With Typhon’s appearance, the battle became silent. No one made any unnecessary movements in fear of angering him. After all, the person standing in front of them was one of the greatest if not the greatest monster in all of myths.

“Oh? Looks like a quite a bit of you got killed off.”

Said Typhon, while looking at the remaining higher beings.

“Only 6 remains.”

He smiled.

“I’m in a good mood. You’re all pardoned.”

He said.

The remaining higher beings all looked confused.

“You don’t understand? I’m giving all a chance to go anywhere you wish. You’re free to do as your like. As long as you don’t get in my way, I won’t kill you.”

The remaining higher beings all looked at each other. It was clear that Typhon was granting them a path to survival, and the only thing they had to do was to leave this war.

As beings that have lived for thousands of years, they knew that they couldn’t let this chance slip. The first to move was Guan Yin.

“Even though I hate to be pardoned by an abomination as yourself, I’ll talk your offer.”

She showed no fear or reverence towards Typhon. He didn’t mind, since he wasn’t interested in her in least. To him, her words were equivalent to the barking of a puppy.

A lotus bloomed behind her and her two Buddha comrades, they all started to fade away along with the Buddhas. She took one last look at Miko.

“Monster child, we’re leaving because the situation isn’t favorably, but I swear that we will one day destroy you.”

Miko smiled when he heard that.

“Then let me give you another reason to hate me.”

He disappeared from where he was, and appeared in front of the Buddha who was farthest from him, because it tried to save a Titan earlier. The Buddha who was the weakest of the three, immediately had its chest penetrated by Miko’s hand.

It tried to avoid him, but because he believed that he was being pardon he was one step too late. The Buddha never expected to be attacked by Miko this way.

His heart was immediately ripped out and became visible for everyone to see.

“So this is the heart of a Buddha?”

He took the golden heart and ate it with one bite.

This shocked everyone. Miko disregarded Typhon pardoning them and killed in front of his face. That was like spitting on Typhon’s authority.

“Even if the Supreme being pardons you, unless this emperor does the same, don’t think that you can just leave alive.”

Guan Yin’s eyes were burning with fury when she heard Miko’s words after seeing his actions. However, she held her calm because sticking around wouldn’t be wise.

“I’ll remember you.”

After saying that, she and her remaining companion disappeared in the lotus. Who knows where they went?

Miko looked at the remaining 3 higher beings.

“You three can go. I don’t have time to waste on you anymore.”

He turned his back to them and faced Typhon.

Miko telling them to go, had a long term strategic reason behind. Miko’s goal was to return the world back those times were war plagued the world. He wanted to create an era greater than the one Augustus lived in. For that, he need strong people to remain, if he went around kill every threat then he would never create the era he wanted and thus he will be unable to surpass Augustus.

Having 5 higher beings who aren’t bound by the ceasefire contract will surely spice up things. Whether he would create a problem he can’t handle didn’t really matter to him. He knew that surpassing the old era would require recklessness never seen before, hence he was prepared to face the consequences of his actions.

The higher beings which consisted of the last Centimane, Dark God, and the Titan Hyperion all glared at Miko with hatred. They swore to destroy this brat in the future. However, right now this brat was Typhon’s prey. Attacking him was just suicide. Thinking that, they all left.

“Now that all the distractions are gone.”

Miko turned and faced Typhon.

“Could you remove your foot?”

He pointed at Joesph who Typhon was stepping on.

Typhon smirked.

“Make me.”

*BOOOM!*

Miko instantly popped up in front of him and punched him across the face.

“I was intending to.”

He kicked him under his chin and sent him flying upwards. Echo appeared above him and the image of a dragoness appeared behind her.

“Dragon Strike!”

*BOOOM!*

A dragon shaped light shot out of her fist and sent Typhon crashing back on the ground. Cracks ran through the earth for several miles when Typhon hit the earth.

“Not a bad punch from either of you.”

He stood up and said after fixing his jaw.

“My turn.”

He disappeared from where he was, and Echo crossed her arms in front of her.

*BOOOM!*

His fist caused both of her arms to bend in unnatural manners before forcing them apart, leaving Echo’s chest exposed.

“Not so fast!”

*BOOOM!*

Typhon was suddenly hit by a bullet slightly bigger than himself and was forced dozens of meters to the side before stopping completely, holding the giant bullet.

He looked and saw Andreas with hundreds of gigantic rifles behind him.

“Fire!”

He waved his arm and the rifles started firing their human sized bullets. Thousands of bullets charged towards Typhon.

“Heh.”

He charged towards the onslaught of bullets without fear.

He punched them away like they were made of paper, while continuing his charge. He grabbed and a few and threw them back towards where they came, causing bullets to collide into each other.

He then jumped in the air and threw a kick.

*BOOOM!*

It was as if his kicked summoned a hurricane, which blew the bullets away.

“Damn monster!”

Andreas cursed when he saw that. Typhon took another leap and flew towards him while stretching his hand out to snatch him.

*BOOOM!*

That was when a gigantic mechanical bull hit him from the side. This bull was Alexus robot.

“Moo!”

The bull roared out while pushing Typhon away with its charge.

Alexus appeared in the sky and lifted his hand up in the air. A gigantic alchemy sigil appeared in the sky. It opened up like a gate, and from it came a gigantic spear covered in lightning sparks.

Alexus took the spear and threw it. The spear moved like a bolt of lightning and pierced through the bull with precise accuracy to hit Typhon and nailed him to the ground.

*BOOOM!*

Lightning ripped through the earth for dozens of miles and caused the giant pieces of earth to rise in the air. These lumps of earth then formed a gigantic hand, which push down the spear and made it stab deeper into Typhon.

“Something like this is too dull to pierce through my skin!”

Typhon let out a shout and the spear, the bull, and the earth hand immediately shattered into pieces.

He got up only to see rouge standing in front of him, swinging his sword.

“Godly Detonation!”

The sword stabbed into Typhon and light up.

*BOOOM!*

A gigantic explosion occurred which blew everything to smithereens. When the dust faded, there was an enormous crater that looked like it was as deep as an abyss. Standing there was Typhon, who was gripping Rouge by the neck. His body was incredibly wounded.

“Not a bad explosion. You’re like a little God of destruction aren’t you?”

He squeezed Rouge’s neck, intending to crush it.

“D-Don’t go praising me yet.”

Rouge answered in a pained voice.

“My attack isn’t done yet.”

That’s when Typhon noticed that there was a 4 leaf clover mark on his chest. The clover began to glow and grew in size.

“4 leaf Detonation!”

*BOOOM!*

Typhon’s chest exploded, which caused him to released Rouge and step back.

The mark on his chest had yet to disappear though. The 4 leaf clover had lost a leaf.

*BOOOM!*

His chest exploded again and caused him to fly back. Echo appeared behind him and hit him with a powerful punch.

*BOOOM!*

He was sent flying again. This time the clover which only had 2 clovers exploded again, and caused his body to change trajectory.

This time, Miko, Rouge, Maria, and Echo attacked him all together from all directions.

*BOOOM!*

His body was halted in the air after being hit from all sides. It was at this time that the last clover exploded as if synchronizing with the attacks.

*BOOOM!*

A huge explosion devoured Typhon and fire spread everywhere like waves.

Miko watched this explosion with a sharp gaze. That’s when he noticed something.

“Spread out!”

He shouted, however it was too late. Everyone who attacked Typhon earlier all suddenly had their bodies pierced by several small serpents. Theses serpent pierced right through them while taking a big bite out of their flesh.

Typhon appeared in the sky with his hands stretched out. It was then you could see that his arms had turned into dozens of serpents. These serpents pierced through Miko and the others.

“Strong. You all are incredibly strong. I’ve haven’t had fun like this in forever.”

Typhon laughed despite his body being covered in severed wounds.

It was then that they could see small serpents crawling under his skin, connecting together to repair his wounds.

“Even in human form, this guy’s a monster.”

Miko clicked his tongue and said.

He summoned Ishma and cut the snakes that were piercing through his body. The others did the same with either their hands or weapons.

*BOOOM!* *BOOOM!* *BOOOM!*

Typhon was suddenly hit with a bombard of attacks which caused the area to tremble. These attacks came from Andreas and Alexus who where hitting him with long range assaults.

Typhon turned his attention to them, and immediately charged towards them. Andreas and Alexus looked towards each other and came to some kind of agreement before rushing to meet his charge.

Andreas summoned two riffles in his hands and fired them at Typhon. Typhon avoided the bullets and spun around and delivered a kick to his head, which he blocked with his rifles.

Alexus attacked him from the side with a weird looking glaive. Typhon swung his hand upward and blocked the glaive with a hand chop.

*BOOOM!*

An explosive sound rang out and Alexus felt his arms went numb. Typhon thrust his fingers towards Alexus heart.

*BOOOM!*

But that hand was blown apart by Andreas rifle. Alexus used that chance to thrust his glaive towards Typhon neck.

“?!”

However, snakes came out of Typhon’s severed hand and blocked the blade. Typhon then kicked him under the chin and then took the glaive from him and stabbed it into his chest.

“Ahh!”

Alexus screamed out in pain.

Seeing that, Andreas came to his rescue by hitting Typhon across the head with his rifle. Typhon didn’t flinched and only grabbed him by the neck.

“Heh.”

Typhon smirked.

“Hmph.”

But to his surprise, Andreas smirked back at him.

*BOOOM!*

That’s when the glaive Typhon took from Alexus exploded and destroyed his hand.

Even Typhon looked surprised, as the glaive turned into fragments which stabbed into his body like they were alive.

“It isn’t wise to use weapons you’ve taken from your enemies that lightly, Monster.”

Andreas said.

The fragments sunk into typhon’s body like it was quick sand.

Alexus who was holding his stab wound snapped his fingers.

“Bloom.”

*BOOOM!*

That moment dozens of blades burst out from inside of Typhon’s body, but that wasn’t the end. The blades started to spin like drills before submerging back into his body.

“Ahhh!”

Typhon released a painful scream as he could feel his insides being shredded apart by the blades in his body.

It felt like his insides were being blended in a blender.

“Good work, you two!”

At that moment Miko above Typhon clenching his fist.

“Fuckoff-To-Hell Punch!”

*BOOOM!*

He punched Typhon on the top of his head and a gigantic burst of flames spread out in the air.

Typhon shot down from the sky like a meteorite and crashed into the earth.

*BOOOM!*

The impact caused the entire Southern Region to break into pieces. Even the mountains that Miko repaired had cracks in them despite being far away from the impact zone.

When the dust faded, a man shaped hole was seen at the source of the cracks.

“Did that do it?”

Maria hovered beside him and asked.

“Ow!”

Miko hit her with a chop, which confused her.

“You just jinxed it.”

*BOOOM!*

At that moment the ground exploded and someone was seen emerging from under it. Of course it was Typhon.

His body was beyond bent up. His head had a fist mark on top of it. His head looked like a squished piece of clay and his neck was broken so badly that it seem like his head could fall of his body at anytime.

He had the blades from Alexus attack stick out of him as well. It was a mystery how he was alive in such a condition.

“Impressive, truly impressive. For you to damage me to such an extent in such a short amount of time.”

Typhon applaud. His body started to slowly repair itself. Even the blades that were sticking out of him were dissolving.

“I have to admit that my human form isn’t enough to fight you.”

He smiled and said.

“If I truly want to enjoy this fight, I too must take it seriously.”

That’s when his body started to change into something completely hideous.

“Let our fight truly begin.”
