《The Necromancer Sol (Rewrite in progress)》Announcement/Update
Advertisement
2 Years ago I decided I wanted to write a System apocalypse Necromancer story. I have a personal rule where I don't ever want to write in a genre if I can't add something. I want to have a take that adds something. So I tried and people liked it. It did way better than I could have possibly ever imagined. At one point I made it to top ten trending. It went better than I ever could've hoped. My problem with writing is that I do way too much world building that never makes it to the story. I will write out a plot that wont appear for hundreds of pages. I make character sheets and google docs fifty pages long instead of actually writing. I waste all my creative energy on theory crafting. Over the last 2 years I've had a ton of different ideas and my google drive is filled with prologues and a couple chapters of stories I never posted.
I always stop before I get to the point where I feel comfortable posting it. Back to this story though, so for rambling. I wrote myself into a hole. Truthfully I hate so much about The Necromancer Sol. It has a ton of problems and inconsistencies. Here are some that irk me.
1. Why the fuck is control a stat? literally makes no sense for summons to take up points in your stat sheet.
2. Why do warriors need mana to use abilities? Thats dumb as hell.
3. Different classes giving different amount of stat points. (Ive always hated this).
4. MC gets random bullshit unique skill
5. That weird rogue part I wrote with the first miniboss.
6. He gets his arm cut off and somehow runs a fuckton without bleeding out.
7. He didn't plan his build well.

8. Control Undead is the stupidest skill I ave ever came up with.
9. How does the Big bad necromancer get his undead stolen? I wrote him as like a huge level guy and he gets his summons stolen from a level 20?
10. Greg levels up WAY TOO FAST,
11. The stats I picked for the system suck.
All of this is just to say that I am in the process of rewriting the story. I have a prologue and 3 chapters done right now. I changed a lot, it's a very different story than before. But its finally the story I wanted to write and tell.
I won't take down the original chapters because I want to preserve the history Of what I wrote.
There will be no set schedule for updates this time, I work significantly more than I used to. I am rewriting this story as well as another story that has 2 chapters out right now. (link will be below.) I want to take my time and be happy with what I post instead of rushing to meet a deadline.

The Children of the Divine Limit
A realistic, psychological isekai: What pushes people to rejoice, to torture, to sacrifice, to kill? What gives some the will to survive and thrive in a new land and others the craving for dominance and exploitation? What would those who grew up without power all their lives do when given the approval and blessings of God Himself? How far will someone go to protect those close to them? How far will someone go to exact vengeance against an unjust world? How far can someone go before the abyss looks back at them? "Everything in the world is about sex — except sex. Sex is about power." - Oscar Wilde “Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power.” - Abraham Lincoln Greed is the worst of all the deadly sins; all of human history lays out the evidence to support this thesis. Consider all of the above before reading this story: A 12th-grade high school class is sent to another world; a world of sword and magic called Omicron where other-worlders are revered as heroes given the divine blessing of the Lord God Sapiora, creator of Omicron's human race. It is currently a world at war. The humans of Omicron need these divine heroes as weapons against the Demon Emperor and the demihuman forces of the evil god Azazelin. However, two students within the class, Ajax Leonid and Shaula Seikennith, haven't been given the hero's blessing. They've been given something else, something more curious; the blood of a deity who noticed their specialness. As a result, after escaping the clutches of their summoners who tried to kill them for their lack of heroic potential, Ajax and Shaula enter the new world of Omicron with no one on their side except each other. While wading through rivers of blood, Ajax and Shaula seek a stable life, a life where they can salvage happiness. They have each other above all else. Perhaps the cost will be worth it. Perhaps not.

Synapsis (Liber Telluris Book 2)
Ancient biotechnologies, psychotic satellites, and incomprehensible enemies… The weaponized strain of the genophage—the disease that ravaged the world, turned men into monsters, and ended the Last Era—is in remission, but the effects of its attack on the genes of the Nethress family linger… Tvorh, an adopted Nethress biomage with everything to prove, is tasked by his liege Dorsin to invent a permanent inoculation against infection. At Tvorh’s disposal is an unprecedented resource: a princess of the Last Era, recently released from cryostasis. In this diminished age, her knowledge and power are unmatched. So are her psychoses and power-hunger. When the quest for answers drives Dorsin, Tvorh, and their companions into the deepest wilds of Tellus and the blackest voids beyond it, they will learn the single terrible secret binding synapse to synapse, biomage to genophage, man to Chimera… Past to present. Land to sky. And prey to predator. Because while fractious bloodlines war across Tellus’s surface, the true threat glides unrecognized through the void of space… Heading straight toward Tellus. *** Synapsis is the second book of a biopunk science-fantasy epic inspired by the altered philosophies and weird technologies of Dune, the ever-present familial machinations present in Exalted's Scarlet Empire, and the endless conflict of Warhammer 40K. The first book, Genophage, may be found on Royal Road.
