“You’ve met me, now come on you big buffoon!” He exclaimed as the Dreadknight charged at him, quickly opening his windows and switching around his stats, “Meet…ME!”
Nidhogg exclaimed as the Dreadknight’s sword descended upon him, raising his own effortlessly into its way, the two massive blades clashed and sparks flashed forth.
“Flea…No?” The Dreadknight then mused, backing away from his opponent, it briefly sniffed the air before refocusing on him. “You not Flea! You…You!” The bellowed, as blue magic flared alive within its eyes. “Demon!” It exclaimed.
“Haha! Demon! I sure like the sound of that!” Nidhogg announced in amusement, spinning his massive sword about with both hands before bringing it back up to point forth as he took a readied stance, “Now shut your blabbering trap, and fucking entertain me! Cause where ya like it or not!...” He chuckled, as his grin widened fully.
Licking his upper teeth, he chuckled wickedly.
“I’m about to turn up the mad!”

Stomping forth, Nidhogg then suddenly leapt.
Martial Skills Unlocked!
A notification said, gone unseen by him as he lay amidst combat.
As more, then followed.
Your {Patron} imbues your martial prowess! Martial Art {Familiar Weapon} Martial Art {Demonic Will} Martial Art {Demonize} Master Art unlock in progress: {???}; 0%
As he soared, a flash of light zoomed into his path, Nova hovered in his way wings spread wide open and ablaze.
“Familiar Weapon! Infuse!” He exclaimed, and Nova’s form suddenly burst into sparks, lights which quickly engulfed his wielded weapon.
Entering the metal.
Binding, with the sword.
As the metal itself changed and shrunk down, missing from colliding with the Dreadknight’s sword once more.
Quickly the weapon changed, as within Nidhogg’s hands now appeared the serpentine dagger, its blade not made of anything physical but instead a steady beam of greenish arcane energy with blackness churning at the centre.
Master Art unlock in progress: {???}; 20%
As he spun forwards, landing with his feet onto the monster’s wide chest, Nidhogg pushed with both and quickly kicked upwards with his right. Nailing the monster’s helmet and suddenly knocking it off the Dreadknight’s head.

Continuing into a backroll, Nidhogg landed before the confused Dreadknight perfectly on both feet, before suddenly retreating several leaps back.
Leaving the elite completely disoriented as they rushed to focus back on his now still form.
“A dagger? Oh you’ve just gotta be kidding me!” Nidhogg groaned in annoyance, waving the dagger about his fingers like a parlour trick.
“Does this form displease master?” Nova’s voice asked from within the weapon, as the serpentine eyes flashed green with each word.
“Hah, it’s more Jor’s style, but I’ll make due!” Nidhogg answered back, gripping the dagger tightly with his right hand then.
As the Dreadknight stomped forth towards him before suddenly breaking into another charge.
“Aha, NPCs, so damn predictable.” He mused, readying himself for the monster as it barrelled forth.
Waiting for it to reach a few feet from him and attack, Nidhogg bent back and beneath the creature’s slicing blade. Doing a hand-stand backwards using solely his left hand, as he kept his right hand behind his back, Nidhogg spun back around to face the Dreadknight once more.
Smirking as the elite continued its attack upwards, before bringing it down on him.
The ground quaked as Nidhogg wielded the dagger two-handed now, raising it up and parrying the massive blade, greenish energy burst out into a smoky cloud where they collided.
“Master! Use your new abilities!” The weapon said.
“Oh? Ohoho…Hahahah!” Nidhogg laughed out, just now noticing the rest of the unlocks. “Hell yeah! Demonic Will!” He chanted out, and hellish energies then suddenly poured out from within the dagger, meeting with his own mana at the touch of his skin.
Master Art unlock in progress: {???}; 40%
Hell itself entered him, flooding into his body and filling his mind with a rush.
Reaching deep within him, yet suddenly pausing, as something inside kept it from going any further.
“Bah, party pooper, fine.” Nidhogg then mused, knowing what it was. He suddenly ended the power struggle and deflected the Dreadknight’s blade aside, his physical strength having suddenly risen, the elite stumbled back.
“Guess I’ll just have to…hold back a little! Just a bit!” Nidhogg exclaimed, eyes widening, “Just a tad!” He shouted out once more, a maddened expression filling his face as he took a step forth.

“I’ll hold back just a blood drop away~” Smiling widely with insane glee, a dark aura then suddenly burst out of him, crashing down upon the Dreadknight.
Spell {Dreadful Sight} has reached maximum level! Spell {Dreadful Sight} has evolved into {Dreadful Aura}!
Chuckling at the upgrade, Nidhogg looked up at the now stunned monster. “Oh, how sinister a skill, me likey!” He exclaimed, suddenly dashing into the Dreadknight’s legs.
Diving his dagger into the monster’s left leg, before quickly pulling it out, spinning left to right, Nidhogg entered a stabbing spree. Chuckling and smirking, eyes filled with insanity all the while.
Then evading backwards just as the Dreadknight’s sword crashed into the ground where he once danced, Nidhogg took in a deep breath, watching as that same Dreadknight then collapsed onto its knees.
Growling and hissing, the monster did its best to try and pull itself back up, but it was no use as even for an undead its legs were utterly ruined.
“Aww, ya out of juice already?” Nidhogg asked, spinning the dagger about his fingers, playing around with his demonic weapon. He slowly approached the undead. “Come on, we can’t stop just yet!” He said, coming within striking distance, he side-stepped just as the Dreadknight’s fist pummelled forth.
Stabbing his dagger deep into the arm several times before the monster could react, it then quickly pulled its hand back, but it was far too late as it also fell limp beside itself.
“Oh, oh, you’re an elite but you’re still a minion right?! Come on, if you can’t fight then where is it? Where’s your master!?” Nidhogg exclaimed, coming to stand in the monster’s face, the elite suddenly reared back and away seemingly in confusion. “I’ll tell you what, I’ll cut you deal!” Nidhogg exclaimed, suddenly cutting off what remained of the elite’s right ear.
Causing the monster to rear back further and stumble onto its bony ass, “So listen closely now!” He chuckled as he said so, leaping forth into the monster, Nidhogg slammed his feet into the elite and forced it back.
Slamming it down into the ground and coming to stand over its chest.
Nidhogg chuckled wickedly as he kneeled down, looming over the creature’s rotting face. “Listen listen now!” He said, laughing after he did, “Tell me where your master is! And I’ll stop playing around with you! I’ll just kill you right now and end your pitiful suffering! You can’t hope to beat me anyway!” He exclaimed.
To which the Dreadknight growled, “Demon, you will never reach the centre!” it hissed in reply.
And Nidhogg’s smile widened, “Oh, really? Well thank you for the information!” he mused, as suddenly the monster’s remaining fist rose at him.
Raising his own right hand, palm wide open, Nidhogg bare-handedly stopped the monster’s fist albeit the shudder than surged through his body, causing him to shake his shoulders and head.
“Ohohohoho! Now that’s a punch!” He exclaimed with glee, “I guess I should keep my side of the bargain! Right? Right! Right!?” Suddenly rising and pushing the monster’s fist aside as it watched with great horror, Nidhogg drove the dagger into the elite’s forehead.
You have destroyed { {Elite} Dreadknight [Level 18] }
Martial Experience gained 320/900
Arcane Experience gained 245/400
Taking in a long deep breath, Nidhogg rose to standing over the now inanimate corpse’s chest.
Letting go of the dagger, it fell half way before bursting into flame and turning back into Nova.
He took several nauseated steps back, stopping himself before stumbling off, he held his face and rubbed his eyes several times. Then let the breath out, reopening his eyes and glancing over to where the rest of his party watched with hanging open mouths and dumbfounded expressions.
“So…” He coughed to clear his throat, “Who wants loot?...” Kaine asked awkwardly.

Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder
I, Mick Chadwick, regret to inform my readers that this memoir contains nothing but the truth, which in the case of Tobias MacClain, most ridiculed as Pajama Boy, is far from pleasant. If you seek to relate to a hero more than to aspire to them and have the stomach for unpleasant things such as a hero left for dead, villainous scars, bomb threats, and murderous intent, then look no further. All of these gruesome things and more await from my research, and though I do not wish them on any man or woman, I cannot bear this burden on my own much longer. In the words of Tobias MacClain himself, "Sometimes, a villainous act can cause the greatest good." I hope that all my villainous acts of sneaking, blackmailing, diary-reading, and grave-digging, among others, will be redeemed as I present this complete and truthful memoir to the world, and with any luck, open eyes to the truth of what we call "villainy". Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder ********* MATURE FILTER IS FOR:- violence- graphic imagery (blood, burns, fairly dark headspaces)- cartoon depiction of burn scars for visual aid Despite graphics, Mick Chadwick's writing keeps Mr. MacClain's terrible tale light somehow. This is foremostly a comedy.
