When I look at the sleeping Sophia again, I find something amiss.

"Nnnn..." While thinking about what to do, Sophia raises her head and starts rubbing her eyes.

"L, Latifa!? You are awake!" She jumps from the chair near the bed I was on and embraces me.

The door was suddenly kicked open and a blurry figure ran in.

"Yes!" Sophia happily nods and runs out of the room.

"Mmm... I made Sophia stay by your side for the whole year... Tehee?" Miss says with her fist on her forehead.
"Awuu?!" You made Sophia stay by my side for a whole year!?
What were you thinking, Miss?!
Who took care of you if I was out and Sophia was taking care of me?!

I look at Miss with a dubious gaze.
"Eh? Ah, well... I made Senu look after me so everything is alright! You don't need to worry!" She says as if it was normal.
