She was gagging and puking her guts out at the revelation. Then she started crying.

“WAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!! Bleurrgggggg!*” (Mae)

“I'll KILL YOU!!!!! BASTARD!” (Mae)

“I don't understand, you worship a God that consider you as lesser than humans... So i thought giving you dog food was what you wanted...” (Michael)

“Monster!!! Fucking asshole!” (Mae)

“Why did you had to hide your wolf ears? In a world governed by a just and fair God surely you would not have been persecuted for them... You see i am a God who intend to make beast man as equals to all the other races.” (Michael)

“You will not fool me evil one !!!! Andranis!!! Strike this monster with your powerful wrath!!” (Mae)

“You know if you ask a miracle from a inanimate object, nothing will happen...” (Michael)

“BLASPHEME!” (Mae)

Bleuraaaaaaggggggggggggggg* Puke puke more puke.*

“Know this Mae, all your suffering can immediately end by praying to a real God... One that truly exist...” (Michael)

After saying this i simply left while she was still yelling and puking everywhere.

[3 days later]

Mae -POV

I can't believe this monster made me eat my friends... How can such a cruel being exist... I have refused all the food given to me since then. I will let myself die of hunger and join them in the afterlife next to Andranis throne. I will remain faithful until the end!

“Please Andranis, help me trough this horror!” (Mae)

{You called me my child?} (???)

“W...w who are you????” (Mae)

{Can't you tell my dear Mae?} (???)

“A...AaAndranis?????????” (Mae)

{Bing! Bong!! Hihihihihihihi Yes!!!!!! i am!! the mighty mana star up in the sky! Andranis! Hihihihi} (Andranis)

“I always thought you were a man...” (Mae)

{... [...] incomprehensible whispers* [...] Hum.. Yes ! But this voice is the one your brain as chosen as the more reassuring. As a God i am not limited to a single gender.} (Andranis)

“Please God! Can you get me out of here?!!” (Mae)

{hihihihihi of course!!!!!! Ocus pocus! Magic magic! Zouzouzouuuuu!} (Andranis)

Then all of a sudden the door opened !!! I knew he had not forsaken me !!! Andranis reward his faithful followers with his divine blessings if asked from the bottom of your heart!

{Mae! One of your comrades, one of my followers is still alive imprisoned not far from your position. I will cover you, go and free Ekarius!} (Andranis)

“Ekarius is alive???????” (Mae)

{hihihihihi Yes!!!! Quick quick go and save him hihiihihi 2nd hallway, 5th door.} (Andranis)

“YES! Andranis.. I will do as you command!” (Mae)

I then slowly got out of my cell... There was no guard... Truly Andranis power's are great. Still naked and barefoot i ran down the hallways up to the door mentioned by Andranis. My feet were hurting because of the cold so i had difficulty running straight. Once arrived at the door:

Knock knock knock*

“Ekarius??” (Mae)

Then from the other side of the big iron door.

“Mae!???? It that you ???” (Ekarius)

“Yes!!!! Andranis freed me and asked me to free you too! Just wait a second !” (Mae)

Then as i was about to look for a way to break the lock on the door, chickack* The door unlocked by itself. Andranis doing once again no doubt about it! I quickly opened the door and saw Ekarius, naked like me excepted for a dirties t-shirt. He looked as if he went through hell, his skin is white and some parts turning blue.

“Mae!!” (Ekarius) He said trowing himself in my arms.

“We need to run away from here now!!” (Mae)

nod* nod* nod*

“Wait... You said you spoke to Andranis????” (Ekarius)

“Yess! He finally recognized me worthy enough to hear his words.” (Mae)

After looking at me for a few seconds which made him blush, he gave me his t-shirt judging i needed it more than him.

“Thank you! Now let's go!!!” (Mae)

Then we ran and ran as much as we could, going trough water tunnels used to carry water in and out of the city. There were gates along the way but they were all opened. Must likely Andranis helping us once again...

We reached an opening leading to a big field, luckily there was nobody around so we took off running as fast as we could. We ran until we reached the forest. Then we took a break to catch our breath.

Pant* Pant* Pant* Pant* Pant* Pant*

“Mae...” (Ekarius)

“Mhh?” (Mae)

[...]

“What if.. what if we were lied to?” (Ekarius) He said looking down to the ground.

“What do you mean? Lied about what?” (Mae)

“What if we are worshiping a false God, and now siding against the one true God.. Wouldn't that be foolish? What do we know about this Michael after all? And Andranis... What as he ever done to help the people suffering?” (Ekarius)

I was looking at him, totally agape by his last words...

“WHAT ARE YOU SAYING! Andranis himself freed us from this atrocious place!! That Michael imprisoned us, tortured us!! What the hell are you saying????!!!!!!” (Mae)

“Mae... We came here with the goal to try and kill him... While we knew nothing of him... Look at this city, a magnificence city where people of all race seem to be living in peace that appeared out of nowhere in a few month.....” (Ekarius)

[...]

“We are Andranis children and we don't need to question him!!!!” (Mae)

“You just said you spoke to him right? Did he tell you to kill Michael?” (Ekarius)

“H..h... [...] He told me to save you and run away...” (Mae)

We then looked at each other not knowing what to think anymore...

“Mae... I.. i think i will stay here... You run away...” (Ekarius)

“WHATTTT??? THE FUCK ARE YOU SAYING?! I'm not leaving you here!!!!!” (Mae)

“Sighhh... It's to late for me Mae... I refused Michael's blessing, i betrayed the one true God Michael and am now paying the price.” (Ekarius)

“W....W..WHAT? We need to run away from here!!!!!!!!” (Mae)

“Mae... Why.. why did you do it? You betrayed us.” (Ekarius)

Now genuinely confused i stare at him speechless.

“Betrayed? I NEVER BETRAYED YOU!” (Mae)

“Yes you did... You!... You ate my brain!!!!” (Ekarius)

Ekarius then slowly turned around showing me the back of his head. He then lifted his hairs with his left hand, showing a fist sized hole in the back of his skull. Where his brain should have been, was instead completely empty. Actually without a brain how can one still be alive?

As i was horrified, terrified and shocked to the point of feeling as if i was going to faint, he then turned back around again to face me. He then started crying tears of blood with his mouth opened in a big 'o' shape.

“Myyyy brainnnnn giiiiveeee itttt backkkkk Maeeeee!!! Andranis shall curse youuuu!! I wantttt myyyyy brainnnnnn” (Ekarius)

“HAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” (Mae)

The skin of his face then slowly started peeling off, as if melting under the hot sun. His eyes suddenly exploded spraying juices everywhere on me. His bottom jaw detached and simply fell to the ground.

“Ainnnnnnnnnnnnn iiieee ainnnnnn!” (Ekarius)

“HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!” (Mae) I tried to quickly get up and run but as soon as i got up, i felt everything going black... I was.. going to .. faint.

Pommp* Faint*

I woke up later, in my cell... A dream... This must all have been a dream... And what a terrible one at that... I crawled to the corner of my cell holding my knees, terrified as i remembered this dream. Then i noticed something...

'I... I am wearing a dirty t-shirt...' (Mae)
