Hey guys! Sorry but I'll be sidetracking a bit! This is just the intro of my new work (still thinking whether to try this or not)
Please give your opinions on this. As I said it's just an intro and doesn't contain any part of the story.
Thank You
Name: Shameless Immortal
About : A slave escapes the clutches and now is free. He fights against the odds to change his fate. He finds a book, the book of 'Shameless Immortal'. Will this turn around his life? Will he be able to gain all that he needs?
Intro:
"Hmmm"
"Good job! Never thought you youths could pull it off! Simply Astonishing!" Village Head nodded in satisfaction.
"Yes! Never thought they would be so strong! Especially that blond haired boy. My..My...he's too strong" the village guard was fascinated.
The blond haired boy stood near the six bandits his squad had caught. They knelt on ground looking at him. They were scared to death. The blond haired boy had brutally injured two bandits in seconds. The remaining dropped their weapons on seeing this and instantly surrendered. But even then the boy had hit the daylights out them. Now, they knelt on the ground with their hands tied behind their back. He stood still looking at them. The bandits grew frantic thinking of their situation. No one knew what was going on in the blond haired boy's mind.
His expression changed into a smile. The bandits closed their eyes. They knew this was their end. But the blond haired boy did something that not only shocked the bandits but even the village head and the guard next to him. The blond haired boy's squad just had a blank expression.
"Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh" the bandits screamed.
The blond haired boy walked towards the village head and walked past the only girl in his squad. Just then

*Smack*
He spanked her. Her face became red as she stared at him and said
"Y-You!!!"
"You what baby?"
"I HATE YOU!!"
"Thank You" the blond haired boy replied.
Once again the village head just couldn't understand.
"Village Head! What about our reward?"
"Kid y-you just...."
"You what???"
"Nothing, here take this" the Village head handed over a small bag of gold.
"Good"
"K-Kid can I ask you something?"
"Sure. Go ahead" the boy happy looking at the bag of gold.
"Kid not only did you not take the reward but also stole the belongings of the bandits, even their clothes!! A-And with t-that girl....."
"Village Head what are you talking about. I don't seem to understand" the boy had an indifferent expression.
"Kid at least tell a lie which I can believe!"
"HoHo.....Village Head it's just that I am a........bad boy" the boy turned around to leave.
"Confirmed" the Village Head muttered.
The boy turned back thinking he heard something.
"Village Head did you say something?"
"Kid in my whole life, I have traveled thousands of miles, visited many places but never in my life ever.......ever.....ever have I seen a person like you.....so shameless!"
The boy started to laugh.
"Village Head. That I am. That I am"

Author's note: I love the idea of kingdom-building novels and think the genre has a lot to offer, but I don't think many authors do them very well. Here is my attempt. The novel has a strong focus on politics and kingdom building, with occasional action and a bit of humor. Have fun. Cover was made by MrZombie Updates three times a week.
