《The Immortal Mutant Teen》Chapter 10 - Music Opportunity

As they neared the 5-story music building, Akeno explained how things worked in some facilities like this one.
If you were to use this facility, you would first sign up on the front desk, the first floor is the information and storage center. For this building, all the musical instruments are stored here, you will pick your instrument here or have it delivered to one of the practice rooms.
They have all instruments you could ever think of and are rented out to students free of charge. Unless they get damaged, you don't have to pay for anything. The 2nd floor to the 4th floor is where the practice rooms are, there are ones for individuals or groups. The fifth floor is Concert Hall, concerts are held here by the club members occasionally.
"The #1 beauty, or Goddess of Music, as her die-hard fans refer to her, could always be found on the 5th floor, be it in between classes or during club hours, she is always here," Akeno says.
"Students sometimes like to come here and watch her play in between classes," Sakura says.
Acheron couldn't help but be slightly interested in this 'Goddess of Music' "So, she must be up there now, right? I am slightly interested in this musical genius you praise so much"
Acheron and the girls grabbed a visitor pass from the front desk lady, got in the elevator, and took up to the 5th floor. They got out and walked through these exquisite set of double doors, some would call a masterpiece, made of both wood and crystal. When the walked in, Acheron noticed quite a few students seated in the audience, though the males greatly outnumbered the females.
Upon the stage, there was a beautiful girl, a girl so beautiful Acheron was a little surprised, the number of women he had seen at this level of beauty could be counted with both hands. She wore a dazzling blue dress that contoured her slim, but a well-defined body, her melon sized breasts, and perfect butt were well emphasized. Her long black her, that reached her mid-back, accentuated her almost perfect Japanese face, 10 of 10 people would say she is at a higher level than an idol or a world-renowned model.

"I can see why she ranks first in the school, truly a beauty" Acheron says.
"Oh, did you fall in love with her already?" Sakura teased him a bit.
Acheron shook his head in denial "I apologize but I am not into children, I am merely appreciating her high-quality meat bag" Acheron says, his last set of words came out distorted, but the girls didn't seem to notice.
"High-quality meat bag?" said Sakura with a bit of disgust. "That's a weird way to say it, don't you think?"
Akeno couldn't help but also look at Acheron strangely, the way he said those words were cold and disgusting, almost mechanical.
"The beauty of someone's skin means nothing to me, after all, skin its truly just a meat bag, it wrinkles and deteriorates as time passes, it's when someone still loves you after you have grown old and decrepit, that matters, feelings is what keeps people together, not beauty" Acheron couldn't help but feel a little melancholic at his own words.
Both Sakura and Akeno could feel how true those words were to him, he didn't seem like the romantic type. They could tell those were his true feeling on the matter, they couldn't help but wonder how he could be so jaded though.
Still, they found his view refreshing, God knows how many men just wanted them for themselves because of their beauty, to think that this person in front of them, truly did not care for their appearance.
They found some seats near the back, just as the girl in the piano started to play another melody.
As they quietly listened to her play, Acheron couldn't help but furrow his brows. There was something wrong with the melody, it was perfect, too perfect, it was almost mechanical. He didn't like this style at all; this melody wasn't meant to be played this way. He looked at the girl's face, he had found the problem.

The girl had closed off her heart, music is supposed to move you and make you feel a certain way. The way she just plays the notes according to the score, she is a genius, but she would never be remembered if this continues. 'What a waste of talent' he thought. Acheron decided to give her a push, an opportunity to change her ways, an opportunity to grow.
As the girl finished her piece, Acheron stood up and headed towards the stage. This move surprised quite a few people and caught their attention. As he walked, he heard their comments toward him.
"Who is he? What does he think he is doing?"
"Could he be trying to confess his love for her in front of everyone here"
"Is he nuts?! Almost every man in here is a die-hard fan of the goddess! He is going to be killed!"
"I never saw him before, who is he?"
"I saw him come in with the other 2 goddesses!"
"What a man!"
Acheron couldn't help but chuckle at these student's words. 'I am not here for love, just here to maybe change her future' he thought.

The Huntsman's Quest (An Urban Magic Quest/RPG)
Jon Whitaker went to summer camp expecting a nice relaxing time as a newly minted counselor in training. He was not expecting to fight an army of monsters, work with a serial killer, enter a one-sided friendship with an eldritch horror, or study under a competing witch and dark lord. But regardless of what he was expecting, his summer is over and he's made his way back home where he can try and return to a normal -for him- life. Too bad life rarely goes as expected. --- Please Note: This is forum quest/RPG I run in the same city/setting as my other stories Hacking Reality and Get Ink'd, meaning that while a majority of the plot is made up by me, the major choices as well as what each chapter is about are usually made by the actual readers in forum votes. Additionally, given how this is essentially a story version of a Tabletop game there is also a background RPG system that while the characters aren't necessarily aware of, the readers can see these stats to know how each chosen 'Action' effects their character's development.

Mana World - Convergence
The story is complete it was a prototype and it is BAD.I do not recommend reading it, I will not edit it in any form, it is still here as a personal remained of how bad I was at the start. Mages are soo cool but without mana you can't become a mage. Well let's see how we can get mana to this world. I'm sure it would be a perfectly safe and excellent idea. First try at writing something like this. Dunno if I will update constantly or not, dunno what will happen with the story and the characters. Recipe: 3 cubic meters of science, 5 shit tons of pseudo science, 2 dantians of mistycism,1/2 cup of stupid references, 1 package of sarcasm, 1/400 tolkien epicness, 1 tea spoon of stupid commentaries, a pinch of craziness and dressed with randomness, uppps, too much randomness. Accepting all kinds of constructive criticism. Well prologue is finished.

I really wasn't ready for this...After making a promise to try and find her family, Kida travels to the Hidden Leaf Village in search of her father. You can probably guess from the picture who the father is, and lets just say, their meeting did not go as planned...
