I had completely forgotten, but today marks exactly a year since this story has began.

Man, time sure flies. It's a year already but the story is only 25% finished if that much.

I remember when I just started writing this story, I was only writing it to passed the time since I had just graduated wasn't employed yet.

At first I planned to post it on wattpad because it was the only site I was familiar with that had a few anime related stories. But I didn't because the anime fandom on there was that much so I just keep writing for the fun of it.

I discovered this site while browsing through the forums of Novel Updates and saw that it was just the type of site I was looking for.

I posted this story as a means to test the community on here but it surprisingly became a hit really quickly, and even made me switched from the story I had planned on seriously writing to this one. I had originally planned this to not past 100 chapters and now I'm pretty sure it's close to 300 chapters lol. I mean I pretty much made up the name on the fly. It was originally supposed to be called Exsul after all.

Anyway, I would like to thank you all for supporting me and for reading the story for the last year.

If you ask me how much longer will this story go on, I'll respond that I have no idea lol.

As a fan of One Piece I tend to prefer long stories over short ones, so it could be end anytime.

But what a perfect way to end an arc on the stories anniversary.

To be honest though, I didn't really plan to end the arc here. Those who read the chapter minutes after it came out can tell you that the arc ending announcement was there at first. I put it there about 45 minutes after the chapter was posted.

I decided to end it there because I felt the arc was getting drawn out. In fact this arc didn't go the way I wanted it to.

For example, Miko and Kristen weren't supposed to fight. They were supposed to argue and threaten each other but not fight. It's just that I felt the urge to write a fight that it happened.

Hey, impulsive. What can I do?

Another thing that didn't went as plan was the battle between Miko and Krul and the others.

It wasn't supposed to be a straight up battle but some kind of event that had long intervals between it. During one of those intervals Miko was supposed to meet and bond with Alec and Kirika.

Oh, Kirika is a very important character as well.

Anyway, I simply forgot what I was going to do and just turn it into a battle oriented event that had no brakes.

Another thing is Rin's character. Rin was supposed to be antagonistic towards Miko because he was suppose to be Miko's rival.

Oh, yeah. Rin and the rest of the.......FUCK!!!! I just remembered I forgot an important plot point!.....I Fuck I'll add it later.

Anyway, Rin, Ashur and others have always been in my head years before this story was created. That's why they all give off the feeling that they could be they're own MC's of a story. They along with Miko were supposed to be eternal rivals.

Anything that didn't go as planned is the introduction of Limit Break. MIko wasn't supposed to be the first to use this. It was supposed to be introduced later by Sora, with Miko learning it later on. Yeah, but I couldn't really think of a sensible way to defeat Krul without Deus Malum.

Another thing was the meeting between the branch leaders, that meeting was supposed to involve a lot of scheming and deception and suspense. But I got lazy...

......You know I've just realized that I've kind of screwed up this arc.....

Well, I'll fix everything the next arc.

Ive actually ended the arc halfway through. The first part was supposed to serious while the second half was supposed to be filled with comedy and character development of the new characters. But I'll try to squeeze that in somewhere.

Now on to the next arc, the Dragna Empire Arc!

As the name implies this arc will focus on creating the Dragna Empire. You'll finally see the results of actions Miko taken 200 or so chapters ago.

First, let me state this arc will be long. How long? I don't know, but probably as long as the Grim City arc. After all, you can't just build an empire in 20 chapters. Well, you can but it won't feel real.

Miko has to take his time and have the countries fall one by one after all.

Another thing, this arc will be serious I mean really serious.

Ive already written the first 5 chapters and man they're serious. Just the first one will fuck some of you up.

When I wrote it I was like "Wtf did I just write?!"

i felt depressed just writing it lol.

Well, don't worry I'll be sure to put in some of the usual comedy. After all, it's the Dragna clan. Lol.
