A note from the author on an old error.

Whelp, ther's a bit of a snag here. See, when I was first creating and publishing Aegis some two-plus years ago, I made a mistake: I jumped ahead in my chapter numebring from 17 to 19. I didn't catch my mistake untill much later, chapter 94 to be exact, and by then it was far too late to correct it. As any of you who have submitted things to Reddit may know, you can't change the title of a post once it has been posted...

Yup. Seventy-five chapters and about three months later, I noticed that little goof and decided to press onwards without correcting it in order to preserve the records of the votes. When Redit changed its ToS and I pulled Aegis over into a Google Doc as an interim hosting solution, I kept the mistake; by then it had become one of the little dog-ears or inkblots on a well-loved manuscript.

And I'm doing the same thing here: leaving a note and laughing at a past mistake before moving onto the next actual chapter of the story. It's sceduled to go up on the hour, so go take a break and grab a drink of water or somthing. If It's already up and you're coming through binge-reading this, go and stretch anyways. There's a lot more where this came from.
