards to the enemy. It's too soon for that.”

Miko turned around.

“Forget that, I'm starving. Let's go get something to eat.”

“I want cake!”

Ishma shouted completely forgetting her complaints.

“Alright let's go.”

They all went to get something to eat as if they didn't just destroyed several restaurants.
