《Mythical Conquest》The Man Revered As A Devil

Rihan stood in front of Sasha with the unconscious Miko behind him.
Seeing her brother after so many decades didn’t make Sasha happy at all. It just made her frightened.
Don’t get it wrong. It’s not that Sasha hate her brother, in fact she loves him. However, she is also afraid of him.
The reason being something she witnessed when she was young.
There was a time when Momo and Sasha’s lives were targeted by an elder that was loyal to Krow.
No, loyal was an understatement. He was a fanatic.
He greatly believe that no one was more worthy for the throne than Krow because he was Augustus last living son.
He was eager for Krow to take the throne, that he acted reckless sometimes.
One day he crossed the line and kidnapped Momo and Sasha and demanded that Krow receives the throne as ransom.
This naturally angered Nero and Nova.
It angered them to the point they committed a taboo.
They gave Rihan all authority over the case.
The result?
Total hell.
Rihan didn’t negotiate with the elder at all. In fact he never spoke to him.
He just sent him a crate as a present.
When the elder opened the crate he was shocked to see the heads of over 50 of his acquaintances.
He was never close to any of them but it still shook him.
Little that he knew was that this was just a warning.
Everyday for a week the elder would receive a similar crate, however the people the heads belong were more important to him with every crate.
The first crate had people he just saw around.
The second crate had people he occasionally spoke with, like greeting each other.
The third crate had people he saw on a daily basis and considered less than a friend but more than an acquaintance.
The forth crate had friends he hadn't seen in a long time. Some even living on a different continent.
The fifth crate had his friends that he worked and smiled with everyday.
The six crate had his best friends and distant relatives.
By the time the elder received this crate his mind was already under great stress.
He began to wonder just whose head would he receive next.
His wife? His kids? His siblings? His parents?
Just the terror and suspense nearly crippled him.
On the seventh day the elder received a crate like usually.
At this time he couldn’t even guess whose head would be in it.
He had already gathered the people most important to him and had them under protection so Rihan shouldn’t have been able to fill the crate.
Even so, the elder got a crate.
In the end he was too curious and had to check who it was.
When he opened the crater he was shocked.
What was inside the crater was a picture of his own head.
Before he could understand what that meant, Rihan appeared behind him and beheaded him.

Rihan didn’t stop there.
He gathered everyone the elder was trying to protect and beheaded them.
After everyone was dead, he packed all the heads in the final crate with the elder’s head at the top.
Rihan then sent this crate to Krow as warning, ordering him to keep his dogs on a leash.
This naturally angered Krow, but Rihan didn’t care. Unlike his father he didn’t care about pretense and didn’t mind going to war with Krow and his backers.
Sasha naturally witnessed every crate Rihan sent to the elder and the deaths of the elder and his family.
This was the first time she came in contact with death and it terrified her.
Because of this it always took her a while to adjust around her brother when he suddenly appears.
“Sigh.”
After staring at Rihan’s smiling face she finally calmed down.
“Hello, brother. Thank you for stopping my son.”
She said.
“So this one really is the infamous Heaven Demon King?”
Rihan said as he picked up Miko off the ground by one hand.
“Is that one your son too?”
He pointed behind Sasha.
“Ah, Kristen!”
She turned around and started to attend to his wound.
By this time Kristen had already regained his calm.
This wasn’t because Sasha shield him, it was because Rihan appeared.
‘W-What the hell? Just what the hell is standing in front of me?’
He thought to himself while looking at Rihan.
He could feel his demon blood quiver as he stared at him. Just being around him made him feel fear right down to his bones.
Rihan saw the fear on his face and smirked.
That smirk was enough make Kristen want to run for the hills.
“Well, shit….The devil is here.”
Leon said as he slowly started to back away.
“That can’t do, Leon.”
“?!”
Leon froze when he heard a familiar voice behind him.
He quickly turned around and saw Aeon’s smiling face.
“You can’t just run away from my father like that.”
“The fuck?! Where did he come from?!”
Sora shouted when he saw Aeon.
“This is?”
Bloom asked.
“Aeon Dragna is the name.”
“Kyaa?!”
Bloom screamed when Aeon suddenly popped in front of her and spoke with a smile.
“How you do? I’m miko’s older cousin. It’s nice to meet you, Bloom Newgate.”
“How do you know my name?”
“I have my sources.”
Aeon said with his usually smile.
“As you can see, he’s creepy.”
Said Hina. Luka nodded in agreement.
“Aeon, you bastard!”
Ace saw Aeon and approached him.
“Where have you’ve been? You were suppose to help me master Boost Player.”
“Ah, sorry. I had to go pick my father up.”
Aeon gestured at Rihan.
“Father? You mean that’s the infamous Devil’s Joker?”
Ace looked at Rihan as well.

Rihan sensed his gaze and looked towards him.
“?!”
When Rihan saw Ace his eyes showed hints of surprised but he instantly suppressed it.
‘That Aeon, he didn’t mention anything about this kid. Well, he probably doesn’t know.’
Rihan smiled at Ace.
‘While it would be ideal for me to kill him here, but he’s originally not my problem so I don’t feel motivated.’
After thinking that Rihan set his eyes on Leon.
“Yo, Leon. You wouldn't be thinking of running away after seeing me?”
“No, no, no. I would never. You’re the one who took me in when my clan disowned me and raised me. You’re like a father to me. No, in fact you were my adoptive father I guess.”
Luka and the others were shocked to hear this. They never thought that Sasha’s brother was Leon’s adoptive father.
This was big news.
“And to repay me you tried to run off with my little sister.”
Rihan showed a weird smile.
“You sure have an unique way of showing your gratitude.”
“Hahahaha….”
Leon laughed nervously.
“I’m joking. I don’t hold a grudge with you or anything.”
Rihan said.
“If I did I wouldn’t have stopped my father from killing you back then. I also wouldn’t have instructed Aeon to help you two escape the branch. Oh, just so you know, I’m the one who prevented the old man and my brother from killing you when you escaped.”
“Thank you for that, Father!”
Leon immediately shouted with a bow.
It was the first time Tessa has ever seen her father act so obedient in front of someone. Not even Nero made him act like this.
That said something about how Leon placed Rihan in his heart.
“Brother, stop teasing my husband and help me heal my sons!”
Sasha shouted.
“Yes, yes.”
Rihan said while throwing Miko towards Aeon.
“I’ll take that.”
At that moment, Tia appeared out of nowhere and caught Miko.
“Seriously, I didn’t interfere because I wanted you to pick which path you wish to walk, but you still ended up like this.”
She sighed.
“Are you growing at all?”
“Shut it.”
Miko opened his eyes and said weakly.
At that time Rihan stood in front of Kristen who had his stomach sliced open.
“You two really went all out. Reminds me of when me and my brothers fought each other.”
He snapped his fingers.
“Huh?”
Kristen suddenly found himself without a single scratch on his body.
“I rewound the time on your body to bring it back to prefect condition. I’m not as good at it as Gian but you should be fine. Ah, also I reverted your demonification a little bit. You’re already a demon but I can’t have you becoming Beleth with your current immaturity. It would cause me problems.”
It was only then that Kristen realized that his horns were gone. But he was afraid of Rihan so he didn’t complain.
“Seriously, I just got here and is already cleaning up people’s mess.”
Rihan sighed.
“Isn’t this your job, Great-Grandmother?”
He said as he looked at Tiamat.
Tiamat heard what he said and looked at him.
“This is the first we’re meeting.”
“Of course. I’m not a Tyrant so I wasn’t able to travel to the Summit Of The Gods.”
“Yes, that’s right….”
Tia smiled at him and turned back to Miko.
“Do you still want to fight?”
“Tiamat! Why are you asking him that?!”
Sasha roared.
She walked up and grabbed Miko out of Tia’s embrace.
“Listen here, Miko! I will not allow the two of you to fight any longer! If you’re going to do it, then do it over my dead body!”
Sasha was serious. If Miko and Kristen started to fight again she would stop them even if she died in the process.
Miko knew this and could only nodded.
“Fine. As long as he doesn’t push it, then I’ll let it go.”
Miko said as he freed himself from Sasha’s grip.
“Hmph. I’ll kill you eventually.”
Kristen said under his breath.
To ensure Sasha’s safety he needed to kill his brother and had already made up his mind to do so.
“Umm…..Sorry to interrupt.”
Kaido walked up to Miko missing both arms.
“Can someone do something about my arms? It’s inconvenient not having them.”
He said calmly.
“Ah, let me.”
Aeon appeared and rubbed his hands on Kaido’s arm stumps.
A clock appeared with its hands spinning.
Kaido’s arms then materialized out of a light.
“I did the same thing my father did, but I’m not that skilled to do it in an instant.”
Aeon said.
“Having someone as powerful as you on Miko’s side is reassuring.”
When Miko heard that he narrowed his eyes.
‘This bastard…..was he perhaps in Grim City? Or did he have someone inside keeping him informed?’
He thought to himself.
“Yo, so you’re Miko.”
Rihan approached Miko.
Rihan scanned Miko with his eyes.
‘Not bad. He’s brimming with talent and potential.’
He smiled.
‘This generation should be really fun.’
“Hey. Why are you laughing with yourself?”
Miko said while looking Rihan straight in the eye.
Rihan stared back into his.
“Ah, nothing. Just thinking that this generation will be fun to watch.”
He answers truthfully.
“Is that so?”
Miko smiled a devious smile.
“Trust me you’ve seen nothing yet.”
“I see. Then I look forward to the future.”
Rihan replied with his own smile.
And then-
‘This bastard is dangerous.’
The two thought simultaneously.
