After fixing my bed, I took off my armor that I forgot to remove last night. I changed my clothes to a casual one. I went to the dining room after I finished changing my clothes.

"Here you go, Jeff."(Ruka)

Ruka gave me my meal with a smile. I thanked her with a smile as a response.

I ate my meal before it got cold. As usual the taste was good as ever. Nika was the one that cooked all the food in this inn, I hope she'll teach me someday.

Now that I think about it, I haven't seen Ruka's father. I didn't asked since I don't want to bother them.

Today I decided to gather information around the city. I'll need all the information I can get about Augusto. At the same time I'll also avoid being suspicious. Well, collecting informations will be easy with my >Acting

I wandered around the town asking people about Augusto. I mostly asked at the stalls in the market. I also got to ask some merchants and some of the commoners in the city. I was able to avoid any suspicion from the people. For some reason, most of the people who gave me informations had a bad impression about him.

I wanted to ask around at the area where the nobles lived since I might get more useful informations. But I refrained myself from doing that since it will definitely cause suspicion. Plus I don't really like people with high positions. As long as they're good people, I won't hate them. But nobles with high pride and greedy with money, those guys are the ones I hate.

"Hah~, I have finished asking around. It's still quite early."(Jeff)

By the time I finished collecting informations, I noticed that it was already around 1:00 at noon. I went to the park to rest. I sat on a bench as I eat the food that I bought earlier.

I was able to get some useful informations about Augusto. Some were quite useless, but there were some decent ones.

Augusto became a Baronet last year, the one who gave him the title was the king of the human continent, Leonard Osphreim Lendrigg. He abused his position without being noticed by the king. He was living in the Breldeth Kingdom about a year ago, but for some reason he moved here at the Zelfort City. Here in this city, he was known to be a greedy and lustful person. He even threatens people just so he could get what he want, he's also quite secretive with his motives so no one knows who is threatened. I guess that's what the situation that the church is currently in. He must have killed anyone who leaks information if he wants to. Well the people who gave me information won't be killed though since it's not something very important.

It seems that he also frequently goes to the brothels. Well, he is known to be a horny guy after all, he's the type of people who would have sex with any girls as long as they're pretty. Yeah... this is a useful information. *Sigh. I thought of killing him in the brothels but I won't be able to show the deeds he did if I did so. I'll also have a hard dealing wih the guards he have, he probably have more skilled soldiers.

Also next week, he will have a party in his mansion to celebrate his birthday. It seems all the nobles are all invited and no commoners allowed. This is definitely a good oppurtunity but how will I enter that place?

His house was said to have a good security. What's more they have a magic tool that detects stealthed enemies. So the only choice is to disguise as a noble to enter. No, they will definitely check for identifications so this idea is rejected. Ah, I can disguise as a carriage driver, well I only know the instructions in driving one so it'll be fine I guess, by the way I learned this in the internet, if you ask me why, I'll say "no comment". Then after I enter the gate, I'll disguise myself as a noble so I will be able to enter.

Then the next problem will be how will I kill him in that place, plus I'll need the evidence to show everyone who he really is.

I kept thinking of a plan for the next minute but I didn't get to find a good one.

"I guess I'll go for the library for now."(Jeff)

Since I couldn't think of a good plan. I decided to clear my head and read some books at the library.

When I was walking around in the city to seek information, I saw the library by chance. It was a white building that has a second floor. It was also available for the public so anyone can read inside for free, you can also buy books in there, although there don't sell any Spell Books. The reason was because only Magic Shops are allowed to sell one.

I was able to remember where Library was so I didn't get lost. I entered the clean looking building. When I entered I saw countless books placed on the bookshelves. The Library was quite big when I think about it. I walked around library looking for books that contains knowledge about the current magic right now. I was quite ignorant last time that I didn't know anything about the New Generation Magic, there might be more attributes of magic than I thought.

After searching for minutes I was able to find the section about magic. I decided to read the book "Introduction to Magic", it was the book that I could find that is updated.

I took the book and silently read at the desk.

After Albert Webster was able to teach the people the New Generation Magic, magic became more used and technology even rose drastically. Thanks to it, the strength of humans even became more powerful, it's also the same for the other races. There are many attributes of magic, it wasn't only 8 types like the old books has said before. The most common used ones are the Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Light and Shadow, though Light and Shadow are considered quite rare. Then there are attributes that only specific races can use like the Spirit Magic that only elves can use, there are also some cases where there are some who are able to use the magic even though they don't have the required race. There are also magics that considered to be forbidden, if you are found to have used it, you will be punished, it will be fine as long as you don't use them. There are also some rare attributes that few people can only use, an example of this is the Psychokinesis Magic.

During the time Albert Webster was teaching the way of the new magic, he had a hard time teaching those who have Level I Magic. It took quite sometime before they were able to use Level I Magics, the reason was because their magic affinity hasn't awakened yet so they have a hard time understanding the magic they have, but if they're Magic turned Level II they will be able to learn steadily. This problem was now solved thanks to the item that Alchemists made, the Spell Books that can be easily learned instantly, it's more expensive than a normal Spell Book but it's very effective, now more people are able to use magic with ease. The Alchemist has only made this insta-learn Spell Books on Level I Magics excluding the rare ones. This problem doesn't seem to apply on the rare magics for some reason, Albert has made all the spell books for rare magics but only a few buys them since they don't have the attribute.

Hmmm... this sure is very interesting. Albert must have a lot of effort to teach them. It's also known that Albert was the most strongest Magician being the only one to have the Job class: Grand Wizard. It is said that he had learned all the attributes of magic including the racial required ones and also the forbidden ones. Albert has already died 50 years ago but nobody knows where his remains are. Some tried to find his secret lab, but no one has even have a hint where it is located.

I was indulged in the enjoyment of reading books that I decided to read some novels. I didn't notice that it was already 5:00, so I decided to return back to the inn.

Sigh*.... I still haven't made a plan to infiltrate the mansion. I hope I'll be able to find some solutions, For now let's practice in riding a horse. I might be able to find some clue later, on how to infiltrate the mansion.

After walking for several minutes I entered the inn and went straight to the dining room. I went to the counter and asked for my meal. I then went to take a seat as I wait for my meal to come.

"Hey Jeff, you look quite troubled. Is there anything I can help with?"(Ruka)

Ruka offered me some help as she put the meal in the table. Though, I definitely can't tell her.

"Ahh.. Don't worry I can handle it myself. I just need to think a little."(Jeff)

I politely rejected her offer. I don't really want to involve her in my problems.

"If you say so."(Ruka)

"Oh also, I want to take a second serving later. I got quite hungry this afternoon.

I didn't get to have my any lunch when I got indulged in reading books.

"Got it. Give the payment to Mom, I'll give it to you after that."(Ruka)

"Ok."(Jeff)

Ruka left with a smile and returned to her work. Lately many people have started to enter this inn. The reason was mainly because of Ruka and the other beautiful workers here. Yeah, all of the workers here are women for some reason. And so many men visits this place mostly at night to have a drink in this inn as they look at the women here.

They better not do anything funny or I'll cut all their fingers and feed it to them.

I didn't notice that I began to express a sinister smile with my eyes closed as I thought. It seems that the adventurers around me felt the atmosphere around me and went quite for some reason. I'm starting to think of myself as a yandere now.... Nah, just kidding or maybe...

After finishing the two meals, I went to my room and sat on the table. I opened my window and stared at the the three moons that this world had.

"Haaah, what a scenery. I definitely don't regret in coming to this world."(Jeff)

This world really gave me the life that I didn'got to have back in my world. I also learned many things and enjoyed. Though the enjoyment is mostly torturing bad guys. Well I also enjoyed interacting with the people of this world.

*Yawn...

"I guess I'll sleep early tonight. I'll need to practice horsemanship tommorow. Though I might not be able to use it if my plan doesn't progress well. It's not bad to try after all, besides I might need it someday"(Jeff)

Before I went to sleep I went to take a bath. The bath in this place is surely great, there's even a hot spring in here. Albert was the one who influenced the hot spring. I thoroughly enjoyed it when I first entered the hot spring.

After finishing cleaning myself. I changed to a casual clothes.

"Oh yeah. Most of my clothes are from the bandits, I'll definitely need to buy some tommorow."(Jeff)

Some of the clothes that the bandits had were fitted for me, but most of them was dirty. I haven't got the oppurtunity to wash them. I'll also need to sell some useless items that my magic bag have. I have weapons and some armors, but all of them has a lower quality than the equipment I have now.

I laid on my bed and hid myself into the blanket.

Ahh... so comfortable. I hope I'll be able to find a better plan, but I'll think about those tomorrow.
