《The Love of a Lazy Potato with Cheats- MCU FanFic》Episode 75- Wedding and Distractions!

July 15th, 2012. That was a date I would remember and treasure for my whole life. The day I married the love of my life.
The marriage went without a hitch. Not many people were invited as we both decided to keep it small just like our social circle: Bart and family, Rogers(to get my dad to America), Bruce(whose plus one ended up being Agent Hill for some reason I doubt would be spying to get information about me), my family(including my grandparents who insisted on travelling for the wedding), Daniel and few of Nat’s close friends.
I had my brother be my best man. Bruce was my first choice, but he backed out fearing, he would Hulk out in the process. I was glad he pointed that out to me, as I didn’t want my grandparents finding out they were sitting in the middle of the most dangerous people in the world.
To say my dad was a constant embarrassment for me throughout my wedding would be an understatement.
I mean Rogers who was sat on the brides' side was where my dad sat throughout the wedding; while having Rogers sign his shirt, cards, licence, passport, God knows what else. Even mum was absolutely embarrassed as she stopped Jack from doing the same thing; who was livid seeing a superhero at the wedding while my grandparents were kind of surprised about Rogers.
My parents chalked it all up to Nat and me; we were working in a company that designed their software and knew Roger’s through there, along with any other potential big shots or strangers like Daniel, people would or wouldn’t recognise through the wedding album.
“Well, that went amazingly.”
Nat leaned on my shoulder with her beautiful wedding dress as we sat in the reception hall after the wedding. “I think you planned it perfectly.”
Nat smiled hearing that as we watched people coming into the reception hall calmly. “I think you made the right decision not inviting Tony.”
I nodded seeing Happy and Pepper walking in. Suddenly I got the worse premonition of my life here. “Why are they looking like that?”
I turned to Nat to see her frown. “Don’t tell me…”
Nat facepalmed. *Whoosh**Clang* “Surprise!”
I groaned seeing the wedding crasher come in his new suit. “Fuck!”
I cursed causing my dad to look at me. I motioned towards Tony then towards my grandparents before showing an ‘X’ sign to my dad. He nodded as he gave me a thumbs up.
“Sorry, we couldn’t get him off our tail.”
Happy apologised as he came up to us with Pepper. I shook his hand in slight annoyance as Nat asked Pepper. “Did he have to bring the suit?”
Pepper winced at that question as she looked at me. “He stated you would owe him one, for having a celebrity to your wedding and something about kids loving it.”
“Awesome!”
I glanced at my brother(the only kid in the wedding) who was enjoying having Tony around. I looked at both of them before I sighed. “Alright, but can you please tell him not to spill anything about us to my brother or grandparents.”
Pepper looked at me in surprise as she glanced at my grandparents who was looking at Tony in surprise. “I will try my best.”
“Hey look who it is! My favourite tropical pineapple and the best assistant in the world!”

Tony walked towards us in his new suit. I smiled awkwardly along with Nat, Happy and Pepper to keep up the image for the rest of the people. “Tony, please…”
Tony placed a reassuring arm on Pepper as he interrupted her. “Pepper don’t worry I got this.”
I smiled as he turned towards me with his mask. “Tony, didn’t see you coming for this?”
Tony glanced at me sadly as his mask came off. “Well, we are a package deal, so you get me wherever these 2 goes. But I am hurt you thought that I couldn’t make it to, both your big day.”
Seeing his grin, I knew he was planning something. I grabbed his arm and yanked him forward to whisper into his ears only for him to whisper start before I did. “Heard your family doesn’t know about your little adventure in space?”
I frowned as I heard his blackmail content. “If you as much as to ruin this day for Nat, then I can swear my nanobots will climb up your ass and tear it apart.”
I came apart with a smile. “Good news is I am nearly there with nanobots, but I am not here for that. I am here to show you how to truly party and ...”
Pepper and Happy dragged Tony off. “Hang on, I haven’t finished…”
‘Make sure he sits still, and if needed be, put that mask on and zip his mouth.’ I ordered my bots which already entered into his suit and was hacking it from the inside.
I looked at my grandparents to see their proud expressions causing me to sigh in relief that they didn’t notice much. My parents on the other hand were sweating, while my brother was out there getting autographs and photos from everyone.
As the function kicked into overdrive we both watched in content.
Just as Nat and I sat down from our dance tired we heard a call from beside me. “David…”
I turned around to see the Ancient One, wearing a white robe, along with Daniel, in formal suit. “Glad you could make it.”
I smiled as I stood up to shake her hands. “Wouldn’t want to miss a pivotal point in both your life.”
Daniel nodded at me with a smile. “We can’t stay long, but I came here to specially meet you Mrs Henswick.”
The Ancient one extended her hand to Nat who shook it politely. “Nice to meet you…”
She looked at me before looking at the Ancient One. I used that moment to correct the Ancient One’s mistake. “Actually, it's still Mrs Romanoff.”
I decided to take her last name. My name from now on was David H Romanoff. She did not have any family and by taking her name I became her only family.
The funny thing was this was my 3rd name in this life, and every time I changed my name legally, I had happiness and found love.
I suddenly noticed Hill taking a photo on her phone of the interaction between all 4 of us. “My apologies Mrs Romanoff, but it is nonetheless a pleasure to meet you. I am sure Mr Romanoff will take great care of you. If he doesn’t I will make sure to throw the red ball on his head like last time.”
Nat’s eyes widened as she realised the Ancient One was the one who opened the portal last time to throw the ball on my head. “Congrats David, but you know we can’t stay out of the Sanctum for too long.”

I nodded. “Thanks for coming Daniel. I really appreciate it.”
Daniel nodded as he looked at Nat. “I know it will be confusing for you to comprehend about us, but just think if aliens can exist then what’s stopping us from existing.”
Daniel advised Nat who nodded in confusion. Both of them turned around to leave. Unnoticed by anyone except our eyes they disappeared into the mirror dimension. Just before the Ancient One left I saw the small blue glow in her hand. I turned towards Hill, who was dancing and talking with Bruce, who didn’t notice the phone moving out of her purse before disappearing just as they disappeared.
Nat turned to me with questions. “So?”
I began and watched as Natasha’s eyes widened in shock. “That there is the leader of our order and my teacher. She is a very powerful person who set apart all her schedules just for us.”
Nat looked in the direction they had disappeared. “What did the Daniel person mean by ‘if aliens can exist then what’s stopping us from existing.’?”
To Nat’s question, I grabbed the sling ring from my pocket. “Do you believe in…?”
I was interrupted by the loud amplified voice along with the music. “That is it Mrs Henswick! Move those hips!”
Both of us turned towards the source of noise to see my mum dance with Tony who was out of his suit, after realising I had hijacked it. Instead, he now took over the mic and was dancing with my mum and grandmother.
“Oh, God!”
I sighed in embarrassment as I covered my face as Nat enjoyed this. “I am really glad my mother isn’t here right now.”
“That asshole was here for this.”
I groaned as I sat down ignoring the photos that were being taken of the dance, while Nat comforted me. “I mean we can run off and no one will even notice us missing at this point.”
I suddenly looked up at Nat. “Really?”
She nodded with a smile. I gave a last look at everyone celebrating happily.
“Yeah, let’s go.”
I grabbed her arms and slowly sneaked out just as Hill’s phone appeared back in her purse.
We both sneaked out to the white Rolls-Royce Phantom made out of my nanobots outside. I couldn’t be bothered to buy or rent one for the wedding, so I just made one out of my nanobots for the sake of it.
We both got in and the car quietly took off. “That was exciting.”
Nat stated with a smiled as we left the venue leaving everyone behind. “Maybe I should do one or two missions with you.”
I suggested to which she blankly stared at me. “You will just make my missions boring and easy.”
I pouted to which she chuckled as she kissed my cheek. “But you are still my cute and lovely genius husband.”
I couldn’t help but smile hearing the way she called me ‘husband’. “Thank you, and you are still my stunning little spy who has now become my wife.”
I hugged her and we both just stayed like that for a while until Nat looked up at me. “So where are we going?”
To which in reply I placed my index finger on her lips as I winked at her. “Spoilers.”
She rolled her eyes as she removed her heels. I helped her remove the net on her head before she laid on the seat with her head on my lap. “Husband.”
I answered her call. “Yes?”
“Husband.”
I noticed the smile on her face as I answered. “Yes?”
“Husband.”
I decided to play along with her game as we kept switching calling each other husband and wife.
“Wife.”
“Yes?”
The car stopped finally stopped after a while, as Nat slowed her laughter. “We are here wifey.”
Nat sat up from my lap and looked outside to see we were in a small clearing in the middle of nowhere. “Where are we?”
*Clack* Opening the door I got out. “I am going to show you a moment you are never going to forget in your life.”
I extended my hand towards her. The nanobots on the car’s ceiling disappeared allowing Nat to stand up with a smile and walked towards the door. I moved my arms around her and carried her out of the door as she smiled. “I don’t think I can forget anything that happened today.”
*Buzz* Hearing the sound Nat looked back to see the car had disassembled into bots and was carrying her veil and heels off. Seeing this Nat turned to look at me seriously. “David I want my heels and veil, you better not let your bots eat them.”
I chuckled as I nodded. “Don’t worry your heels and veil is going to be fine.”
I began walking the same way my bots were moving. Nat watched in interest at where the bots were moving as she wrapped her arms around my neck.
She frowned seeing the bots suddenly stopping in their tracks. She looked at me. “What next?”
I decided to say the magic word. “Abracadabra.”
Nat looked at me funnily before turning around. Her smile froze seeing the yacht that we travelled in a few weeks ago. The bots assimilated into the yacht while Nat’s belongings were taken in.
“Do you know why I kept silent when you asked me about our honeymoon?”
I asked her as I carried her to the yacht. She replied back, as we entered the yacht. “You had something planned and wanted to surprise me?”
I nodded as I noticed the dark room, except the red glowing petals leading up to the bed. Nat smiled seeing this as I walked toward our bed which was surrounded by several glowing red petals.
I gently placed Nat on the bed before climbing next to her.
I set her down on the bed and sat in the bed with her. “What’s is it this time? Are you planning to take me to the core of the Earth for our honeymoon?”
I became stunned at her question. “Damn that would have been a really nice idea.”
Nat chuckled as my ship began starting as everything around us turned invisible except for our bed and the petals.
Natasha looked around and suddenly saw us getting higher and higher. She looked at me in shock as I hugged her from behind. “Don’t tell me.”
