In average, one Level Six appears every 70 Billion humans.

Note: This numbers can vary depending on the level of magic, technology, and development of a world.

Note 2: A world with low population can produce one Level Six, only that it’s less probable.

Note 3: A population big enough doesn’t guarantee the birth of one Level Six.
