Hmmm......It seems that people are misunderstanding the power scaling among the characters. Well, this is kind of my fault so let me fix your misunderstanding.

First let's discuss Ace and Sora. These two have indeed gotten stronger but some people believe that they were suddenly on Kaido and Jin's level which is wrong.

Ace was able to sneak up on because he moved with Qigong which boost his speed. His Qi type is Beastly so he can move with the precision and stealth of animals because he absorbed their traits. Remember the special ability of Beastly Qi is absorbing the traits of monsters the user defeats or tame.

As for Why Sora could make Jin in speed, well that doesn't need explaining. From his debut speed as always been Sora's forte so this shouldn't be surprising.

Now then let's make this clear, Sora and Ace can't beat Kaido and Jin. They can give them a good fight but they can't compete against them in their final forms. Not even Miko could without Deus Malum. However, Luka can. Why? Because it was established over 100 chapters ago that Luka has no limit and grows at an unbelievable speed.

As for why Sora and Ace are so strong despite being "Normal Humans"......Hahahaha I never said they were normal humans.

Even Tiamat acknowledged that they were special when Miko first met them.

I mean think about it, what do you know about their origins?

Other than the fact that Ace is from a clan of gamers that were massacred what else is known about them really.

Especially Sora, who's the strongest of the trio that Klick/Ringo left behind.

Where did he come from?

Did he belong to a clan?

If so, does that Clan has any traits?

Who were his parents?

Are they alive?

There are dozens of things that's a mystery about him. So assuming that he's not special is wrong.

More ever, just the fact that Ace and Sora were take in by Ringo is a hint that there's more to them than what meets the eye.

Think about it, Ringo is a top member of New Era but he chose to raise three kids. There must be some kind of reason.

The reason why he saved Hina was obviously for her powers; so what was his reason for saving Axe and Sora?

Next is the main issue, Kristen.

First of all, it was never stated that Kristen was Miko's equal. Also it made sense that Kristen would give his brother a hard time.

Don't believe me?

Then let's quote a convo between Leon and Raven.

“You know that you don't have much time left as a human, right?”

Raven stood beside him and asked.

Leon nodded.

“I know. However it's not like I'm scared or anything. Those old men in the Saevio Clan greatly misunderstood something.”

“Oh? Explain this to me.”

Leon smiled wryly.

“Since there's no need to hide it anymore, I'll admit it. I'm Beleth's vessel.”

“Well, I already knew that.”

“But what you didn't know is that Beleth has multiple vessels.”

“…..Are you sure?”

Raven voice had a hint of surprise.

Leon nodded his head.

“In a way the entire clan are his vessels, it's just that some vessels awaken without needing to experience [War Face].”

“And you're one of them?”

Leon nodded.

“Those like me will experience natural demonization in order to prepare our bodies for Beleth's resurrection. However, there has never been a successful rebirth before, even after a clan member gets their soul devoured whole. This is because Beleth can't just use any body to recreate himself. The body must be a superior heaven sent body.”

“And your body isn't up to standards?”

“Not even close. This is shown from the fact that I'm still a [S Class]. The Demon God blood in me makes my growth freakish, but compared to a perfect vessel it's not even worth mentioning.”

“Which means that a perfect demon body could still be born in the future?"

Raven said with some thought.

“If those old men really want to stop Beleth's rebirth, they should all kill themselves and their families.”

Now let's quote something Kimiko said in that same chapter

She then turned and looked at the twins who were beside Sasha.

They were also meditating and absorbing the ice mana.

“[B Class] at 11 years old. They're two years later but they can compare to Miko at their age. Although he was far stronger than they are now.”

She watched the death aura leaking out of Tessa. It was very thick.

“Not bad. Her aptitude towards death magic is as high as Sasha’s. If you include her demon traits she'll definitely become a powerhouse in the future…..I'll probably need to take her back to helheim in the future.”

Her eyes swept over Kristen.

“The demon aura is slowly strengthening…..Whats going with this father and sons. Are the three of them planning to become real demons or something?”

See? It was foreshadowed that Kristen was the perfect vessel that Leon spoke about, its just that you all missed it.

Also do you guys remember what happened to Leon during the Throne Wars? That's the main reason why Miko said that he would have a hard time. Only thing is that in Kristen's case it would be far more intense.

Well I'll be honest when I was writing the chapter I thought to myself.

"A lot of people will be pissed off by this. Not only that a lot of people will demand Kristen's death. Hell, he might become one of the most hated characters in the series."

Then I was like fuck it. I need to do this if i want the things I plan for the future to work.

And then I posted it without a care. I laughed at some of rage you people showed.

But be honest, what Kristen said had logic behind it. He never told a lie and just pointed out something you all probably took for granted.

In fact it would unrealistic if no pointed out Miko's bad habits and selfishness and just welcomed him with smiles on their face.

It might not bother you guys but it would bother me.

Anyway just sit back await the next following chapters and you'll see some interesting developments.
