Before Dana stood the lair of the Earth Wyrms. It only took Dana a few hours to get here from Bright Stone Town, looking down Dana saw the entrance of the cave in which served as the dwelling of the Earth Wyrms.

"Time for me to hunt these beasts" Mumbled Dana, as she jumped down into the cave. She decided not to use her Frost Wyvern form at the moment, as the cave was incredibly shallow at the entrance, seemingly not meant to fit such a large spirit beast such as her. From this deduction, it seems the Earth wyrms are a quite a bit smaller than me in Frost Wyvern form thought Dana judging by the size of the entrance.

As Dana descended through the gloomy damp cave, she finally found her first signs of the Earth Wyrms. It seems they definitely are near, judging by these footprints. She found in this area of the cave the Earth Qi was especially abundant, Dana decided to turn into her Frost Wyvern form as she knows she will need her full possible strength for the fight before her. If it was just one Earth Wyrm she would be fairly confident, but from her estimate, there is around a minimum of four present in this place. No wonder the Empires don't want to send anyone down here, this place is practically built for them, but unfortunately, they ran into me.

After this thought, Dana's large body stumbled further and further, until she heard the distinct screech of a large creature. Before Dana stood the first Earth Wyrm she witnessed, it was about three-quarters of her current size, with the appearance of a large snake with some fairly distinguishable draconian features. It had brownish earth like scales as it seemingly blended within its current surroundings, as an Earth Wyrm was a degraded version of an Earth Dragon it was especially proficient in Earth Qi. As she took in its full appearance, three other Earth Wyrm's of a similar size emerged behind it, all of them aggressively responding to her presence in their territory.

As Dana saw the foe in front of her a savage thought to dominate the beasts before her and show it the superior bloodline of a Frost Wyvern. Her pride as a Frost Wyvern would not allow a lesser beast to dare show its fangs in front of her!

The Earth Wyrm's prepared to battle the beast in front of them, holding their ground and refusing to back down from the superior spirit beast!

A ferocious roar emerged out of Dana as she charged towards the Earth Wyrm's, each Earth Wyrm was a Sixth Rank Houtian with an uncommon bloodline, thus they were no pushovers. They immediately responded with sending earth spikes of Earth Qi, in which Dana responded in freezing their attacks solid. Although they had both the superiority in having a location filled with dense Earth Qi and cultivation, Dana had comprehended the Ice Lotus Arts to Stage 2 thus making her Ice Qi more potent, not mentioning she has a high purity bloodline of a Frost Wyvern which are naturally much superior to Earth Wyrm's so even with the advantages the Earth Wyrm's possessed they still fell short.

As Dana shattered their attacks, she bites into the neck of an Earth Wyrm, her fangs sinking through the layers of scales digging right into the beast's flesh. A screech resounded as the Earth Wyrm desperately struggled to get Dana off, it constantly tried to bite into Dana's hide but it couldn't cause much damage, as it found her defence exceedingly tough. Which shocked the beast as it never thought that a beast would have a stronger defence than it! As Earth wyrms were a beast which specializes in defence, it still wouldn't be a shock that Dana's attack destroyed its defence, as a Frost Wyvern is known for there excellence offensive capabilities. However, having such a good defence as a Frost Wyrm is the surprising occurrence, as Frost Wyvern are not known for their defensive capabilities at all! This is all due to Dana's Heaven Ranked Cultivation method!

As the compatriots the vicious attack into one of their own, they instantly launched attacks at Dana. Dana injected poison into the Earth Wyrm's bloodstream before narrowly avoiding the combined attacks launched by the other Earth Wyrm's.

The Earth Wyrm which she attacked, the wound on its neck was already bleeding severely alongside the fact with the poison, the beast was growing weaker and weaker before collapsing. Seeing one of them lose the capabilities to fight already, fear emerged in the Earth Wyrm's eyes. They decided to combine their attacks!

One down, Dana thought as she focused on the Earth Wyrm's which are approaching her. There is still three, I need to be wary of them their joint attacks.

The three Earth Wyrm's attacked Dana seemingly from all side, Dana dodged out of the way of each of their attacks. As one finally let down its guard, Dana's tail launched into its hide pumping poison into its veins. The Earth Wyrm instantly turned sluggish, showing the powerful potent poisons effects. Dana then launched a breath of frost towards the other Earth Wyrm's causing them to put all of their attention into defending, allowing Dana to deal the final blow on the poisoned Wyvern which as a result of this being at half of its original battle power, becoming vulnerable.

With another down, Dana no longer feared the Earth Wyrm's so she instantly engaged in a brawl with the remaining two. After the fierce struggle of the remaining two Earth Wyrm's, injuries littered Dana's body. As she relied on her physical body against the remaining two Earth Wyrm's, they managed to repetitively launch attacks on her, which even though with her defence still caused minor damage.

After the last Earth Wyrth had its final breath. The system's message bombarded her mind.

[Would you like to absorb the uncommon bloodline "Earth Wyrm" combining the purity of all four Earth Wyrms to form a perfect Earth Wyrm bloodline?]

Dana excitedly said "Yes".

After she replied "Yes" an agonizing pain filled Dana's body, as she grew to about 25ft in length. Her scales grew increasingly stronger, and her original azure scales had a hint of brown in them. She immediately felt the Earth Qi within her grow increasingly stronger until it becomes her second strongest attribute. Cultivators absorb each attribute for cultivation, however, an individual will always have an attribute in which they are the most efficient in absorbing, which means that a cultivator will always have way more of one attribute than the other different attribute Qi. Also, the stronger a cultivators affinity towards an attribute, the stronger in return will the output of the Qi. As Dana received the Earth Wyrm's bloodline with 100% purity as a result of combing the bloodlines of four different Earth Wyrm's her affinity with Earth Qi has grown an incredible amount!

A grin emerged from Dana's draconic face. Now that what I call an upgrade!

I guess I will now use these beasts core to cultivate here for a three weeks, then I will return to the Capital to meet Kaiden and take care of the Azure Emperor, I will then finally leave this continent as after dealing with the Azure Emperor, after knowing the harsher the resources are in progressing cultivation, the Azure Continent will no longer have the means to help me progress my strength.

After these thoughts, Dana took out the four beast cores of the Earth Wyrm's and prepared for her cultivating seclusion.
