《Amongst the Stars》Chapter 15

Cupping the muffin in his hand, he holds it up to his face like he was praying. “B8 open a hole near my mouth for me to eat.”
Eating the muffin like a squirrel, he listens to his stalker thoughts.
How long is he going to stay in there?
Fuck man, I’m going to beat the shit out of this guy! Hurry up!
After a few minutes he finishes the muffin, and finds out that they are just ordinary gangsters.Asking B8 to close the hole, he rises to his feet, and walks to the old lady. “How much do I owe you?”
“Deary it's only 15 coppers”
Reaching into his vest he fishes out the card, handing it to her.
Taking the card, she scans it over the computer, and hands it back.
Bank Card: 57g 40s 15c
After he finished paying he heads for the exit. As he leaves, jubilant thoughts ring in his head.
Finally that asshole has left!
Good, quicker we get this over with the faster we can leave.
This guy looks dangerous, why did he have to cross the boss...
Finally that bastard is out, lets gank him!
Any longer and I was going to storm that place!!
Shaking his head he heads for the hover car dealer. As he moves further from the bakery he notices that the men are once again out of his 100ft radius. They seem to be pretty good at stalking, I dont know why he has to press the issue.
The sky begins to visibly darken, pedestrians are now few and far between, military patrols are increasing, but the area remained softy illuminated. As night descends, the colossus structures shone ever so gently, embedded in the metals were stones, twinkling in the night.
After walking for awhile B8 whispers in his ear “Master, I've made it to the launchers, the entire network is connected. By gaining access to one launcher, I can control them all, after I bypass the defenses.”
As B8 finishes speaking the car lot finally comes into view. “Ok B8 here's the plan, I'm going to touch as many cars as possible. I want you to….infect all of them. Study how they hover, then make as many bots as you can without destroying the frame.”
“Master, I can do it, but I don't understand. What is your plan?”
Leviathan walks forward in silence for a moment “B8, I don't know if my guess is right or wrong, But if at that time when we saw the gate open, and those soldiers poured out...what if we didn't dare to kill them and seize the base?” Leviathan looks at the soldiers checking alleyways, moving loiters along, and keeping the peace. “B8, if we do not dare to act, I feel like it will become difficult to move. I don't care if millions have to die for my dream.” Leviathan’s face ices over “I refuse to sit still, and watch others go by.”
B8 begins to ponder over what its master said, killing millions to achieve one's goal is normal.
Arriving at the gates of the car lot, a rather plump man comes out to greet them. If one was to describe this man in one word, it be round! The man's cheeks, chin, and face in general were so large they formed an almost perfect circle. His neck is nonexistent, like a large ball of meat on top of an even larger lumpier ball of meat. The man's legs….did not exist. It wasn't that he was crippled, just that his legs were absorbed into his body! The man was standing...sitting….existing on a large oval hovering disk the same circumference of his body. How the disk was able to hold all his weight was the real mystery.

Haha look at this a big customer!
“Hello cyborg friend! I don't know what brings you to planet Lugo, but welcome to Tiny Tim’s Travel Theater! I'm your host, Tiny Tim. Will I be directing you into your dream car, or did you come here with a type cast in mind?”
As the man speaks saliva leaks from the corners of his mouth, and spittle flies towards Leviathan.
Taking a step back to avoid the onslaught, Leviathan looks at the man.
“I'm here to take a look, if I have any questions, who should I ask?”
“Well you're free to take a look, It's just me and my assistant here, Big Jim. But if you have any questions just walk up to any security robot, tell them your issue, and either Jim or myself can assist you” the disk begins to rotate, and fly away.
I hope he buys an expensive one, sales have been low this month.
Watching the fat man float away Leviathan finally gets a chance to observe the lot. Rows and rows of cars are present, all together more than a thousand cars.
The hover cars looked no diffrent than the sport cars of earth, except they had no wheels. Walking up to a car that resembled a charger from earth, Leviathan places his palm on the hood.
Removing his hand he sees five ant size holes drilled into the hood. Smiling he begins to walk from one car to another. As he moves around the car lot he notices a total of ten security droids, the main building was a rather plain metal building, the entire lot was surrounded by a three foot high solid metal gate. The only entrance and exit was the front gate he walked through, and even that was on railing and could be slid closed.
After walking around for twenty minutes touching cars Leviathan became increasingly satisfied with this place. “This will be a good base, we won't have to worry about the army like at the mines, and we can slowly devour the town. The only issue are those stalkers.”
As Leviathan was walking around the lot he was able to notice the men following him peeking from behind the gate. After a while they could no longer resist, and entered the lot. They were greeted by a rather skinny man, who could only be big Jim. The six men spread out, and started to circle around Leviathan while pretending to browse cars.
Seeing this put a smile on Leviathan’s face is the enmity between us so strong that you would follow me all day? acting as if he didn't notice he whispers to B8.
“B8 try to disable the security bots for now, I don't want any alarms going off and alerting the army.”
“Master, I have already gained access to the security bots. I noticed that they were beginning to follow you, because you were acting strangely and only touching cars. After infiltrating one, I was able to access the car lots closed network. This entire place is already under my control.”
“B8 you are capable of autonomous actions?” Leviathan opens his eyes in shock.

“Master, that is only natural. I am a full AI, not a VI, or a simple robot created to perform a task. If I wasn't capable of reason and learning, now that would be strange. I have been studying you to best judge how I can aide you, and taking over this place systems seemed to align with your future course of action.”
“Great, If you are able to actively able to make decisions then I won't have to worry If I miss some details in a plan.”
“Master, that is correct because I can use my best judgment to fill the gaps, but your orders are absolute and I cannot go against them.”
Leviathan slightly scrunches his brow “Oh, have there been times you wanted to go against me?”
“Master, you misunderstood my words. It's not that I want to go against you, but some of your choices were illogical.”
Perking his brows in interest “Like what?”
“Master, that are had an abundance of shadow iron, we knew that it would be safe for a while longer. So If we stayed we could have mined more.”
Nodding his head slightly “B8 you’re right, we could have stayed there longer and gained more benefits, but I did not feel comfortable there. I guess that is a benefit of being a machine, emotions can't cloud your judgement.”
As Leviathan and B8 talk the encirclement closes into the 100ft range.
Finally we can kill this eyesore!
If we strip off his cybernetics we will be rich!
Finally, we can kill this smuck and go home.
A smile creeps on Leviathan’s face “But B8, you seem to make bad decisions too, If you told me earlier that this place was under your control, we wouldn't have had to play around with these fools for so long.”
Hearing its masters words B8 was silent.
“Go, kill everyone here, don't let them scream"
From the bottom of Leviathan’s robes hundreds of thousands of silver bots poured out like a tide. As he was standing in between cars, no one could see them. The bots broke off into eight different silver snakes and scattered.
This is the problem with an overwhelming technological advantage, they had no way to tell death was approaching. The eight snakes reached their targets, the six men, Jim, and Tim. After arriving at their backs the snakes broke off into individual droids. A few droids crawled up their clothing, so they wouldn't notice the increased weight. The droids crawled onto the mens neck, some felt the tingling sensation and slapped. But It was no use, the droids burrowed into their skin.
The bots are designed to cut, and process metal. Shredding an unprotected human jugular was like popping a bubble. The men tried to scream but was only able to choke on their blood. To prevent anyone from seeing the scene over the low fence B8 turned the remainder of his bots into a sharp stake, stabbing through their knees. As the men fell to the ground, to prevent any mishaps, the bots poured into their throats. As their internals were being shredded, seven out of the eight men quickly died.
As Tiny Tim was on the hover disk, the bots were unable to crawl up his leg. Pooling underneath the hover disk, they begin to throw themselves onto the bottom of the disk. Whatever force allowing the disk to hover was to strong, causing the bots to fall back. Unwilling to give up B8 constructs a tower leading to the disk. Finally able to land on the disk B8 climbs onto his fat body, as his area was just to big he was unable to discover them. B8 burrows a few dozen bots into his flesh body, moving along his organs the bots reach his heart. Moving as one the bots rips his heart apart.
Tiny Tim clutches his chest and grunts in pain, his eyes go bloodshot before rolling back, his entire body relaxes and he slumps on the disk, dropping the controller from his hand.
Seeing this all play out, Leviathan is slightly horrified my entire body is covered in these bots!?!? “Go...good job B8. Now move all the bodies inside"
Every droid on Leviathan’s body, besides the ones covering his head and hands, move to carry the bodies inside. Tim's body was the easiest to move, as B8 just had to control the disk.
Looking around to make sure nobody is paying attention, Leviathan moves towards the building. As he steps inside, the remaining bots leave as well.
Looking around the room he sees a couch and a table in what could be called a waiting area. There were two offices towards the back, and between the waiting area and offices is a display car.
The only way to see inside was a small window on the door. As Leviathan walked towards the offices B8 brought the bodies inside. The first thing Leviathan noticed, was a machine sitting in the corner, the same one that counted his coins and made his bank card.
Walking towards the desk Leviathan sits in the chair.
“A little less than two hours till my psi is full” furrowing his brow he stares at the lobby as B8 moves the last of the bodies in “Well, I guess we have a time now.”
“Master, all of them have been moved.”
“Good, lets get started”

Good Guy Necromancer
Necromancers are murderous, repulsive, utterly ungodly creatures. And then there's Jerry. Jerry is a novice necromancer who treats his undead warmly, seeks to befriend people instead of harvest their bodies, and doesn't mind cracking a skull or two when needed. He genuinely is a good guy—too bad nobody believes him. Jerry tries to settle down, wanting nothing but a peaceful life for him and his undead—and, when that doesn't quite work out, he sets out to adventure. He will make friends, each unique in their own way, and together, they will travel through a variety of striking environments; from a tiny village, to the land of the dead, to a jolly archipelago, to a kingdom on a beanstalk. To save a world that shuns him, Jerry must stand against a large organization of arrogant, mighty wizards. He strives to become stronger while maintaining his kindness, only to realize that, maybe, gentle hearts make the greatest necromancers. This is the story of a delightful man in a harsh world—full of warmth, action, and wise-cracking bone puns. Chapters are usually 2-3k words, and updates are 3/week: Mon, Wed, Fri. Skeleton Sovereign?
A lawyer, along with ten thousand other people, is kidnapped by the Heavenly Demon of Decay to participate in a campaign against the Monarch of Everglades. The Heavenly Demon of Decay, has chosen these ten thousand people to be the captains of his 100 man squads, saying that beings of lower realms are easier to boost temporarily. Our lawyer didn’t complain much at that. A generic hero summoned to another world setting, he thought. And as he didn’t have any family or much attachment to his previous world, he even liked his situation. But that was until he found out, that the “Heavenly Demon of Decay” was a necromancer. And that he along with millions of other humans, and various beings, were processed into undead soldiers. ‘Well fuck!’, he thought. And after being equipped with high quality equipment, and being robbed of his free will, he marched, along with billions of other horrifying undead, against the Monarch of the Everglades. But his poor luck didn’t end there. The Heavenly Demon of Decay, and his army lost. But the worst part was, they left him behind while retreating. Now, he is stuck behind in a huge jungle, full of various monsters, where every moment he must struggle for his life. But isn’t he already dead? This thought only serves to incense him further. But that is not all to his story, he finds that he is in a different, more powerful world, where wizards, warriors, dragons, dungeons but most importantly “CULTIVATION” exists. Albeit not very Chinese, but cultivation nonetheless. But, can a skeleton even cultivate? Not a native english speaker. So don't expect impeccable grammar. Although I do try my best, this is also my first novel so pointers are appreciated. Haters, just stop reading if you don't like it. Please don't spoil my mood by evil comments.
