Cipher spent many hours training Energy Manipulation in his mindscape.

Still sitting in a lotus posture, he concentrated as he let his mind and body allowed the blanket of energy slowly swirling around him.

The vivacity brushed on his complexion; caressing and nuzzling every inch of his epidermis as his pores unleashed invisible heat around him, circulating and merging with existing energy around his body.

After a few minutes, Cipher opened his eyes which was unknown to him were glimmering in rainbow colors before returning to his genetic azure ones.

At the same time his rondures revert back to its color, the energy around him dissipated in a slow pace.

Cipher let out a long sigh with a hint of a frown blended to it.

Stretching his arms and legs, he allowed himself to lay his back against the surface of a puffy white cloud.

He had been trying to increase his growth in Dynamokinesis for several hours now but for some reason he felt his development was stunted.

Cipher wondered as he tried to get up and using his other power, materialized a holographic translucent window screen with a swipe of his right finger.

However because of his Gnosokinesis (Knowledge Manipulation) which was currently within the 87% threshold thanks to the Legacy glasses, his mind became more mature and profound in confronting things such as this.

Cipher could, with his power to control information, literally changed existing truths such as E≠mc2 or 2+2=Magikarp. Even it could be an overwhelming abilty that could annihilate the enemy just by making him to forget how to walk or a great support to an ally by giving him the knowledge of an enemy's weaknesses or mastery of a fighting style.

Overwhelming indeed but just like nature itself, it has repercussions and drawbacks mostly the user's life.

If one could master Dynamokinesis to its fullest, he or she could become godlike or even more.

Of course, its effectiveness and range relies on an individuals strength. Another limitation enforced by the universe.

Staring back at the hovering screen, Cipher concentrated his thoughts on the energy variations with higher percentages.

Among others, these three Kinetic abilities were more higher than the others and Cipher obviously knew why; these three were related to his higher mental energy percentage considering that they were correlated with each other.

Like how mental energy was interchangeable with spiritual energy.

"Let's go with Psychic Energy Manipulation then. Hmm, let's see..."

Choosing Psycho-Ergokinesis among others, Cipher then browse the different applications, techniques and variations from the techno screen.

Cipher started by closing his eyes and focused on his Ajna Chakra, picturing a beautiful indigo flower that blooms within his mind.

Concentrating, he felt a surge of energy emerging from his Third Eye. The effervescence spread outwards, from his head then to his upperbody, then down to his toes as it enclosed him in all corners.

BOOM!

He allowed himself to be engrossed within the energy for a couple of minutes before opening his orbs, unaware that it glowed in misty indigo vibrance.

"This energy...taste like indigo...?"

If one would hear his words, they would looked at Cipher with a perplexed look.

But it was what Cipher really felt. He could taste the colored fluid like a cotton candy although instead of its flavor, it was the color.

"So this is what Psychic Energy look like."

Cipher began moving his arms and legs, observing how the indigo coated lukewarm sensation followed his every movements. He could also feel Third Eye burning with intense heat but it was a kind of heat that was pleasurable to the body.

After a few minutes in getting used to Psychic Energy, Cipher was ready to train with its applications.

He tried Psychic Ball Projection.

After creating five dummies using his Technokinesis, Cipher began with his training in creating balls of psychic energy.

As the name implies, it allows the user to project balls of pure psychic energy which can be used as a part of a melee attack or a projectile weapon.

Various of ideas flood Cipher's mind but he pushed them aside, wanting to focus first at the task at hand.

Slightly extending his arm forward, Cipher then mentally instructed his psychic energy to dwell on his hand.

HUM!

With a defining hum, a high amount of psychic energy moved towards at the palm of his hand. Sensing that the energy gathered was enough, Cipher then tried to mold it, shaping it into a spherical orb while trying to give it a solid, hard yet smooth texture.

HNG!

A palm sized indigo spherical orb took form.

Hiding his excitement, Cipher then juggled the ball of energy between his hands, trying to familiarize the whole concept from size, structure down to the heat it generated.

After several familiarization exercises, with a nod Cipher then aimed his the energy ball at one of the cybernetic dummies before firing it with a mentally pulled trigger.

BANG!

Within seconds of impact, the cybernetic dummies head was literally blown off down to its neck leaving with no trace of pieces or whatsoever.

"Amazing...even if I only aimed it at the forehead."

Cipher was really surprise by the outcome. He never expected that the damage would be like that...

"Hmm. Hmm. This is one great trick."

Nodding his head with appreciation, Cipher began again projecting another energy ball. However unlike the first one, he added more energy to it while expanding its size.

HUM!

EXPAND!

"I wonder if this will work..."

As he put more energy into the psychic ball, Cipher then looked at the four undamaged cybernetic manneqin.

He wanted to try something different.

HUM!

EXPAND!

Adding one final program into the psychic ball, Cipher then let the ball fell freely from his hand.

Before it could descend any further, with all force Cipher hit it with a powerful instep kick. Like how a soccer player would strike his soccer ball.

WHOMP!

PISHU!

The enlarged psychic ball splintered like pieces of glass upon contact, propelling each and several pieces towards the dummies like a shotgun.

BANG! BOOM! BANG! POP! BOOM!

Several limbs of the mannequins were torn of, rip apart, and blown off all the while being scarred with holes in different sizes; large, small, and medium cavities.

Seeing the devastation that his improved psychic ball had created, Cipher placed a satisfied grin on his face, his eyes glowing still with misty indigo radiance.
