Lucien showed her his notification log with a blank face. ‘I was yelling ‘fuck intelligent’ just a while ago and this path actually smacked my face with 150 mana and 55 intelligent. The heck?’

Aside from big rewards every 50 PP, this path also gave him a free stat per 2 PP, netting him a total of 175 free stats!

“Wow, Lulu! You are so lucky!”, exclaimed Alicia with a big smile. “Of all 9 skills, you actually got 3 Legends!”

“Hm?” Only then did Lucien took a look at his new skills.

He already had an (S) skill which was Epiphany. And now he got 6 more. ‘There are (S) and (L) here. What about (M)?’

After finishing his nonsense thought, Lucien asked Alicia curiously, “What do you mean I’m lucky?”

“Well, because this is a direct disciple path, not a normal one, you have got all 9 skills, right? However, the system would random the rating of all skills”

She continued, “With my transcended skill set, it would normally guarantee at least Supreme rating and tiny probability of Legend rate which you might not even get one.”

“Hehh, I was very lucky, wasn’t I?” Lucien nodded his head with a smile. So Legend rating was higher than (S), Supreme. “What’s the name of your skill set, Alicia?”

“Well, I haven’t name it yet. You can just call it Alicia’s skill set!” She answered with a lifting chin, being proud of her bad naming sense.

Lucien sighed, ‘What a poor name…’

The reason he asked was that he wanted to organize his status. It was too messy. Just by looking at the skill list made him dizzy.

“Alicia, what about the light buff thing?”

“Oh right!” Alicia hugged Lucien as she spread out her wings. Two big wings of her then covered both of them and emitted a pure holy light, surrounding an area of 5 meter radius.

Feeling warm and comfortable, Lucien closed his eyes. He didn’t know what she was doing but it couldn’t be anything but good thing.

After the light subsided, he opened his eyes and a message greeted him.

Apostle of Archangel : All your abilities and mana regeneration rate increase with light. The effectiveness of title depends on the brightness and the origin of the lightsource.

“Thank you”, said Lucien sincerely as he hugged Alicia back. Then he whispered softly, “Just why did you help me so much…”

Alicia didn’t answer as she thought of her old memories. Her eyes focused at her own status menu. To be precise, she was focusing at one of her skills, one of the similar name Lucien had just received, but of different rating.

A killing intent leaked from her eyes for a very short period before she closed both of her eyes. A streak of tear ran down her cheeks as her heart was filled with sadness.

In the middle of jungle, two figures were exchanging blows with spears in their hands. Actually, it was a one side beating.

“Uwoahh!”, screamed Lucien like an anime protagonist as he shot up from the ground, thrusting his spear to the woman in front of him.

Right now, his body was filled bruises and cut. His bald head was sweating a lot.

All of this started from when he was about to try his new skills but Alicia stopped him. She said she wanted him to level up his Spear Mastery first.

The method was to spar with her until he could exchange at least 20 blows against her while she would lower her strength to be the same as him.

‘It shouldn’t be that hard, right?’, thought Lucien at first as he agreed readily. He maxed out his Spear Mastery I Path and charged at her.

The result was as expected. Alicia only used one third of his strength while beating crap out of him. And because this was a practice to quickly master his spearmanship, he couldn’t use Heavy Blow, Empower, Wind Reinforcement and other skills he had.

There was nothing like practicing spear dance to master spear like in olden Chinese movie, just a pure beating. She said there was more to learn in fight and she wanted him to find his own style.

“Hah..Hah…” Laying on the ground, exhausted, Lucien didn’t have anymore energy to stand. He had been beaten for 3 days already but all his could do was to get one shotted.

“I can’t… Big sis…*pant*.. beauty Alicia.... You are too strong.. *pant*..How can I even fight you…”

“Uhuh, Lulu kun~, you can’t give up like this, you know?” With a spear in her hand, Alicia had turned into another person. She kept giving Lucien a scary smile and her accent turned somewhat sadistic…

“Heii, maybe we should set up some punishment so you won’t easily lose your motivation, huh, Lulu kun?”

‘S-She is not my big sis!’ Lucien crawled backward unconsciously as he sweated heavily. She wasn’t like this the previous days. It seemed he had awaken something that should’ve been left sleeping. And what the hell was that Lulu kun!?

“I-I’m fine big sis. I was just j-joking, ahaha.” Lucien gave out a playful laugh that didn’t sound like a laugh at all. He tried to stand up but ended up staggering down again.

“Hehh, you shouldn’t lie to Big Sis, Lulu kun. Looks like we really need a punishment for a lazy boy like you, huhh?” Alicia said with a dark smile as she slowly.

‘H-How did things turn wrong?’ Lucien resolved himself as he let loose the spear in his hand. ‘I need to wake her up!’

Euphoria Touch!

“Ahh~”

Being touched on the hand, Alicia dropped her spear and regained her clarity as she blushed. “Eh? Lulu, you cheated! Why did you use that skill suddenly!?”

Lucien heaved a sigh of relief seeing his ‘real’ big sis was back. It didn’t seem like she forgot the memory of that time. He thought curiously. ‘She had a double personality?’

What he didn’t notice at that time was that Alicia’s white angel wings actually greyed down a bit in her ‘sadistic’ mode.

‘Well, whatever, at least I can pull her back with my skill.’

With his stamina regen, he came back full of energy after around 5 minutes of resting.

Recalling his dark past, he didn’t want to suffer the same faith again so he trained hard and use every bit of his stamina. Alicia also supported him a lot and taught him her insight on spearmanship as she beated him.

While training spear, the only spell he casted was firefly. With his ‘Apostle of Archangel’ title, he wanted to make use of it as much as possible.

Well, he will be returning to Earth anyway so why did he need to train so hard for? There were two reason backing him.

First, when he go back to Earth, it might not be the same Earth he knew anymore. Alicia told him that no matter what, him being summoned here only means his planet was not far away from Legas. Maybe it was undergoing Tutorial Period or the system might hit it after he went back. No one knows.

The best he could do was to make himself stronger so he could protect his parents when he was back. He was sure his parents were missing him a lot as he did too. However, he couldn’t go back now, and it was not only because of his insufficient mana.

If he really wanted, he could assign all his free points into intelligence right away but there was his second reason.

He wanted revenge. And who could it be other than that fucking Gold Bag Alliance. When he killed the guy who tortured him, he rummaged through his belongings and found a Gold Bag insignia already. No way he would forget that.

At first, he even thought it was men sent by Prason or Dark Hand. Never did he suspect that Gold Bag.

And the one who came to ‘save’ him was from Dark Hand. He didn’t know the artistic sense of people of this world but he found an insignia with a picture of a hand in black color. That Gold Bag insignia as well. It was literally a picture of a bag of gold!

If he hadn’t gone mad back then, he would be like, “What the hell? Do you want me to help you designing your logo? Even my little sister would be better than you. By the way, I don’t have a little sister, you fat fuck!”

Whatever the case, he needed to put Dark Hand on his waiting list for now as their leader could even beat Alicia and her gang. How could he even do anything?

Thinking of Panam Town, Lucien thought of Douche Bag and Ruby. Douche should probably be sold by that fake priest already and there was nothing he could do about it.

As for Ruby…

“Her party really need to die, huh?”

His eyes flashed a cold vicious light.
