《Starborne Warrior》Chapter 28: Lord of Alloyed Blood, A flower blooms again.

That perfect, permanent sensation of death left me falling into a river. The river of rebirth, where dead souls attempted to crawl their way out.
I merely let myself be taken by the tide, floating still on the river. The voices in my head now gone.
I saw the waterfall close approaching, after falling, I would be taken into the next life.
I floated still, as the crashing waves below sounded in my ears. I fell of the cliffside
I fell, and I fell, and I fell, deep below the basin under the waterfall. As I sank through the earth, into a cavern below, I fell onto a flower, a flower that Bloomed of Alloyed Blood.
'Well done. You are worthy of becoming this world’s Lord.
A true Lord does not sacrifice anybody but themselves.
As the Lord of Humanity, you must understand their story. How it begins and ends.'
'Rebirth.'
'I will give you all my power, I pray you wake up in time.'
'Good luck, Lord of Alloyed Blood. May the stars move once more.'
The Tungsten tree began to melt. It melted in a beautifully colored glowing liquid alloy, far more beautiful than the fruit produced. It began mixing with the pile of blood on the ground, very slowly.
1 year later, the blood and Liquid alloy had completely fused into one. The guild confirmed the death of John Star. When Johnson heard the news from his now pregnant wife, he mourned for weeks, vowing to name his son after his lost friend.
Barbos went to the bar considerably more often, He sat and drank all alone.
Glamour was hatched, into an exquisite, beautiful woman. She immediately flew to the house he once lived at, eager to show off her new form, only to find a memorial.

Both she and Party completely disappeared from the public eye, never to be seen from again.
Cyrek took the news the hardest, and hopelessly wailed whenever he thought of the moment that his hand landed on his head during the guild test tournament. He turned back into a creature of solitude, shunning the outside world.
Tera ate the apple alone on a mountaintop, tears flowing from her eyes. Upon that mountain top, her outer field of light had fully formed. She was the first being born on this planet to reach this level of power, but it was more empty than ever before.
2 years, The puddle of Alloyed blood now formed into a small flower.
Johnson’s child was born, Named Star Lux, a born mage with the element of light.
Barbos became a world renowned warrior, throwing himself into battle left and right.
Cyrek trained wildly, the words echoing in his ears “And maybe learn more than two or three moves” and he smiled sadly, shooting a twirling dragon made of ice from his hand.
Sergio often thought of his student, and stepped down from his training days.
3 years, The flower bloomed; long stalked and broad petaled.
Cyrek reached the S rank, talking his place at 7th
Johnson became a known commander, he proctored one the guild tests, which brought back memories.
Barbos continued to fight wildly, and lost his left arm. He did not replace it.
4 years, The petals formed into a large bulb.
Everyone looked to the sky, as they heard the roar of a cosmic beast.
The world was engulfed in a war.
5 years, the bulb began to hang down, Red, alloyed, glowing of lightning and ready to burst.
In just a year, 20% of humanities forces had been wiped out, slowly forced to the west.

6 years, The outline of a humanoid could be seen in the bulb
Half of humanity had been wiped out, the rest completely forced underground.
7 years later, I was born again as a Beast of Alloyed Blood.
My skin had the red glow of lightning and stars. Alloyed Blood was the base of my body. The power of two worlds overlapping, I gained the adaptive elasticity of blood and the unfathomable hardness of a newly made alloy. My veins pumped electricity allowing me to travel as fast as a streak of lightning. Explosive power in the veins, my punches, kicks, and sword strikes were incomparable to before.
A new evolution, this was a special one, allowing me to gain the strength of two in one. The Lord of Alloy, and the Lightning Millipede.
My skin looked more flesh-like, but was infinitely harder than before. My sword fingers now forming in pure lightning, My third eye growing another pupil, allowing me to shoot two blasts of red-alloyed lightning. The lightning containing the strength of Metal and elasticity of blood. Even my wings looked more like flesh, a light, glowing red, the same color as my skin. Which was now soft to the touch, and contained a newborn warmth. My hair curled in dark bloodied arcs of electricity.
Inside me, was a large soul, made of Blood Alloy and coated in red lightning.
Lord of Two worlds. The dimensional cracks leaking blood from above were closed at last. The fading of the Lord here and above caused this fracture.
I could feel the pressure of a cosmic beast weighing upon this world.
It had likely assumed the old Lord was finally dead, and after a few years decided to attack. Little did it know, a new one was being born.
It had already faced much greater than expected opposition from the inhabitants of this world. Especially from those two.
“I can't believe you survived that, you may be fated after all…” The Lord of Stars was still within me.
“I never had any doubt,” happily rejoiced Au-ha, who had also been dormant for years.
“I told you rebirth was a wonderful thing.”

Magriculture (Rewrite)
When Aurum Industries announced the first Full Immersion Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (FIVRMMORPG if you're hip) Limitless Online, most people saw it as an opportunity to live out their sword and sorcery fantasies. John, however, saw it as the opening of a new and as of yet uncrowded job market. One he was willing, and eager, to exploit. Determined to make money through virtual hard work and effort, John sets his sights not on the heights of magic or the perfection of the sword, but instead upon the tilling of the soil and the sowing of seeds as he explores the wide and wonderful world of magical agriculture all from the comfort of his own bed. Disclaimer: This is a rewrite of the original "Magriculture", which some of you may have read. (To those who did, you have my deepest gratitude, it is absolutely because of your patronage and comments that this rewrite happened, and I feel the story is better for it.) That said, this story is not a complete and polished work, there will be mistakes and errors, an occasionally these errors may mean I need to rewrite portions of the story (as of this posting the story has gone through two major rewrites already, and I'm seriously hoping there won't be need of a third.) Because of this, there may at times be changes. Such changes may be as small as editing a few numbers (such as going back and changing how much mana an object holds) or it may force me to re-write entire chapters (this has happened once already, and I'm really hoping it doesn't happen again, but... life). Minor re-writes will probably never be posted here. Major rewrites probably will. Anyway, what this boils down to is: If you're looking for a fully cohesive story with few to no errors and publisher level editing, this is not the story for you. If you're looking for a cohesive plot that's more than "Man farms, man farms, man farms well, man maybe makes money" you're probably also in the wrong place, but I will attempt to entertain you anyway.

A Simple Bar In The Multiverse
I'm Lucas, 30 years old and single. I went to drink with some friends that day and when I was walking home, I found some weird glowing door on a wall on which I've never seen anything before. I'm a bit ashamed to say that I instantly tried to open it. Behind it was that weird silver light which I also touched with my bare hand. Don't judge me! I was very drunk. It has nothing to do with my intelligence... Anyway, I seemed to have been transported in a magical room and an invisible female entity has just just given me an offer: Turn this bar into the best bar in the universe where you'll work forever. In exchange I would get great powers with great responsab... Wait! That's spiderman. Anyway, great powers and unlimited lifespan. I think I'll say yes... Follow the story of Lucas, the manager of the Simple Bar, while he turns this seemingly innocuous bar into one that becomes known in the entire Multiverse. Or at least in a big part of it. I mean, the Multiverse is virtually infinite, so... A part of the story will take place in the Divine Realm of the Wanderer's Realms from my first novel 'The Life of a Goddess and a Fox in the Cultivation World '. I will post 1 chapter every week at 7 p.m. EST on Saturday.

The Mentor
This one is for my daughter. She talked me into it (again) and it is her favorite genre of books. So, Bet, this one is for you. The true-bloods, the masters, they came first. That was hammered into Heath's head since he could walk with both words and fists by Karen. As a guardian and half-blood bastard of his vampire father, he would never know peace. His duty as a dhampir, his duty was clear, his fate sealed. Heath was to serve Gerald, an aging Vampire Lord, one who was of pure blood, born to the race, until Heath outlived his prime and then he would pass on the knowledge that was passed to him onto a new bastard to carry protecting the bloodline. But was it necessarily his fate? Could a sterile half breed such as himself, someone who did not exist in the human world, live anywhere in the world on the light? After a particularly nasty encounter with his Mentor, Heath is on the run. Set on not becoming the new guardian and knowing that decision has now marked him for death. The hunt is on and somewhere behind him is Joshua, the heir of his Master, and the thing that plagues his nightmare, his Mentor Karen.
