Howdy Again Cool Peeps!
It's been a month. Wow. I'm not dead yet!
Anyways, first off I want to say thank you to everyone for all the support. That's really awesome of y'all and I really appreciate it. 
Sorry for taking a month to write a reply.
Second, I'm thinking of restarting Mortalis Mortal to get back into it, since it has been a while and the writing itch has returned in force. I'd be updating and rewriting the story in my free time, so it won't be super quick, but it would eventually move forward again. It'll also change a little or a lot, depending... I don't know. Or I could try something new entirely with a more BadA** character. Though I bet a lot of you want me to stick to Mortal?
Third, the game. Well, Mortalis isn't going to be a game for the time being. Instead, I've got a dev team of three close friends together and we're working on another game, a Choose Your Own Text Adventure RPG thing that's coming along nicely. I've got the engine up and I think it's really going to become something special.
It's a sci-fi fantasy taking place in the far future and will have plenty of awesome. Imagine if Bethesda, Bioware, and Square designed a turn-based semi-open-world RPG mixed with a choose your own adventure Japanese Light Novel. Yep... it's kinda weird to think about, but the demo I made is actually pretty fun. Once I get the full 'okay' from my team, I can post it for those interested to test out (might take a little while because some of my team aren't too sure about publicizing the mechanics just yet).
Anyways, I hope everyone's doing well and enjoying Summer! So my only question... should I snuff Mortalis and write something else? Should I do a reboot of Mortalis? Or should I just do a rewrite to make the story so far just better and edited? I'm pretty open right now... so comments would be definitely appreciated

P.S. I was thinking of writing Para Bellum. In my free time a while ago I made its Cover. Gives a good idea of the feel the story will have. It's sci-fi and yes, the MC is pretty kick-butt.

He watched humans cower as the Old World fell down around them; watched their great monuments crumble into dusty ruins; watched their codes become precious, ancient gem memories forged under the crushing pressure of so many fallen stones. Any issues please let me know I'm always up for some creative criticism. I'm trying to avoid info dumping and will expose aspects of the world as the story progresses. MC will not be the stagnant type, he will be subjected to many trials throughout the story and continue to change. If that sounds good to you, keep reading and enjoy. However, when she starts hearing about the school’s “Magic Club”—a group of weirdos who claim that magic is real, she can’t deny that she’s slightly intrigued. Then without warning, she suddenly finds herself wrapped up with them. And what if they aren’t crazy? What if magic is actually real? And what if it’s because of that magic that something more powerful than they could ever conceive of is drawn to Wilham? I plan to follow a release schedule of Tuesday/Friday. Average chapter length will be 4,000 to 6,000 words and I will be using multiple POV's quite often. Also to note, while I am flagging the story with content warnings, I am only doing so because there are specific moments where it will be needed. Overall, the story will be relatively tame and I plan to put extra warnings at the beginning of chapters that it applies to.
