《Re:Direction The Peak (Cultivation Tale)》CH. 95

Meanwhile, Min-Su and Jin were waiting in the lobby. Min-Su was excitedly watching over the people coming and going. In his words, you could categorize people into two types: Men and Women. And he was very interested in the latter. Jin chatted with him a little before being bored and annoyed of it. Puberty struck him hard and left deep scars. And Jin was paying the price for her work, having to listen to the rambling of this young adult.
He stopped listening and went back to cultivation after he heard Min-Su say "Wouldn't it be fun if one of them thought we worked here". He focused on his soul sea and kept on shaping the next surrounding sphere. He would need a lot of time before it was done. He certainly had no plans to waste precious time discussing orb sizes with Min-Su.
Things went on like this for hours until they both began to get hungry. That's when the man who brought Hae-Hyuk upstairs came to them and told them: "Master Hae-Hyuk might not be back for a few days, he asked us to deliver the message. He said that you two could go enjoy the city and think of it as a holiday"
Min-Su cheered loudly while Jin was suspicious. This didn't seem like something Hae-Hyuk would say. He would have told them to use the time wisely to train instead. But Jin decided to let it go. It was a rare and unexpected chance to relax. Hae-Hyuk was more than strong enough to deal with whatever problems he faced. It was better to just do as the butler-kind-of-guy said and go out.
And so, they went out. First stop? Restaurant. They didn't have to walk far to find a good one. Spicy cuisine targeted to cultivators, with some Frone to go with it. That alcohol he had back in the border defense war had become one of his favorites in this world. Neither of the two young adults were disappointed by the meal. They stuffed themselves happily.

Yet as the dessert was being served, all sounds around them stopped. As they turned around, they understood why. A beauty beyond this world had entered and was looking around. Min-Su was loudly gulping as he didn't even try to hide that he was staring.
She was astonishing. Blue eyes, Blond hair with strands of silver and an incredible figure. Even Jin had to admit that she was something else. They had seen many beauties in their journey but she was on a whole new level. Min-Su was devouring her with his eyes. He was only thinking that this was the kind of girl he would be ready to give up the other women for. If he had that one, why would he need any other? She looked that great.
And if you considered that cultivators retained their looks for eons as long as they reached the tenth stage of spiritual accumulation...She was the perfect wife. A walking dream. Even the women having lunch stared at her.
She did nothing but look around even as the waiter found the courage to ask her what she wanted. She stopped her gaze on a table where two young men were eating their dessert. And smiled towards them. One of them had his mouth wide open as he ogled her while the other remained stoc though it seemed to be no more than a facade. She knew she was beautiful.
She walked up to the table still smiling radiantly. At the time she smiled, with his mouth wide open and without even turning his head, Min-Su whispered to Jin: "D-did she just s-s-smile at us?" but he received no answers. Jin was focusing to the best of his abilities to appear stoic. That beauty was truly too much for a straight man to witness. And that smile nearly broke his countenance.

And now, she was in front of them. She took a chair from the nearby table, with no one caring about it, and she sat on it. She was sitting at their table. She politely introduced herself: "Hey guys, I'm Sofia Crowe, nice meeting you. How are you enjoying our city?"
She was answered by silence. Min-Su was staring straight at her without moving and Jin wasn't much better. She found it cute. Were those two complete newbies? Unlikely. They were the disciples of that Hae-Hyuk after all. They must have had more than enough opportunities to enjoy themselves during their journey. The only explanation was that she was simply too hot. She sighed internally. Her beauty was a sin.
Well, her spiritual techniques were also to blame...
But it didn't matter. She knew those two already. She continued her speech: "So, Min-Su and Jin, right? I've heard a lot about you two!"
Min-Su stuttered: "Y-you Did?"
She turned and smiled at him, nearly breaking his sanity, before she answered: "Of course! Hae-Hyuk's disciples are famous! I'm a huge fan of yours!"
Min-Su was now out of it. Only Jin remained in the game. He asked her: "And what could we do for you?"
She clapped her hands, still smiling brilliantly, as she told them: "I'm so glad you've asked! I actually have this tiny little problem...I was wondering if you guys could help me out...."
Min-Su didn't even hesitate, he was under her charm: "Yes! Yes we'd love to!" but Jin, even though charmed, retained some of his cool. He found the situation too weird. He activated his hidden technique and sure enough, he could see it. She was oozing out spiritual energy from all her pores, as if it was a gaseous substance.
As soon as he became aware of it, he cooled down. What kind of technique was this? He had never seen something like this. But there was something he had to do first...
He punched Min-Su hard and told him: "She's using a spiritual technique"
Min-Su regained some of his control and activated a visual technique. Now aware of it too, the effects dissipated. But the girl remained unfazed and was instead smiling more: "Your reputation was indeed well-founded~ Once again, please lend me your strengths, guys~"
