Side: Miss(Meira)

"Well then... Let's go, Latifa." I pick up the soup with one hand and grab Latifa with the other.
I lead her to the next room.
It's the exact copy of the previous room, but considerably smaller.
"Here, sit here and wait a second, alright?" I tell Latifa to wait for me for a little bit.
"Awu!" Latifa energetically answers. So cute.
I put the soup on the table and walk out of the room.
I close the door behind me and take the blanket from Gorilla's hands.
"I'm going to kill you if you try to peek." I inform my good friends in the friendliest tone possible.
Like I would allow them to see Latifa... like that... huu... huu...
Ah, calm down, calm down.
Although I'm now finally able to express my feelings freely, they come out only when Latifa is involved.
It's mysterious.
But... I don't hate it.
I lock the door behind me and sit next to Latifa.
"Awu!"
Kuuuuu~!
I would destroy worlds for this cuteness!
"G, go ahead and eat before it gets cold."
Shit! My heart is not prepared yet! Why did I tell her to go ahead!
Was it because of her 'Awu!' or because of her sparkling eye?
Latifa picks up the spoon and scoops the soup in.
She brings it close to her small mouth and...
... She stops and looks at me, then she looks at the spoon, looks back at me...
"Ah, don't mind me. Shayde bought the soup for you."
"Awu~"
There's no way I could eat it, right?
Somehow, I feel like something terrible would happen if I did.
"Slurp."
Latifa slurps the soup and freezes.
Eh? Did something happen?
"Latifa?!"
"AWUUUUUUUUUUUU~!"
She shouts and starts scooping the soup rapidly.

Could she taste it?
Good~ I was about to destroy a certain restaurant~
"Awu~ Awu~ Awu~"
Latifa's face gradually reddens, her quiet breathing becomes rougher and she starts singing.
So cute.
"Awu~ Awu~ Awuwuwuuu..."
She suddenly drops the spoon on the floor.
"A, awu..." She starts fidgeting.
"L, Latifa..."
Did the soup kick in?
Latifa looks at me while fidgeting.
T, tears!
There are tears in her eyes!
Who was it! Who made my Latifa cry!
You are a dead meat! Wait till I find yooooou-
"Latifa?!"
"Awu! Awu! Awu! Awu! Awu!"
Latifa jumped at me.
Like a lion tackling its prey.
"L, Latifa... my heart is not re- Eh? Eh! What are you do~ing?"
She lifts the bottom of my robe and sticks her head in.
"Kyaa... Where did you learn this? You can't do that! Latifa!"
I shout.
Countless wild delusions flash in my mind.
"I, I, I wasn't ready for this, but... But, if it's Latifa then... this Miss doesn't mind..."
My head is scorching, my heart is beating fast.
My cheek muscles hurt from all the grinning.
The only thing I can do now is to let Latifa p, play with me to her heart's content.
I close my eyes, expecting that feeling I've heard so much about.
......
.....
....
...
..
.
But, it the feeling never comes.
I only hear the rustling of my robe instead, and feel Latifa's touch climbing up my body.
"Latifa?"
"Awu~" She climbs up to my chest under my robe, lets out a cute voice and-
- falls asleep.
... Was it too strong for a child?
... I'm glad... I think...
"Sigh."
I let out a sigh filled with both disappointment and relief.
Umm... What should I do now?
I look under my robes at the sleeping Latifa.

Rifts of War
The visions. It was they that told us about our future. They said that we were the true rulers of the world, the spreaders of light, the guardians of the rightious path. The visions gave us signs of a bright new world, one united under a single banner of light. All those who opposed us suffered and here we stand on the top, watching over the world. We thought it would last forever, but we thought wrong. The visions once again spoke to us and gave us insight, but not to glory or power. They spoke of a terrible fate. An enemy from beyond the realm, one that wishes to destroy us all, one that threatens to bring about the end of the light and usher an age of darkness. As its guardians, we could not allow that. And so we decided to strike. Our armies and our mages gather at the great rift that connects our world. No one knew what we would find. Treasures? Rich land? Savage beasts? There was only one way to find out. A/N: The story starts out pretty quick and I know people will say this is a "military p*rn" but that's only the beginning. I really do have much more planned for this book so I can make a true 'war of the worlds' type of deal. So stick around and enjoy
