When Bloom came to, she was being carried by Nico who was running with the rest of Silver Crow at his sides.

Sapphire was being carried by Reiji to conserve her strength by the way.

“Oh, Bloom. You’re awake?”

Asked Sapphire.

“How long have I been out?”

“A few hours or so.”

Chrome answered.

“Now that you’re awake, we need you to decide our next move.”

She continued.

“We have two options at the moment. The first one is to meet up with Yota, Sola, Mayumi, or Code Breaker and gather our strength and prepare for any more enemies to come.”

She paused for a minute.

“The second option is for us to find where Jin, Miko, and Kaido are and watch their battle while waiting for the opportunity to prevent them from killing each other.”

“Wait, those three already started fighting?”

Bloom asked.

“Look over there.”

Zetsu pointed to a certain direction. When Bloom look at where he pointed she was shocked.

There she saw golden lights dancing with gray beams and a sinister darkness.

Even though she was miles away she could tell that each of those lights had immense power behind them.

“Other than those three I doubt that there’s anyone else who could cause such a scene.”

Said Nico.

Bloom stared at commotion in the distance and pondered for a bit before making her decision.

“Let’s go towards where those three are. This battle decides our future so we can’t hope to miss it.”

“Yes, Ma’am!”

Meanwhile in the Syndicate’s base Nana was racing back and forth with an anxious expression.

Her brother and Blanche watched her with weird looks.

“He’s taking too long. Something must’ve happened.”

She said.

“He said that he was going to work, in other words he went to prove himself to the Syndicate. It’s highly likely that he’s fighting against the Black Reaper or the Heavenly Demon King or maybe both.”

Said Kei.

“Well, there’s also the chance that he got killed.”

“Huh?!”

The moment he said that he could feel an intense bloodlust coming from his sister.

“He’s not dead! He’s the man I plan on marrying, so he’s definitely not that weak!”

She shouted.

“You really like him don’t you?”

Blanche asked.

Nana nodded.

“Of course. I’m deeply in love with him.”

“Even though you’ve only spoke to him a few times in the six months he was here?”

“That doesn’t matter. I feel what I feel, and there’s no denying it.”

She said with a stubborn attitude.

Blanche smiled when he heard that and said-

“Since that’s the case, there’s a way for you reach his heart.”

Earthshaking explosions keep resounding throughout the city as gold, gray, and black stained the sky.

Of course the ones who caused this was Kaido, Miko and Jin.

It has been over an hour since Miko has activated Deus Malum. During that time the amount of destruction the city has endured had far surpassed the total damage it received in its 50 years of existence.

7, 7 districts have been destroyed since these three started their battle more than a day ago. 2 districts have been destroyed in the last hour.

*BOOOM!*

Miko, who had turned into an overlord of darkness, created dozens of giant dark spears and shot towards Kaido.

Kaido roared and caused even more gold and red aura to flow from within him.

He thrust his palm forward and an overwhelming shockwave collided with Miko’s spears and destroyed them.

At this moment a giant eclipse fell out of the sky and on top of him.

*BOOOM!*

He forced it back up into the air with a punch, and then spun around and kicked Jin who was attacking him from behind with a sword made of light.

Kaido’s kick shattered the sword, and hit Jin in the face.

*BOOOM!*

However Jin immediately countered with a devastating blow to Kaido’s exposed sides.

“Makoto Tactics: Auto-Counter!”

A thin layer of gold mana covered his body as he rushed into a fist fight with Kaido.

He hit Kaido under the chin with a palm, after getting punched in the face, and forced him off ground.

Kaido wrapped his legs around Jin’s neck and twisted his body to throw him to the side.

Jin was immediately hit with a flying knee from Miko and got his face burst open.

Miko created a tentacle from darkness and used it to slam Jin into the ground, while he charged at Kaido.

Kaido stood his ground and welcomed Miko’s charge.

*BOOOM!*

Miko’s fist clashed with Kaido’s and caused shockwaves to further flatten the district and destroy the ground.

Miko stepped back and aimed a kick at Kaido’s head. Kaido blocked it with his arm and threw a punch with his other hand.

Miko moved to the side and dodged it, but the force from it caused his skin to burst open.

Darkness flowed out instead of blood and quickly stitched up the wound.

Miko thrust his palm forward and a spike flew out of it and pierced towards Kaido’s head.

Kaido bent his back and avoid it.

That’s when he saw a leg falling down towards him.

*BOOOM!*

He was slow to react and was forced into the ground by Jin’s leg drop.

Miko quickly formed a dark barrier and blocked dozens of light weapons that Jin sent towards him.

“Hm?”

Miko saw one of the weapons turned into Jin himself who thrust his hand through the barrier and grabbed his face.

“Ecliptic Thunder!”

*BOOOM!*

Miko was hit by a tyrannical burst of lightning which rose into the air like a pillar while electrocuting him.

His body was left smoking as he fell to his knees.

A gray flame appeared in Jin’s right hand.

“Turn to ash! Ecliptic Flame!”

He shot the flame towards the kneeling Miko.

A smile appeared on Miko’s face as he spoke slowly.

“Evil General!”

A silhouette wearing a jet black suit of armor appeared and cut the flames in two with his demonic sword.

Miko stood back up with the General facing Jin.

He stretched his right hand out to the side.

“Come forth, My Dark Regiment!”

Darkness spread out and hundreds of silhouettes wearing armors and even riding horses appeared from within it.

The General who blocked Jin’s path suddenly grew twice in size and held a giant Warhammer.

“Destroy!”

“Destroy!”

The army roared in high spirts and charged towards Jin.

“Seriously? What an annoy power!”

Jin jumped back and thousands of weapons appeared behind him.

He waved his hand and they all charged to meet Miko’s army.

*BOOOM!*

The weapons ripped through Miko’s army like paper and headed towards Miko himself.

“Hmph!”

The dark General appeared and swung his Warhammer.

*BOOOM!*

With one swing he was able to destroy countless weapons like they were nothing.

He pointed at Jin with his hammer and charged towards him with howl.

“Interesting! Come!”

Jin charged towards him and created a mace.

He swung the mace, while the General swung his hammer.

“Forgetting about me is quite rude, you know.”

Kaido suddenly appeared between Jin and the General and stopped their attacks with his bare hands.

Cracks appeared on his arms as they burst open and spurted blood.

Kaido smiled and crushed their weapons.

He beheaded the General with a swing of his hand and then pulled Jin close to him.

“Avarice Poison!”

A red gas sprayed out of Kaido’s mouth and hit Jin point blank.

“Cough?!”

Jin immediately started vomiting blood and his eyes started bleeding.

His body felt cold and weak in front of the smiling Kaido.

“Fenrir’s poison, huh?”

Miko saw Jin’s condition and immediately know what happened.

Kaido grabbed Jin’s neck and started to choke him.

There was a sinister light in eyes which matched his smile.

Since he unleashed the powers of Fenrir and behemoth he was showing alot more emotions than he normally would. No, it was like he was regaining them.

He lifted his palm at Jin’s face and red light started gathering in it.

“Times up, Reaper!”

“Says who?”

*BOOOM!*

Jin suddenly became lively again and hit him with an ecliptic blast in the stomach.

“Guaah?!”

Blood flowed from Kaido’s mouth as a hole open up in his stomach.

“Idiot, I’m the sun. What is more adapt at burning away contaminations than it?”

He suddenly jumped and headbutt Kaido under his chin and forced him to let go.

“Die, Kaido!”

He formed a blast in his palm and thrust it towards Kaido’s head.

“Aren’t you getting ahead of yourself, Jinny?”

*BOOOM!*

A hand flew through the hole in Kaido’s stomach and hit Jin in his. He was then hit by a dark blast which sent him flying.

The blast blew him away while making him spin like a vortex causing his insides to churn.

Miko who was far away smile and formed a fist.

*BOOOM!*

The blast suddenly grew as big as a building and started to rip Jin to shreds while creating an ever growing crater.

Miko whose hand was still inside Kaido’s stomach, threw Kaido to the side like trash before crushing him with a giant dark hand.

Miko was currently the only one standing while Jin laid bloodied in a pit, and Kaido laid motionlessly on the ground.

He started to laugh as he took a step forward.

That’s when it happened.

“?!”

Golden chains burst from underneath the ground and wrapped themselves around him.

Miko was unable to break these chains in an instant was forced to stand in place, while trying to break them.

“Makoto Tactics: Absolute Restraint!”

Jin crawled out of the pit fully stained in blood with a gold chain in his hand.

He couldn’t walk straight and was stumbling every other step.

Even so there was a terrifying aura surrounding his body.

“It’s time for payback.”

He said.

At this time Miko suddenly sense movement behind and him turned his head.

Surely it was Kaido who struggled to his feet.

“Oi, oi. Doesn’t it look like I’m fucked here.”

Miko said with a wry smiled.

“Yup, you’re fucked.”

Jin nodded with a smile with creating a massive eclipse over his head.

“Super fucked.”

Kaido started concentrating all of his power into his fist as he said so.

“Ha…hahahaha!”

Miko started laughing while the two rushed towards him and hit him with their strongest attacks.

“Ecliptic Fall!”

“Golden Massacre!”

“Then let me also give it my all!”

Miko suddenly shouted and the darkness rushed in all directions like a grand tsunami.

*BOOOOOOM!*

An explosion countless times stronger than anything before spread and turned almost 5 districts into an bottomless pit.

Bloom and the rest of Silver finally arrived at the scene after fighting their way through countless shockwaves caused by the fight.

“Damn…..”

After a long silence, that was all they could say after witnessing the devastation before their eyes.

“Are they even alive at this point?”

Chrome couldn’t help but to ask.

Bloom and Sapphire looked around frantically and even forced themselves off those who were carrying them.

They searched and searched until they finally spotted something.

At the edge of the crater, three bloody silhouettes were standing and looking at each other.

These silhouettes were naturally Miko, Kaido and Jin.

All three of them used up all of their powers and was reverted to their original forms.

“Amazing. Even after fighting such an intense battle they’re still able to stand.”

Chrome praised.

“We got a stop them. Any further and they’ll die.”

Said Bloom.

Sapphire nodded and they moved to head to towards Miko and the boys.

“Stop right there.”

That’s when they were block by two persons.

These persons were naturally Regis and Ishma.

“We can’t have you two interrupting their fight.”

Said Regis.

“That’s right. Miko wants to finish this on his own, if that wasn’t the case we would’ve moved to kill Kaido and Jin now that they’re weakened.”

Said Ishma.

“What are you two saying?! Miko could die you know!”

Bloom shouted.

“If he dies then so be it.”

Regis answered.

“What?”

“Miko is a warrior, he has a warrior’s pride. If you interrupt his fight then he’ll forever be dissatisfied and might hold a grudge against you.”

“I don’t mind as long as he and Jin continues to live on!”

Bloom declared.

“Know your place, little girl. Finishing this fight is necessary for Miko’s growth. Feeling regrets from not being able to do so might hinder his growth, and that is something I won’t allow.”

Ishma started to released a deadly demonic aura as she glared at Bloom and Sapphire.

“Take one step towards that battle and I’ll cut off your legs.”

“Huh? Like I’m afraid of you.”

Bloom also started to glare at her and looked ready to fight her.

Tension rose between them.

“The two of you stand down.”

It was at this moment, Tiamat appeared between them.

Her appearance caused the members of Silver Crow to back off in fear.

“No one will interrupt this fight. Got it?”

She spoke with a tone no one could defy.

Meanwhile Miko, Kaido and Jin all glared each other while completely covered in their own blood.

“Seriously, I don’t think cockroaches is the right term for us now.”

Said Jin.

“Monsters is much better.”

“I’m fine with being a monster.”

Said Kaido.

“Same here.”

Said Miko.

The three of them started to laughing ignoring the pain they were feeling.

“So how are we going to settle this?”

Asked Jin.

“To be honest, I don’t think I can’t go on any longer. It literally takes my all to just keep on my feet.”

Said Kaido.

“Same here. There’s no part of my body that isn’t throbbing from pain.”

Said Miko.

“So let’s do this.”

He lifted both fists in front of him.

“How about we keep punching each other until there’s only one left breathing?”

“Hahaha! Fine by me!”

Jin also slowly lifted his arms in front of him.

“Let’s get this over with.”

Kaido did the same.

Miko smiled.

“Ready!”

“Set!”

“Go!”

The three rush each other at the same time.

*Boom!*

The first to land a hit was Kaido.

He punched Miko square in the face and caused he fly back.

Jin hit him with a jumping knee strike and hit him with an uppercut.

Kaido stumbled backwards and saw Miko jumped over Jin and kick him in the chest.

*Boom!*

Kaido was blown back with his feet skidding on the ground. He held his ground and didn’t fall.

Jin aimed a kick at Miko’s neck, which he dodged by bending his back.

Miko stepped forward and slammed both palms on Jin’s chest.

*Boom!*

Jin’s broken ribs caused him immense pain.

He gritted his teeth and punched Miko in the face before hitting him with another fist.

The punches caused Miko’s body to sway from side to side.

He suddenly felt arms wrapped his waist and looked around. He saw Kaido smile at him.

Kaido bent his back while lifting Miko.

*Boom!*

He hit Miko with a suplex and cracked the ground with his head.

He then got up and was kicked under the chin by Jin and fell on his back.

Jin jumped and slammed his knee on Kaido’s face and burst it open.

However, Jin felt someone grabbed his neck from behind.

“Ahhh!”

With a shout Miko lifted him off Kaido and choke-slammed him on the ground.

All of the air forcibly escaped Jin’s lungs as he coughed up blood.

Miko sat on his stomach and started to punch jin with slow but heavy punches.

*Boom!* *Boom!* *Boom!* *Boom!*

Every punch caused loud sound as Jin’s head swung from left to right.

*Boom!*

Miko was suddenly kicked in the side of his head by Kaido and fell on the ground.

Kaido lifted him by his leg and slammed him on top of Jin.

*Boom!*

He slowly lifted him again, however Miko suddenly pulled his upper body up and headbutt him.

Kaido let go and stumbled back while Miko fell on his back.

He struggled to his feet but was punched in the back of the head by Jin.

Miko fell on his knees and immediately saw foot appear in front of his face.

*Boom!*

Miko was forced to his feet after getting kicked in the face by Kaido.

Both Jin and Kaido threw a punch towards his face.

He ducked under them and grabbed them both by the face.

*Boom!*

He slammed them both into the ground while collapsing himself.

The three of them laid on the ground breathing heavily while the little blood the had left started flowing out of them.

After a while they all struggled to their feet while trembling.

They lifted their shaking fists again and rushed towards each other.

*Boom!*

The three of them punched each other at the same.

They didn’t budge and started to punch each other without backing down.

*Boom!*

Miko got elbowed by Kaido, and replied with a right hook to the side of the head.

He then punched Jin square in the face and got punched in return.

Jin uppercut Kaido and slapped Miko.

Kaido slugged Jin with a left hook and hit Miko with a backhand.

“T-This is pure madness! They’re gonna die!”

Sapphire shouted.

She watched as Jin got a right hook from Miko and a palm strike from Kaido.

He roared and hit the both of them with a hook each.

All three of them continued to punched each other with bust up faces and swollen eyes.

They could no longer see, hear or feel anything. They couldn't even tell if they were getting hit or hitting someone.

They were just swinging out of instinct.

“Tiamat, we must stop them!”

Bloom shouted.

“There’s no need. The fight is about to end.”

Bloom looked towards the three again and saw they all took a step back.

They then all stepped forward and threw the strongest punch they could.

*BOOM!*

All three punches connected.

Kaido punched Miko.

Miko punched Jin.

Jin punched Kaido.

A strange silence formed in the wasteland as the three froze like statues.

It was then Tiamat smiled.

“The winner has been decided.”

Jin’s body suddenly started to sway and he collapsed to the ground. Almost simultaneously the same thing happened to Kaido.

Miko was the only one left standing.

“You can proceed now.”

The moment Tia said that silver crow and Regis and Ishma rushed the sides of the three.

Regis was the first to reach them.

She checked Kaido and Jin’s pulses and sighed in relief. The two of them were still alive.

Ishma stood in front of Miko and had a shocked expression on her face which soon turned into a smile.

“This bastard. He really is something.”

“Is Miko alright?”

The first person bloom checked on was naturally Miko. Jin was being held by Sapphire.

“Alright?”

Ishma smirked.

“He’s more than fine. He’s fucking great!”

When Bloom checked on Miko she immediately knew what Ishma was so excited.

“No way….”

The rest of Silver Crow also noticed it and was equally shocked.

“He…He passed out while standing up.”

That’s right. Miko had passed out on his feet. However he wasn’t the only one.

Kaido and Jin passed out while they were fighting.

In fact the moment the three of them took a step back the last time, they all passed out and was only fighting on instinct. That was how strong their desire to win was.

But in the end, Miko was the lone one left standing.

He won the battle of monsters.
