We arrive back in Hart and head to the Adventurer's Guild. The moment we step in everyone is looking at us.

(Werewolf Adventurer) "It's those two."

(Elemental Adventurer) "The rumored Dark Twins of Destruction."

Dark Twins of Destruction? Looks like we got a nickname for what we did during our registration. We walked up to reception, and the harpy girl from last time greeted us. According to Appraisal, her name is Kate.

(Kate) "Hello, welcome back. What brings you here today?"

(Lilith) "Are materials from undead monsters accepted?

(Kate) "Yes. Their parts can be used in a variety of ways."

(Lilith) "Good. We just came back from clearing Hell's Ruin and wanted to dump the materials."

(Kate) "HELL'S RUIN!!! That dungeon is A-Rank!"

(Adventurers) "Hell's Ruin!"

(Harpy Adventurer) "The twins cleared Hell's Ruin! How strong are they now?"

(Minotaur Adventurer) "Maybe they already evolved into B-Rank. If you notice, they look bigger than a few days ago. Also, their outfits are different."

(Harpy Adventurer) "You're right! They do look a bit older as if they aged a year."

Looks like a few eye sharp people noticed we evolved.

(Lilith) "Anyway, can we sell our loot?"

(Kate) "Ah yes! Right this way."

She led us to the backroom again, Rosa proceeded to dump all the undead corpses we collected, as well as their gear. For last she dumped the headless Elder Zombie Dragon.

(Kate) "Why is the Elder Zombie Dragon missing its head?"

(Lilith) "It blew up when I finished it off."

(Kate) "Okay."

(Harpy Adventurer) "Casually causes an Elder Zombie Dragon to lose its head. It's missing skin on a wing, what did they do to it."

(Lilith) "It was a very boring battle, I was surprised when it summoned a bunch of undead partway into the fight but in the end, it didn't land a hit on us. We got a notification telling us we had a Flawless Boss Fight."

(Adventurers) "Flawless Boss Fight!"

(Minotaur Adventurer) "A flawless dungeon boss fight. That is very difficult to do and is rare, most cases come from someone going to a dungeon far lower level than them and they hadn't beaten it yet."

(Kate) "sweats Well, all this will net you 6483900 jin."

(Lilith) "Thanks."

We take the money and start to leave and after we walked by the adventurers Rosa turns around.

(Rosa) "waves See you next time everyone!"

I see a few in the crowd collapse with nose bleeds and a lot in the crowd blushing. Hehe, weaklings. I give a slight wave without looking back and continue leaving with Rosa. Another few faint and more blush. Weirdos.

When we got out we walked by the town's center and saw a few fliers.

Triannual Unique Tournaments!

Monstro holding the Triannual Unique Tournaments! Looking for participants! Don't be shy test your mettle against Unique's finest, all battles will be held in our special arena, all contestants will have the stats set to Level 25. As long as your Level 25 it is a level playing field. Join one of three tournaments, Solo Tournament, Duo Tournament, Team Tournament. First, is the Duo Tournament, then the Team Tournament and finally the Solo Tournament. Come to Monstro for this 3-Month long event! Rewards Galore!

It seems there's gonna be a few tournaments at the capital. Perfect timing for our visit, this will be fun. Especially with that arena, it seems only stats get restricted but it didn't state skills, so high-rank monsters still have the advantage with the far better skills. The first tournament starts in a month, more than enough time for us to get to the capital, check it out and get some last-minute training in a dungeon.

(Rosa) "This is exciting!"

(Lilith) "Yeah, I hope we get some good opponents. We can compete in the Duo and Solo Tournaments. I don't think we can enter the Team Tournament, it states you need 5 members in a team and there's only two of us."

(Rosa) "It will still be fun to watch."

(Lilith) "Yeah. Maybe we'll finally get to meet the king."

We arrive at the town gate and leave, we spend a few days walking to see Monstro in the distance. The walls are huge, and from what appraisal tells me they're made of magically enhanced Mithril-infused steel. Impressive acquiring the materials to make this. I feel that even if a humanoid country managed to invade they would be flattened.

We arrive at the gates, the guards here are wearing magically enhanced steel armor and are at least level 45. Impressive.

(Minotaur Guard) "Identity and purpose of visit."

(Lilith) "We're here for the tournaments."

We show him our Adventurer Cards, also we were raised to B-Rank for clearing Hell's Ruin.

(Minotaur Guard) "B-Rank! I see you two strong girls want to test your strength, you can go right on in. I hope to see a good show from you two. Gahahaha!"

We walk into the capital and there are buildings and monsters everywhere. From what I see the average level of adult monsters here is 10 levels higher than in Hart, even the kids are at least level 15-20. Looks like strength is still important in a society of monsters. We spend hours exploring the capital, the city is structured similar to most fantasy capitals with a basic residential district, commercial district, nobility district, and then the Royal Castle where the Council governs the country from.

We went into a library, and I start reading books about Unique. According to what I've read, the king's name is Justin, he is a type of Oni. The council is composed of 10 members:

Simon, Logistics Manager

Iris, Intelligence Head

Jean, Prime Minister

Mark, Justice Supervisor

Crya, Guardian

Lavana, Adventurer Guildmaster

It says half of them are S-Rank and the other half are A-Rank. Also, all of them are Unique Monsters. I would rather not make enemies of them, it seems Crya is part of the council, from the way she talked it sounded like she wasn't, maybe she doesn't do much and doesn't care for it. Apparently, the "nobility" district is mostly just those who hold important government decisions, the ranking isn't hereditary, so noble children don't exist, they have to work if they want to keep whatever lifestyle they have. Good a meritocracy system.

After leaving the library we head to the adventurer's guild, just to check it out. It's located between the Commercial District and Residential District. When we arrive, I look at the building, it's far bigger than the one in Hart. We walk in and everyone is looking at us, we walk over to the request board. The requests look boring, I check out the nearby dungeon boards.

(???) "Hey what's a girlie like you doing looking at these boards?"

Oh good, another arrogant idiot. I turn around and see an orc again. Why is it always orcs, this one is level 52. At least he isn't a weakling like the last one.

(Lilith) "Why can't we look at the boards."

(Orc Adventurer) "You can't expect me to believe two little girlies like you are adventurers. Gahahaha! Am I right boys?"

A group of adventurers behind him start laughing. I manually direct my Nightmare Aura at them, they start shaking and take a step back before collapsing. The room went cold, I went back to looking at the board.

(Rosa) "points What about this one?"

Undir Cavern

Danger Rank: A+

(Lilith) "Yeah, it seems good."

(???) "Um, excuse me? What happened here?"

I turn around and it looks like a guild worker.

(Lilith) "They're taking a nap."

(Guild Worker) "Um, how?

(Lilith) "They were being rude so I put them to sleep. If you don't believe me ask all the witnesses."

(Guild Worker) "I-Is that so?"

He looks around the room and most of the adventurers nodded.

(Guild Worker) "sighs Well, I'll have people bring these guys to a backroom. Next time, can you deal with the situation without it ending up this way?"

(Lilith) "I was just trying to scare them, not my fault their wills were so weak they fainted."

(Guild Worker) "Anyway, who are you two? I've never seen you before."

(Lilith) "We just got to the capital, we came to compete in the tournaments for some fun."

We show him our adventurer cards.

(Guild Worker) "B-Rank Unique Monsters! No wonder Borris' crew just collapsed without taking a hit."

We left the Adventurer's Guild after that and get ready to head to Undir Cavern.
