“What’s wrong, Lulu?” asked Alicia curiously.

She was now watching TV with Lucien while laying on his lap. They were like a newlywed couple.

“It’s about my Senpai-” Lucien was interrupted by a sudden chillness as the word ‘Senpai’ left his mouth.

“What’s about Senpai?”

Alicia asked with a smile on her face while Lucien was looking for the source of chillness.

“The girls at school hate her and bully her a lot. I heard that she’s banned too, especially after I started to spend my lunch time with her.”

The temperature lowered by another several degrees but Lucien continued his story, being oblivious to a vein bulging on his girlfriend’s head.

“Only today that I went to see her situation at her classroom.”

“Oh, you stalked her?”

“No, what do you mean I stalked her!? You know what I saw, Alicia? Although the teacher was still teaching at the front of the class, most girls around Senpai were stealing her stuff. Most of her belongings were dirty, obviously from bad intention.” Lucien said with a sad face.

“Just ignore her, Lulu. She deserves it. She dared to seduce my Lulu.” Alicia finally turned her eyes from TV to him angrily.

“W-What, my dear Alicia? I and Senpai don’t have that kind of relationship,” said Lucien as sweat trickled down his neck. He finally found that source of chillness.

“Hah? Lulu, you have lunch with her everyday and you said there is nothing!?” Alicia pouted.

Lucien stretched his idiot girl’s cheeks playfully and said, “Don’t misunderstand, Alicia. She doesn’t have any feeling for me. I even told her today that I have a girlfriend and she was even excited for me!”

“Hmph!” Alicia turned her face away but her face seemed to ease a bit.

He held the wing shape necklace on her neck playfully as he said, “Hehe, my love. You are even older than my mom. Why are you acting like a little girl now!?”

Hearing about her age, Alicia pouted once more and stared at him with a red face. She really didn’t want him to talk about their age difference. Her face seemed like she was about to cry already.

Realizing his mistake, Lucien quickly apologize, “Ah, I’m sorry.”

“Hmph!” She buried her head in his laps.

“Aww, Alicia-chan, don’t be mad. You are always my little girl, you know?”

Like that, Lucien’s hand became naughty, touching here and there. After five minutes, Alicia couldn’t endure anymore.

“N-No, Lulu, m-mom is still in the kitchen.” Alicia quickly stopped his hand.

“Isn’t it more exciting this way? Hehe,” laughed Lucien mischievously.

“U-Umm” Alicia shyly nodded.

“Here, do it for me too-” Right when Lucien became even more daring,

“My Gosh, Lu-chan! You think I’m deaf!?”

Suddenly, his mom’s shouting could be heard from the kitchen.

“Ah!”

Alicia quickly parted herself from him and slapped him in the face. “Lulu, you meanie!”

“Hahaha,” Lucien just laughed happily. As for the slap, it made blood tickle down his nose and mouth.

After teasing her a few more times and cleaning his face, they went back to the topic.

“So, what should I do Alicia? Senpai is my first friend at school. I feel so bad.”

“Just stop spending lunch with her. If you want, I can go to your school every lunch break!”

Well, with Alicia being like this, He could only put Shiori-senpai’s trouble on hold.

Lucien shouted as he swung his spear at Alicia with an incredible speed, however, it was parried away easily.

He then spun his body with the momentum and thrust his spear again, aiming at her legs. His spear blurred as it was too fast for any people to see.

Alicia didn’t seem to panic at his action at all. With an even faster speed, she smacked his head with the spear pole, sending him 10 meters away with a sonic boom.

Bang!

Almost crashing into the steel wall of the underground training room, Lucien managed to stop himself in time. He held his head suffering from the pain. His vision was so blurred right now.

Even with his more then level 200 Spear Mastery, he couldn’t even make Alicia break a sweat.

“Lulu, you must have been lazy lately! Why are you so weak, huh!? Is it because of school!?”

Hearing her mocking, he could only grumble, “At least I always win every night.”

“Lulu!”

After returning to Earth, they decided to spar every weekends. His schedule was to be a sandbag for 6 hours.

Although they had become a couple, Alicia didn’t yield to him for a bit, instead, she beated him harder than before.

Especially today, Lucien’s body was full of bruises and cuts everywhere. His face was beaten till his mom wouldn’t recognise him. His whole body was covered in blood.

‘Just what is wrong with her today. Is she having a period?’

Moreover, she mocked him almost every 5 minutes. ‘What the heck? Is it because I brought up Senpai?’

Knowing what he was going to do would be dangerous, he still wanted to try anyway.

Lucien whispered with a low voice, “Such a violent girlfriend. Only if Senpai is my-...”

“LULU!!! DIE!!!!!!” Alicia’s eyes turned bloodshot as she appeared in front of him instantly before he could even finish the sentence.

She didn’t bother to use a wooden spear anymore since using her own fist could satiate her killing thirst better.

Every punches and kicks of her were faster than the bullet speed. The only reason Lucien could survive was her holy power that kept healing him.

“A-Alicia, I-I was just j-joki- Ahhhhhh”

After the weekly ‘sparing’ was done, the pig head Lucien who was laying on the ground, still, asked Alicia the question he had been neglecting for three months, “Alicia, what will happen when the system hits the Earth?”

The refreshed Alicia who was wiping off her sweat with a towel answered him, “The Tutorial will then start.”

Lucien, with his head still on the ground, asked her more with a muffled voice, “What is the Tutorial for? Preparing us for something?”

Alicia didn’t answer him right away. She pulled him up first and sat next to him. “Well, Lulu, I don’t know much about tutorial as I wasn’t the first generation of my world and hadn’t experience it.”

She continued, “All I know is that its objective is to prepare the populations of the planet for the approaching First Apocalypse.”

“Um, so it should be a good thing, right?”

“Yes, you can say that tutorial is a present from God for the first generation. There will be lots of rewards which you can’t find anywhere else and Trials that will make you stronger,” smiled Alicia.

“Hehh, A present from God, huh?” Lucien mumbled.

“Well, tutorial is not that family-friendly as most planets had their 20 percents of the whole population wiped out in tutorial.” Alicia dropped a bomb,rendering Lucien speechless.

“T-Twenty Percent?”

Alicia continued to tell him everything she knew about tutorial while dragging him to the garden outside. Putting him under the sunshine, his wounds healed much faster from his title, ‘Apostle of Archangel’.

After listening to everything she said, Lucien sat still, contemplating for 2 hours. Alicia only looked at his face with a warm smile, not saying anything.

She didn’t know what her Lulu was thinking as he had an emotionless face all the time.

“Alright,” said Lucien as he stood up. The wounds he got from the beating were already healed.

“We still have 5 years, right?”

Around two months ago when Alicia woke up from coma, Lucien asked her to stay on Earth as he didn’t want to leave her.

Feeling the same, Alicia agreed and said that she would stay here until the tutorial starts which would be in 5 years, from her estimation.

She also gave him the reason that, from the commotion caused in Abyss, Heaven should probably know about her squad’s annihilation already. Which mean there was no rush going back to report.

A few years late were nothing to angels after all.

Although her mana was being sealed, she could still sense it. That’s why, from mana concentration on Earth and her tiny connection with the system, she could roughly approximate the time.

“L-Lulu! It’s not five years anymore!” exclaimed Alicia as she sensed the Earth’s mana again.

“What?” Lucien looked at her with a frown, “Didn’t you said-”

“It was really 5 years at three months ago, but now it’s 4 years left!”

“How?”

Alicia turned quiet as she was thinking. She muttered, “Maybe it is because of you, Lulu?”

“What do you mean? I have been a good high school student all the time.” He didn’t know what Alicia was talking about.

“No, Lulu. If I’m not wrong. Although you can’t open your status menu, your skills are still growing, right?”

Hearing her words, Lucien realised something and asked with a low voice, “So you are saying that… I’m leading the System?”

Alicia didn’t say anything but nodded. She held his right hand as she sent him aether.

Both of them realised in their hearts that they didn’t even have 4 years as it would surely get shorter and shorter at a faster rate.

Lucien sighed and pulled her into his embrace.

“Alicia, we will be together forever, alright?”

Alicia touched the necklace on her neck softly as she replied, “Um”

In his mind, however, Lucien thought of something weird. ‘This doesn’t count as a flag, right?’
