Soooo, I guess the trap worked? Otherwise, I would not be writing in this big and ugly diary of yours. Actually, is this even a diary? It looks more like those tomes about all the stuff in the world. How can you even carry this thing and keep it intact?

Anyway, I am amazed by how long you've been a Slayer. Almost 14 years now, right? How did you manage not to get bored from traveling alone and hunting monsters? I've only finished my training less than three years ago, but I've done ten missions now, and all of them with my friends and bodyguards.

Oh, wait. You do have some friends, of course. But from what I've heard, you rarely hunt together. You really hate the company of others, don't you? I wonder why.

Well, not that it matters, Master. I will eventually find out. I'm quite good at that. Hehehehe.
