《Land of Ilragorn》Chapter 17- Cyko Brawl

I rush forward to the monsters in front of me.
The first to meet me is the minotaur, he grabbed my shoulders to keep me from running.
The filolial ran from the right of the minotaur, the rest of the monsters go in random directions.
The filolial kicks me to the dragon, who punches me to the centipede, I then get tail whipped to the gargoyle who punches me into the ground.
He then picks me up and throws me towards the moles.
The moles had prepared multiple holes in the walls that would change my direction to a bunch of different monsters.
I then spread my wings and legs and catch myself in the hole that would have led me to the harpy.
The only thing that really hurt was the slam into the ground, but nothing else has really affected me because of my armor, but it is really annoying to get tossed like a ragdoll.
I rushed out of the hole and quickly killed all of the moles, using the same tactic as before, they all hide in holes, of course, so all I need to do is blast flamethrower into the holes.
Next, the filolial rushes after me and when they get close I kick, and to my surprise am met with the filolials leg.
They had the same plan to kick me.
I quickly put my foot on the ground and kick with the other one.
Another slam of legs happens.
We repeat this for a couple of seconds until I suddenly get grabbed by the neck.
The harpy flies up with me in its claws, as I don’t weigh much, it flings me with ease towards the flame monsters.
The flame monsters don’t do much except be blobs of fire.
Which gave me a level in fire resistance.
I tried water gun again, but it didn’t work, still evaporated.
I then tried flamethrower, it gave them extra power, figures.
If fire doesn’t work, what about shadows, I try and as you guessed, it doesn’t work.
The fire constantly creates a light, meaning my shadow can’t come near it.
The filolial appears and again, kicks me into the ragdoll loop.
As I’m flying around the square room at multiple miles per hour, I can’t help but be annoyed.
Until the centipede gives me another level in fire resistance by hitting me into the fire blobs.
I hit the blob directly, and it disappeared.
I then get the idea that if magic doesn’t work, then physical attacks must work.
I land on the ground and then kick the blob in the side.
As much as my armor protects me from fire, it still burns me.
Of course, recovery magic heals it after I eliminate all of them.
Two groups of enemies down, seven enemies left.
The filolial rushes me and I do the exact same thing of kick and kick and kick.
Waiting for the kobold, making his first appearance in the battle, who is trying to sneak up behind me.
When he gets close enough I drop the kick and turn around to kick the kobold.

I hit his chest plate, which he visibly takes pain from as I dent it, but he takes no knockback.
Right, Pull not push.
The filolial is coming to help the kobold.
I then grab the collar of the armor, using crushing beak, which levels it up, and I throw the kobold into the filolial.
I then use flamethrower on both of them.
At that time the minotaur, gargoyle, and dragon are on me.
The minotaur hits me out of the flamethrower, then the gargoyle catches one of my legs.
He slams me on the ground multiple times like he’s the hulk, the dragon stands just outside the hitting range.
That hurts a lot, but recovery magic ends the pain very quickly.
The gargoyle stops slamming me, then holds me like a baseball bat.
I get swung and then there's the dragon.
As the gargoyle swings me, the dragon punches me in the head.
I got a level of pain resistance and magic armor.
The gargoyle drops me, panting, he still looks scary as his face doesn’t move, but he looks tired.
The gargoyle and dragon start walking away.
I use water gun boosted by MP manipulation, leveling both, and I attack the gargoyle.
The gargoyle starts turning around, a mistake as I got his side, cutting his body in half from the front to back.
He isn’t a fat gargoyle, so I get the entire upper body, and I separate the legs, but that didn’t matter.
He had kept the core in his upper body, so he died on the spot.
The minotaur and dragon run up to me, but this time I’m ready.
I jump up last second before the minotaur catches me.
The dragon then jumps after me.
I use aerial movement to dodge since I got LVL 5 I just run to the corner in the air.
I see the filolial and the kobold is still alive, I had a feeling they were.
I use mana boosted flamethrower, attacking in random directions, not really to hit and kill anybody, just to cause some panic.
It hits almost all of them, damaging them a bit, but nothing serious.
The harpy easily dodged, closing in on me.
I suddenly focus on attacking the harpy and it elegantly dodges the wide beam of fire, going over and under it.
I think would water gun do any difference, and my attack suddenly changes to water gun, hitting the fire and creating a steam screen.
The steam fills up the entire room.
I can’t see, so I activate heat vision.
The entire room glows orange, but there are a couple of red spots where the monsters are.
I rush to the closest red dot and quickly kick it to the ground.
I then use crushing beak on a place that feels like the neck.
The harpy dies.
I leveled aerial movement (Copy entity number just leveled that up), and I went on to the next red dot, it is the minotaur.
The minotaur notices me and runs up to me, but I dodge a little farther back then I usually do to take advantage of the steam.

But I bump into the filolial.
The filolial reacts to me immediately and kicks me into the steam.
The steam is starting to fade but is not completely gone.
The filolial is running towards me, so I decide to shoot a pepper breath at it.
It dodges by jumping, but I am closely following behind the fireball.
With the already low visibility, the filolial couldn’t see me.
I jump and kick it down to the ground with a huge slam.
The monsters heard that and start to rush over.
While the filolial is on the ground I use pepper breath.
It hits, but not the filolial, it hit the centipede.
The steam is now completely gone, I turn off heat vision and see that I hit the centipede on its side.
Two centipedes, one laughing at me, one crying, are in front of the filolial.
At this point, everyone is getting tired, including me, and we have only been fighting for fifteen minutes.
I use recovery magic on myself, though I’m not injured.
It just calms the mind a little.
The battle continues with the short dragon taking the lead.
It’s running towards me with his right shoulder forward, probably looking to ram me with it.
With such a straightforward tactic, I easily react with flamethrower.
It hits the dragon, but it doesn’t deter it, it just keeps going forward with his shoulder forward.
While my attention is on the dragon, the minotaur tackles me like before, knocking me out of the flamethrower.
Then he throws me towards the dragon, the dragon hits me with his shoulder.
What they don’t expect is that I use aerial movement to kick off the air towards the dragon again.
With that, I get behind him and use crushing beak on his tail, and then throw him towards the holes the moles made.
He may be short, but he’s bigger than I am, he goes into the holes and gets stopped by the lower half of his body.
I kick him further into the hole so I can’t see his body anymore, but he can’t go all the way through, at this moment the minotaur and filolial start running towards me.
I use flamethrower into the hole and the dragon dies, also fire comes out of the other opening protecting me from the other monsters.
I run into the hole to hide from them before the fire dissipates, it burns me slightly as the tunnel is hot, but miraculously the tunnel doesn’t collapse, maybe moles have reinforced it with earth magic.
I activate heat vision to see where the rest of them are, but I see that they are waiting to ambush me on both openings.
I use flamethrower on one side to hit the minotaur on one side, then rush to the side I came in to find the filolial watching the flame, I run up and use crushing beak on the filolials neck.
Don’t know why I keep choosing the neck, just seems like an instant kill.
Anyway, it dies, but the minotaur doesn’t.
Just the minotaur, centipedes, and the kobold left.
The minotaur and the centipedes look at each other and then come at me in a formation of the minotaur in front while the two centipedes constantly switching positions in the back.
I keep an eye on the kobold, but it doesn’t look like it is going to move.
He has really been out of the battle, I guess I broke a little bit of his pride when I found a loophole in his armor or skill.
The minotaur reached me first, but I side-stepped him and went for the laughing centipede.
He wasn’t expecting it so I got his head easily.
The minotaur got enraged for some reason and roared.
The minotaur put his fists together and slammed into the ground I was a second before.
I am easily dodging, as his attacks are slow but hard-hitting.
Three pepper breaths come out of my mouth, all hitting him, causing significant damage.
He fell to his knees, looking to the roof of the room.
I killed with a flamethrower, gaining it and reckless charge a level each.
The crying centipede is left in the formation, it tries to trick me into hitting it on its side, but my increased reaction speed gets it with punt, killing it as well.
I turn to the kobold.
“Just me huh, just weak old me, just a useless having to rely on armor me.”
Woah, I didn’t think I broke his pride that much.
“I caused the turning point didn’t I if I didn’t mess up in sneaking up on you, then I wouldn’t have messed up filolial, then she could have covered minotaur in attacking you.”
I am just listening, what do you even say when people break down like this?
“If the minotaur could have attacked you with the filolial as a backup, we could’ve won, but no, weak, small, powerless, shrimpy…”
It just keeps on talking using synonyms of small and weak.
I don’t know what to do, so I avert my gaze and see that the timer has one minute left.
I rush forward, the kobold sees that I realized he was tricking me and got into a battle stance.
I use pepper breath and hide behind it again.
The kobold realizes what I’m doing and tanks the fireball.
I jump and do a falling kick, making another dent, but no knockback.
He takes visible damage again, but I’m not done.
I kick him again, leaving a dent, but he doesn’t move.
I continue this until he dies, kind of gruesome, but who am I to not take advantage of free hits.
