Hi everyone,

It's been a while hasn't it? Lately, I've been really discouraged by the comment's I've been getting in the reviews. And l thought taking a break might do my self-esteem. (It helped a little). I've also been quite unhappy with a lot of things on this site that I won't mention here.

Anyway, I came to formally notify you all that I've decided to quit writing on RoyalRoad.

I don't think people realize this, but the hardest thing for me when writing is having the confidence to write a story that I've dedicated my heart into and when I read all of the recent reviews either bashing on the story or telling me how horrible something is about it. It is pretty demoralizing. As it doesn't even tell me how to improve. Just quibbles on how they didn't like that something happened.

In hindsight perhaps the greatest mistake I've ever made was to post my fiction on this website. I've not only ruined my chances at getting it published due to first publishing rights, but I've essentially given a great story away for FREE at the expense of being treated on the internet as an idiot.

If people think this story is so terrible that the last 10 ratings have been 0 stars. Then it isn't worth posting any more chapters. And it isn't worth keeping it here for people to continually bash on it.

I'll be online for a few hours to maybe chat with anyone who is online, but this is really it. I won't be coming back here for many months if at all. I just wanted to vent some of my frustrations and also say thank you to my readers. I did have a lot of fun here. Even if it was only for a short time.

I've talked briefly with Wing(Admin) to delete my fiction. So if you guys don't see this story in a few months. Just a heads up on what happened.
